YouTube Growth Specialist We’re looking for a YouTube know-it-all…someone who lives and breathes the platform and knows exactly how to grow a channel. You’ll own the strategy and the day-to-day mechanics of how, when, and where we post, and you’ll bring strong opinions on the content itself. If you obsess over watch time, thumbnails, and the algorithm, this is for you. What you’ll do - Own our YouTube growth strategy — turn views and subscribers into a repeatable, measurable system. - Define how and when we post: publishing cadence, formats (long-form, Shorts), and the best times to go live. - Optimize every upload for discovery — titles, descriptions, the right tags and keywords, chapters, and end screens. - Craft thumbnails and packaging that earn the click, and test variations to see what works. - Give real input on content — topics, hooks, structure, and what will actually perform with our audience. - Track performance in YouTube Analytics and translate the numbers into clear next steps. - Stay on top of algorithm changes, trends, and what’s working for other channels in our space. What we’re looking for - Proven track record growing a YouTube channel (please share channels you’ve worked on). - Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, tags, metadata, and how the algorithm surfaces content. - A sharp eye for thumbnails, titles, and packaging — and the data habit to back up your calls. - Comfort with YouTube Studio and analytics; you make decisions based on retention and CTR, not guesswork. - Strong content instincts and the confidence to push ideas, not just execute them. Bonus: basic video editing, scripting, or experience with Shorts. How to apply Send a short note on a channel you helped grow — what you did and the results — along with your resume

I am a private individual seeking a highly specialized, independent Medical Billing Advocate or Healthcare Consultant on an hourly contractual basis to proactively manage the financial strategy and administrative execution of a high-dollar oncology treatment plan. I am a member of a non-traditional healthcare sharing ministry (Liberty HealthShare Unite), not standard commercial PPO/HMO insurance. I am facing a major urologic oncological surgery (radical nephrectomy) in July 2026, followed by a potential 12-month course of adjuvant immunotherapy (Keytruda/pembrolizumab) infusions starting in the fall. Because healthcare sharing ministries operate under rigid, rule-based sharing guidelines rather than state insurance mandates, I am exposed to significant balance-billing risks and administrative pre-notification hurdles. Scope of Work (Phased Hourly Execution): Phase 1 (Pre-Treatment Negotiation): Review the CPT/billing code blocks provided by my US oncology team (based out of a facility that accepts the broader MultiPlan network trunk but lists the PHCS subsidiary as out-of-network). Proactively negotiate single-case bundled pricing agreements or fixed cash rates using the active MultiPlan framework before treatment starts. Phase 2 (Healthshare Pre-Notification): Format, structure, and submit my oncology treatment plan directly to Liberty’s Oncology Treatment Plan Review system to secure explicit, written sharing eligibility upfront. Phase 3 (Ongoing Auditing & Appeals): If immunotherapy proceeds, perform rolling line-item audits of monthly facility infusion bills, manage electronic or manual submissions to the healthshare, track reimbursement cycles, and handle all coding dispute appeals directly with the hospital billing department and the healthshare. Phase 4 (International Option Contingency): Conduct targeted cost and compliance vetting if a portion of the care transitions to a cash-pay international oncology center, ensuring documentation aligns with healthshare cross-border requirements. Required Qualifications & Expert Criteria: Must have documented, verifiable experience successfully negotiating claims, single-case agreements, or pre-notifications specifically with Healthcare Sharing Ministries (e.g., Liberty HealthShare, Sedera, Medi-Share, CHM). Commercial PPO-only experience is insufficient. Deep expertise in the US healthcare revenue cycle, CPT/HCPCS coding modifiers, and facility vs. professional billing splits for high-cost oncology infusions. Strong preference for individuals holding credentials such as Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), Certified Medical Claims Consultant (CMCC), or senior healthcare contract negotiators. Absolute transparency regarding hourly billing practices, with meticulous tracking of time spent. To Apply: Please reply with a brief summary of your direct experience dealing with healthsharing ministries or navigating complex out-of-network oncology claims. Please confirm your standard hourly rate. General, automated agency pitches will be immediately declined.

We're a busy plaintiff-side California law firm with a high active caseload and steady litigation volume. We're looking for a sharp legal writer to join our team as an ongoing, part-time motion-drafting attorney. You'll work behind the scenes drafting motions that our attorneys review, finalize, and file — so you get consistent, interesting work without the client management or court appearances. This is a long-term, recurring engagement, not a one-off project. The right person becomes a reliable part of our workflow. What you'll draft: Discovery motions (motions to compel, separate statements, discovery oppositions) Song-Beverly attorney's fee motions and supporting declarations Oppositions to motions for summary judgment / summary adjudication (MSJ/MSA) What we're looking for Active California bar license (required). Good standing. Strong civil litigation motion-writing experience — you can take a record and produce a clean, persuasive, court-ready draft. Excellent legal research and Shepardizing/KeyCiting; arguments are well-supported and current. Comfortable working from case files, deposition testimony, repair records, and discovery responses. Reliable, responsive, and able to hit deadlines in an active litigation calendar. Lemon law experience is a plus but not required. If you're a strong California civil litigation writer, we'll get you up to speed on the Song-Beverly specifics. What matters most is the quality of your writing and your judgment. Why this role is a good fit: Steady, predictable work — ongoing pipeline, not feast-or-famine. Remote and flexible; you control your hours. No client intake, no court appearances, no billing headaches — just writing. Templates, prior briefs, and a clear style guide to work from. To apply Please include: A short note on your California civil litigation and motion-writing background (mention lemon law experience if any). A writing sample — ideally an MSJ/MSA opposition, motion to compel, or fee motion you drafted (redact anything confidential). Your California bar number and confirmation of good standing. Your availability and rate expectations. Applications without a writing sample will not be considered. We review every qualified application and respond promptly. We're looking to start with a paid test motion, then move into a steady ongoing arrangement with the right writer.

We are beneficiaries embroiled in a lawsuit with crooked trustees who have made an insane mess out of 3 trusts. The trusts include a CRT. The trustee has already been found negligent by the IRS. We need to examine what happens in a settlement in various scenarios - comparing how tax is imposed if the settlement money flows back through the trust(s) versus if it flows to us directly. Separately, the Trustee misrepesented the liquid asset value of the CRTs on the 706, which the IRS used to calculated deductions for the CRT from one of the primary trusts. Later the trustee had to claw back millions from the CRT to the main trust and distribute it to beneficiaries. We need to understand what liability if any is on her, and/ or flows to us if the IRS finds that fraudulent or negligent or both. And also, what happens if the court replaces her with a professional. Does the 706 get amended? What happens to that tax deduction? Does the trust owe more tax and penalties? We are looking for someone in California who knows California and Federal tax / trust law including foundation rules for CRTs.
