My organization needs to move to the Free plan on Contentful. I need to confirm the website will still work within the Free plan's limits, since my site is actively pulling content from Contentfu. It may still depend on that space and API access. I don't do a ton in Contentful, but I just need to downgrade my Contentful plan. I am updating my website locally using VS Code. This job will be conducted through Zoom Chat and testing on my computer. I need advice on where to look and what to do. You will not be given any code/access; it will BE ONLY looking at my ZOOM screen to see where to go and test. You will not be able to download my website. I also need to clean up a couple of items in VS Code. I use VS Code for dev. Its a SMALL website and hardly any API Calls. We are not using any paid features like publishing, roles.

I am working on installing an ice vending machine at an existing gravel U-Sell lot. For county planning approval, I need two final documents. One is "a letter signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer stating that no stormwater improvements will be required." The other is "a Construction Best Management Practices Plan (CBMPP) that is signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer." We are a growing ecommerce-focused web design and digital marketing agency looking for an experienced, U.S.-based sales representative to manage outbound prospecting and help us develop new client relationships. This position will begin with a limited number of hours each week while we establish and refine the outbound sales program. Hours and responsibilities will increase based on the salesperson’s performance, the quality of opportunities generated, and the overall success of the program. We will provide targeted prospect lists, service information, sales materials, and agency support. Your responsibility will be to contact those prospects, start qualified conversations, follow up consistently, and accurately track all activity in Zoho CRM. ## Primary Responsibilities * Contact prospects from targeted lead lists provided by our agency * Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels * Introduce our Shopify, ecommerce, web design, development, and digital marketing services * Identify prospect needs, challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers * Schedule qualified sales calls and discovery meetings * Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects * Track every call, email, response, follow-up, and opportunity in Zoho CRM * Keep contact records, deal stages, notes, and next steps current * Work directly with agency ownership to improve messaging and sales strategy * Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, conversations, appointments, and opportunities * Help move qualified prospects through the sales process when appropriate ## Required Experience Applicants must meet the following requirements: * Must be based in the United States * Proven experience selling Shopify, ecommerce, web development, or digital marketing services * Agency marketing sales experience is required * Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience * Comfortable speaking with business owners, ecommerce managers, marketing directors, and company decision-makers * Experience using a CRM to manage sales activity and follow-ups * Excellent written and verbal communication * Highly organized and dependable * Able to work independently and maintain consistent outreach activity * Comfortable being measured on calls, conversations, appointments, follow-ups, and closed opportunities Experience using Zoho CRM is strongly preferred. We're a busy plaintiff-side California law firm with a high active caseload and steady litigation volume. We're looking for a sharp legal writer to join our team as an ongoing, part-time motion-drafting attorney. You'll work behind the scenes drafting motions that our attorneys review, finalize, and file — so you get consistent, interesting work without the client management or court appearances. This is a long-term, recurring engagement, not a one-off project. The right person becomes a reliable part of our workflow. What you'll draft: Discovery motions (motions to compel, separate statements, discovery oppositions) Song-Beverly attorney's fee motions and supporting declarations Oppositions to motions for summary judgment / summary adjudication (MSJ/MSA) What we're looking for Active California bar license (required). Good standing. Strong civil litigation motion-writing experience — you can take a record and produce a clean, persuasive, court-ready draft. Excellent legal research and Shepardizing/KeyCiting; arguments are well-supported and current. Comfortable working from case files, deposition testimony, repair records, and discovery responses. Reliable, responsive, and able to hit deadlines in an active litigation calendar. Lemon law experience is a plus but not required. If you're a strong California civil litigation writer, we'll get you up to speed on the Song-Beverly specifics. What matters most is the quality of your writing and your judgment. Why this role is a good fit: Steady, predictable work — ongoing pipeline, not feast-or-famine. Remote and flexible; you control your hours. No client intake, no court appearances, no billing headaches — just writing. Templates, prior briefs, and a clear style guide to work from. To apply Please include: A short note on your California civil litigation and motion-writing background (mention lemon law experience if any). A writing sample — ideally an MSJ/MSA opposition, motion to compel, or fee motion you drafted (redact anything confidential). Your California bar number and confirmation of good standing. Your availability and rate expectations. Applications without a writing sample will not be considered. We review every qualified application and respond promptly. We're looking to start with a paid test motion, then move into a steady ongoing arrangement with the right writer.

# Spiritual Coach for a Men's Online Training Camp I run a nonprofit that builds high-trust spiritual communities. One of them is the Spiritual Acceleration Training Camp, a 21-day online program for men who want support upholding their highest ideals and virtues. Once they successfully complete this program, they become eligible for a longer-term program. You can see it here: https://noselfsociety.org/trainingcamp/ I'm launching the first one in August. I need one person to help me get it off the ground and hold the standard within the brotherhood we're forming. ## WHAT THE PROGRAM IS It's a three-week program with daily challenges, weekly projects, and meaningful conversations that support men in their daily life while sustainably accelerating their spiritual evolution. Most of what's available now, retreats and courses and the rest, is designed to sell a peak experience as a product. We're building something different. This is for men who want to commit to relentless spiritual evolution, not buy a moment of it. The program is built for the long term. This role starts smaller, and can grow from there. ## THE FIRST JOB: CLARITY SESSIONS Every man who applies has a one-on-one session before he joins. I need help running those. This isn't a standard interview. It's a coaching session designed to give the man real value up front. You help him get clarity on his own spiritual ideals, identify where he most needs support, and figure out whether this is the right fit. He walks away with something useful whether or not he joins. You'd run these sessions using a simple framework we build together, record each one, and I review them and give you feedback. This frees me up to focus on bringing the right men in. That's the clear work to start. 1 to 3 hours a week, more during our launch push in August. ## WHERE IT GOES The sessions are the entry point. What happens next depends on you. I'm looking for someone a step ahead of the group who can do the program alongside me, tell me the truth about what is working and what isn't, and help me hold the standard. If you're good, the role grows. Here is the one thing I care about most. I want someone who will push back. If you only agree with me, this won't work. I need honesty more than agreement. ## WHO THIS IS FOR You're a good fit if you have "strong opinions loosely held" and deeply care about this kind of work. If you can align with the vision, ask excellent questions, and execute, you will be greatly appreciated. ## HOW WE START Once you're hired, we begin with a 90-minute strategy session. If it's still a good fit on both sides, we map out a path to execute that strategy together.
