I own a land clearing and forestry mulching business and already have a completed professional brand package with logos, colors, fonts, and brand guidelines. I am not looking for a new logo or full rebrand. I need an experienced apparel/print designer to take my existing brand files and create clean, professional, screen-print-ready shirt artwork and a simple printer reference guide. This is for contractor work shirts, hi-vis safety shirts, charcoal/navy shirts, and possibly hats later. Main goal: Create shirt artwork that is readable from a distance, properly sized, properly centered, and easy for a local screen printer to follow. I recently had shirts printed where the back design came out too small visually, too high, and not readable enough from about 10 feet away. Some shirts also appeared off-center. I want to avoid that happening again. The print quality itself was usable, but the layout did not function well as a professional shirt-back design. It looked more like a small upper-back strip instead of a strong branded work shirt. Deliverables needed: 1. Left chest logo layout for shirts 2. Strong back shirt layout 3. Hi-vis yellow/green shirt version 4. Hi-vis orange shirt version 5. Dark shirt version for navy/charcoal 6. Simple printer reference guide showing: - front logo placement - back logo placement - approximate print width/height - distance from collar/top of shirt - centering instructions - which file to use for each shirt color 7. Final files in AI, PDF, PNG, and any other print-ready format recommended Possible back shirt wording: Property Line Land Services Forestry Mulching & Land Clearing propertylineland.com The tagline “Built on Trust. Cleared with Purpose.” can still be considered, but for work shirts I think the service line needs to be the main focus so people immediately understand what the business does. Design direction: I am open to the designer’s recommendation on whether the back should use: - stacked layout - badge-first layout - service-first layout - modified horizontal layout - another format that works better for apparel The current horizontal logo looks good in other uses, but on the back of a shirt it became too long and shallow. I want the back design to have more visual impact and better readability. Important requirements: - Do not redesign the whole brand. - Use the existing logo, colors, and brand style. - Must understand screen printing and apparel placement. - Must provide files a local printer can use without guessing. - Must be able to create a simple placement/reference guide. - Must care about readability and professional brand presentation. - Bonus if you understand hat embroidery or hat logo preparation. Please include examples of previous apparel, workwear, contractor shirts, screen print layouts, or brand merchandise you have created.

BRIEF: Custom Signature Stripe Pattern — Strange Sausages PROJECT OVERVIEW We are launching a premium dachshund accessories brand called Strange Sausages. We sell matching sets (harness, collar, leash, bowtie) designed specifically for the unique body of dachshunds. We need a signature stripe pattern that becomes our brand's most recognizable print — think Burberry's plaid or Ralph Lauren's stripe, but ours. WHAT WE NEED A seamless, repeating diagonal stripe pattern. This will be our "house pattern" used across multiple product collections, so it must feel elevated and timeless — not generic. STYLE DIRECTION — Diagonal stripes (approximately 45 degrees) — Stripes of varying widths (mix of thick + thin for visual interest) — Warm, earthy palette: cream, camel, warm tan, with ONE subtle accent (deep teal OR dusty clay — show both options) — Classy and sophisticated — NOT sporty or juvenile — Think: elevated dog boutique, not big-box pet store DELIVERABLES — Seamless repeat tile (minimum 3000x3000px at 300 DPI) — CMYK color mode preferred (or include CMYK hex values) — Supplied as: AI, EPS, or high-res PNG — 2 colorway options minimum COMMERCIAL RIGHTS Full commercial license must be transferred to Strange Sausages LLC upon final payment. Pattern may not be resold or licensed to any other party. BUDGET: Open to proposals TIMELINE: First draft within 7 days EXAMPLE OF PRODUCT ATTACHED BUT NOT THE EXACT DESIGN WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Summary We are looking for a fashion designer who understands that restraint is a design decision. You will own the visual and technical direction of our garment line from initial concept through to production-ready tech packs. You will work directly with the founder to expand the brand collection beyond our core hoodie and tee into a full women's wardrobe that maintains an unwavering point of view. What you will do: Design and develop seasonal collections built around a city series concept, expanding into new silhouettes including hoodies, sweatshirts, outerwear, and knitwear. Create detailed tech packs for all styles including construction specs, measurement charts, material callouts, and print and embroidery placement files. Source and manage relationships with premium manufacturers, primarily in Portugal, Turkey, and the wider MENA region. Direct embroidery and print suppliers on execution quality, ensuring the refinement of the brand mark is maintained at every scale. Develop and maintain a cohesive design system covering typography, graphic mark standards, colorway logic, and seasonal palette evolution. Collaborate on product photography direction, art direction of campaign imagery, and packaging design. Research and propose material innovations that push quality while maintaining sustainability commitments. Provide creative direction on brand extensions including accessories, packaging, and retail presentation.

I’m launching MINU$110, a premium sports betting-inspired apparel brand built around betting culture, historic betting moments, bad beats, backdoor covers, and clean streetwear-style design. This is an apparel/merch brand only — not a sportsbook, gambling operation, or betting advice business. I currently own and operate a 100-person company, so my time is limited. I need an experienced operator who can help turn this from a logo/concept into a real Shopify apparel brand with products, samples, supplier recommendations, packaging direction, and launch systems. This is NOT just a logo design role. This is NOT just a social media role. This is NOT just a virtual assistant role. I need someone who can think, organize, recommend, execute, and use AI tools to move fast. Current brand direction: The brand is called MINU$110. The look: - Clean black / white / green color palette - Simple front chest logo - Premium streetwear feel - Sportsbook / betting screen inspired back graphics - Minimal, insider, sports-betting-native language - No cheesy casino graphics Initial product categories: - STANDARD — clean logo tee - JUICE — slightly elevated detail tee - VIG — back graphic / historic ticket tee - CUT — premium limited drop The first collection will likely include: - Black logo tee - White logo tee - Historic betting moment shirts - Bad beat / backdoor cover inspired shirts - Possibly one hoodie Responsibilities: I need help with the full launch foundation, including: 1. Brand kit outline - Logo usage - Colors - Fonts - Brand voice - Design rules - Product naming rules 2. Product development - Recommend shirt blanks - Recommend hoodie blanks - Compare Printful, Printify, or other POD suppliers - Recommend best approach for early validation - Help create first drop/product lineup 3. Shopify setup - Store structure - Product page template - Navigation - Basic app recommendations - Product descriptions - Size guide / shipping / returns structure 4. Mockups and samples - Create or coordinate product mockups - Set up sample ordering plan - Help evaluate print quality and fit - Recommend front logo placement and back graphic sizing 5. Packaging / branding details - Recommend packaging insert - Neck label direction - Thank-you card / insert copy - Simple branded experience without overcomplicating launch 6. Launch system - 30-day launch checklist - Basic SOPs - Weekly progress updates - Clear next steps so the brand can operate without constant founder involvement Required experience: Please only apply if you have experience with most of the following: - Shopify - Apparel, merch, streetwear, or DTC ecommerce - Print-on-demand or ecommerce fulfillment - Product launches - Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools - ChatGPT / AI tools - Strong organization - Clear communication - Ability to work independently without constant hand-holding Bonus experience: - Sports betting culture - Fantasy sports - Sports content - Streetwear drops - Meta ads - TikTok Shop - Klaviyo - Influencer gifting / seeding Project structure: This will start as a 30-day paid trial project. If the fit is strong, this can become an ongoing monthly contractor/operator role. The goal of the first 30 days is to build the launch foundation, not to run the entire company immediately. Expected deliverables for the first 30 days: 1. Brand kit outline 2. First product/drop recommendation 3. Shirt blank and hoodie blank recommendations 4. POD supplier recommendation 5. Packaging / insert / label direction 6. Shopify store structure 7. Product page templates 8. Mockup/sample ordering plan 9. 30-day launch checklist 10. Weekly progress updates Important: I am looking for someone who can operate like a mini-founder for the launch buildout. I do not need someone who waits for exact instructions on every task. I need someone who can make smart recommendations, explain tradeoffs, execute, and report progress clearly.
