Case Background & Key Factual Context: The Lawsuit: A medical malpractice action has been filed in Harris County, TX against a specific clinic location (Luxmiles Tumble PLLC d/b/a Floss Tumble) and an individual physician (Dr. Tran). The Legal Challenge: The plaintiff is attempting to pull multiple parent/affiliated corporate entities (FLOSS Global, FLOSS LLC, and a dissolved entity Floss Unlimited) into the suit under vicarious liability and alter-ego theories. Crucial Defense Fact: The individual doctor (Dr. Tran) did not sign any licensing or operational agreements with FLOSS LLC for the specific "Tumble" location. FLOSS LLC exercises zero operational control over that office.
