We are building the visual identity for an industrial workforce brand. Our audience consists of builders, technicians, maintenance professionals, veterans, warehouse workers, IT professionals, and early-career engineers who want to build projects after work and create a technical portfolio. It should feel closer to Rogue Fitness, Yeti, Caterpillar, Milwaukee Tool, or premium industrial brands. We already have a brand board built and the pieces of what we want the brand to feel like. Your role: Help us create a cohesive visual definition of the brand and implement it across digital assets (social + landing pages, etc) Must be comfortable completing the full-cycle design process and go from concept to brand assets to live web assets. This will start in phases to get the visual definition locked in using Figma. Then we are looking to have a landing page built to represent the product. For the right designer this could be a longer term engagement. Please share your portfolio as we know the style we’re looking for. Also provide context around how you work bringing brand concepts to life. Share links to any websites showing the Figma and then Live website implementing that design. Lastly include your availability and rate

We are looking for someone who can create a cohesive product and brand experience. I have established six (6) main milestone deliverables: Approved Home Page Design, Brand Identity System, Website Design and Implementation, Application Design System, Motion and Animation Standards, and Design Documentation, Assets, and Releases. All right, title, ownership and licensing for all works created should be free of IP, trademark, and copyright restriction and will be transferred as part of this agreement. I am looking for a relatively quick turn around on this project so I will want to establish deadlines. I also have another project if this one goes well.

I'm looking for one person to work with me on a digital product that helps couples spend meaningful time together. The product already exists, but I know it can be much better, and I'm looking for someone who enjoys helping shape products—not just designing screens. I'm a filmmaker and entrepreneur. I have lots of ideas, but I'm looking for someone who likes brainstorming, improving user experience, increasing conversions, and making products feel polished and enjoyable to use. I'm not looking for an agency. I'd really like to build a long-term working relationship with one person. Some of the things we'll work on: * Improving the overall customer experience * Landing page improvements * Onboarding * Gift options * Referral program * Feedback collection * New features * Making the product more polished and easier to use * Working with my developer when needed I'm looking for someone who: * Has helped improve digital products (not just designed websites) * Thinks strategically about user experience * Enjoys brainstorming ideas * Communicates well * Is reliable and proactive * Likes building something over time Experience with relationships, coaching, wellness, or consumer products is a big plus. I'm hoping to find someone I genuinely enjoy working with and who would like to help build something special over the long term.

Note: This is strictly for Phase 1: Discovery & Wireframing. I am looking for a blueprint before any coding begins. A signed Mutual NDA will be required before deep-dive project details are shared. Phase 1 Deliverables: 1. User Persona Flows: Clear step-by-step mapping for three distinct user journeys: o The Listing Agent: How they log in, input a showing, and track scores. o The Buyer's Agent: The low-friction flow of receiving an automated text/email link and submitting quick feedback without needing a clunky account setup. o The Admin Panel: How I will manage the backend database. 2. Interactive Wireframes: Low-to-medium fidelity clickable mockups (Figma preferred) showing the complete layout of every essential screen. 3. Technical Specification Document: A comprehensive spec sheet outlining the recommended tech stack, database architecture, and required API integrations (e.g., SMS/Email delivery systems like Twilio). Requirements: • Proven experience in UI/UX design, product discovery, and scoping software applications from scratch. • Strong background mapping out marketplace, directory, or rating systems. • Excellent communication skills to help translate business logic into clean technical requirements. • Experience with real estate tech or automated communication workflows is a major plus. We're a fast-moving studio building several SaaS products. The first — closest to launch — is a tool for churches and pastors. A lot of our app is built fast with AI-assisted workflows, which makes it functional but generic-looking. Your job is to give it taste: establish a clean, reusable design system and redesign our core screens so the product feels premium, trustworthy, and genuinely beautiful — then hand polished, dev-ready designs to our developers to build. This starts as a focused contract project — a design system + a redesign of our launch product's key screens — with strong potential to continue ongoing as we add more products. What you'll do Audit our current screens and redesign them into something clean, modern, and premium Build a reusable design system (components, color, typography, spacing, patterns) that our developers build within — so quality stays high without you touching every screen Design user flows and mockups for new features — improve usability, not just looks Hand off dev-ready designs in Figma (organized, spec'd, with all states) that our developers + AI build from accurately Review the built screens against your designs and polish the flows that matter most Bring brand sensibility — for our faith product that means calm, warm, reverent, and trustworthy, not flashy Our setup Our developers build in Next.js + React + Tailwind CSS (often with shadcn/ui). Designs that map cleanly to that world — and a smooth Figma → code handoff — make everyone faster. You don't need to write code, but understanding how design becomes front-end is a real plus. You're a great fit if you Have a portfolio of real SaaS / web-app product design (not just landing pages or logos) Have built or worked within a design system Have strong taste and restraint — you make things beautiful without over-designing Think about user flows and usability, not only visuals Communicate clearly and work independently Can overlap a few hours with US time zones Nice to have Can do light front-end yourself (a "design engineer" who designs and builds in React/Tailwind) Experience designing for faith, community, or trust-sensitive products Comfortable designing within / extending shadcn/ui + Tailwind To apply — answer these (applications without answers are skipped) Share 1–2 SaaS or web-app products you designed. What was the before/after, and what problem were you solving (not just "made it prettier")? Have you built or worked within a design system? Briefly, how? How do you hand designs to developers so they build them accurately? Your part-time weekly availability and US time-zone overlap. Shortlist step (paid) A short paid trial: we'll give you one real screen from our app and ask you to redesign it plus a few sentences on your reasoning. We hire from the trial, not the résumé.

I am looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to create a professional PowerPoint presentation with realistic website mockups for my preschool website. This is not a website development project. I need 5–6 redesigned page concepts that modernize the layout and user experience while preserving our existing branding, colors, logo, and content. The goal is to reorganize and improve the presentation of our current website so I can present the concepts to my business partner before making any changes. Strong Figma or Adobe XD website mockups. * Experience designing for schools, healthcare, or family-oriented businesses. * Excellent PowerPoint presentation examples. * A portfolio that shows clean, modern layouts rather than flashy effects.

We are a growing team spun out from an investment firm piloting a new financial modeling product that originally began as an in-house tool but is quickly generating a lot of interest from potential customers/clients. We are seeking demonstrably experienced UX/UI designers to help shape the direction of this product. We will select a few of the top applicants to submit very low to medium fidelity mockups of how they envision the overall UI and aesthetic of our product, based on our existing mockups and further information about the product. Applicants will be compensated for hours spent. We will then select one applicant to move forward with to join our team and continue building the design. Note: One of the core challenges/opportunities in our product is creating abstractable information hierarchies that can be traversed simply and intuitively, avoiding information overload. To apply: Please present 1-2 UI product designs (on top of your portfolio of past clients/UI Mockups) that demonstrate a darker themed, data intensive interface, or a minimalist, expandable/collapsable UI that can surface or abstract away data in a digestible manner.
