What we're missing - and what the law rightly requires - is a licensed Professional Geologist to be in genuine responsible charge of the interpretation and to review and seal the final reports. That's the role we're looking to fill, on a per-project contract basis. To be clear up front: this is not a rubber-stamp arrangement. Idaho's rules expect the sealing geologist to genuinely direct and review the interpretive work, and we want to do this right from day one. You'd bring the professional judgment on the geology and hydrogeology; we'd handle everything else.
