With over 49 years of experience and more than 1 million deliveries under our belt, we offer a range of services including STAT (ultra-fast priority), same-day, next-day, dedicated delivery, on-demand, and linehaul/sortation. Based in San Antonio, TX, we operate 24/7/365, building strong partnerships with clients to ensure seamless, efficient, and customized logistics support. We're committed to innovation in the courier space and delivering not just packages, but our clients' reputations. We're expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive growth by building target lists, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling meetings for our Outside Sales Reps. Role Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on lead generation and qualification through proactive outreach. This role is all about "closing meetings" – identifying potential clients, engaging them via multiple channels, and setting up qualified appointments for our field sales team to close deals. You'll play a key part in expanding our client base in the logistics and delivery sector. Key Responsibilities Target List Building: Research and compile lists of potential clients in target industries (e.g., pharma/medical, automotive, retail/e-commerce) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, or industry databases. Focus on decision-makers in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles. Outbound Messaging: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages to introduce ActFastDelivery's services and generate interest. Craft personalized, compelling messages that highlight our value proposition (e.g., 24/7 reliability, customized delivery programs, and high on-time performance). Lead Qualification and Meeting Scheduling: Engage prospects in initial conversations to qualify leads, address objections, and schedule virtual or in-person meetings for Outside Sales Reps. Track all interactions in a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or similar). Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach metrics (e.g., response rates, meetings booked) and provide weekly reports to optimize strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns. This is a results-oriented role with potential for ongoing work based on performance. Expect 20-30 hours/week initially, with flexibility for scaling. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (1+ years preferred). Strong skills in outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Outreach). Excellent communication skills – persuasive, professional, and able to handle rejection. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality; comfortable working remotely and meeting quotas (e.g., 10-15 meetings booked per week). Knowledge of the logistics, delivery, or courier industry is a plus but not required. Access to reliable internet, phone, and computer setup. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with potential bonuses for meetings booked and deals closed. Flexible remote work – set your own schedule within business hours (US time zones). Opportunity to contribute to a growing company with a strong track record in the delivery space. Training on our services and sales scripts provided. How to Apply Please submit your proposal including: A brief cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role. Your relevant experience in sales/outbound prospecting. Examples of past outreach campaigns or metrics (e.g., meetings booked). Your availability and expected hourly rate. We're looking to hire quickly – top candidates will be interviewed within the week. I am launching a new open library member subscription service. My physical storefront runs on Shopify, and my digital membership delivery/access portal runs on Kajabi. I already have an existing database of 7,200 retail subscribers sitting cleanly inside Shopify. I need an experienced ActiveCampaign expert to build my foundational email marketing setup, connect my platforms, and organize my data so that my retail business and membership service can scale smoothly together without data overlap. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: • Platform Integration: Connect ActiveCampaign natively to my Shopify store and execute a historical sync of my 7,200 existing contacts. • Membership Sync: Connect Kajabi to ActiveCampaign (via Webhooks, native API, or Zapier) to pass and map real-time member data. • Profile Tagging & Architecture: Set up custom tags and fields to cleanly separate contacts into distinct buckets: Store Customers, Active Library Members, and Cancelled/Churned Members. • Automation Build: Configure two core automated workflows: (1) A multi-step Welcome & Onboarding Series for new library members, and (2) A standard Shopify Abandoned Cart recovery sequence. • Quality Testing: Run end-to-end live checkout tests to verify that tags update properly, emails trigger instantly, and no duplicate customer profiles are created. • Requirements: • Proven experience setting up ActiveCampaign Deep Data integrations for Shopify. • Direct experience mapping Kajabi offer states (Granted, Paused, Revoked) to ActiveCampaign fields. • Strong understanding of segment exclusion rules (ensuring active members don't receive standard retail sales pitch emails). • Note: I will provide all email copy/text; you are solely responsible for the technical setup, data logic, and workflow infrastructure. Project Type: One-time project Budget: $500 (Flat-Rate, Milestone-Based) Application Question (Please answer in your proposal): Please briefly outline how you normally handle syncing Kajabi membership status (Active vs. Cancelled) back into ActiveCampaign profile fields. Do you prefer native hooks, custom webhooks, or Zapier, and why?

We are seeking an experienced, Texas-admitted defense attorney to act as local/Of Counsel for an ongoing medical malpractice matter filed in Harris County, Texas. You will be collaborating with our primary corporate legal team to evaluate the case, address immediate procedural deadlines, and execute a defense strategy to protect unrelated corporate entities. Case Background & Key Factual Context: The Lawsuit: A medical malpractice action has been filed in Harris County, TX against a specific clinic location (Luxmiles Tumble PLLC d/b/a Floss Tumble) and an individual physician (Dr. Tran). The Legal Challenge: The plaintiff is attempting to pull multiple parent/affiliated corporate entities (FLOSS Global, FLOSS LLC, and a dissolved entity Floss Unlimited) into the suit under vicarious liability and alter-ego theories. Crucial Defense Fact: The individual doctor (Dr. Tran) did not sign any licensing or operational agreements with FLOSS LLC for the specific "Tumble" location. FLOSS LLC exercises zero operational control over that office. Scope of Work & Deliverables: We are currently in "Phase 1" (Strategic Analysis) and need an attorney to immediately assist with: Immediate Deadline Evaluation: Reviewing the complaint (served late June) and evaluating procedural options regarding Texas response windows and potential response-extension motions. Strategic Review: Reviewing a compiled corporate entity stack, membership-interest transfer documents, and trademark/licensing agreements to verify the lack of operational control. Defensive Ordering/Sequencing: Helping formulate the cheapest/most efficient path to remove the corporate entities, including: Direct outreach to opposing counsel to seek a voluntary dismissal/stipulation for the corporate entities. Drafting/filing a Motion to Sever or Motion to Dismiss based on the lack of contractual or operational basis. Phase 2 Retainer (Optional/Future): If selected, transitioning into full, substantive Texas-court defense work on a retainer-plus-hourly basis. Requirements: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (Good standing with the State Bar of Texas). Strong background in medical malpractice defense, corporate structuring defense, or vicarious liability/piercing the corporate veil litigation. Experience practicing in Harris County courts. Comfortable collaborating with an out-of-state or primary corporate counsel team.
