I have a Mortgage education company that teach teaches people how to pay off their home in 5 to 7 years using a home equity line of credit. I would like to validate that claim that a HELOC can beat a mortgage mathematically. I would like to hire someone that can help me do that.. it could look like various things like shooting some videos for me or letting me interview them on video like Zoom or something. It also could be like writing your opinion on a scenario where a mortgage and a HELOC is involved.
