We are looking to hire a licensed structural engineer, preferably a Florida-licensed PE, to assist with two residential projects at our home in Florida. We are not looking for free consulting or informal advice. We are looking to hire the right engineer to review the existing conditions, advise on the proper structural approach, and provide stamped plans where required for city permitting. Project 1: Interior Partition / Feature Wall Structural Review We are planning to build an interior partition / feature wall using a combination of wood framing, metal studs, metal track, 1/2" drywall, finishes, sconces, and a mounted TV. Based on our preliminary estimate, the upper portion of the wall may weigh approximately 605 lbs after materials and finishes. Part of the upper section will be supported by the floor, but part of the load will need to be supported by the ceiling structure. We have drawings, truss notes, and the truss layout for the house. For this project, we need an engineer to review the proposed design and determine: -Whether the existing ceiling/truss structure can safely support the intended load. -Whether additional framing, blocking, bracing, or load transfer is required. -How the wall should be properly attached to the floor and ceiling structure. -Whether the proposed wood/metal stud design is appropriate. The goal is to make sure the feature wall is structurally sound before construction begins. Project 2: Front Door and Transom Window Modification We are also planning to replace our existing front door, sidelights, and curved transom window. The current opening includes a front door, sidelights, and an arched/curved transom window. This is the last arched window remaining on the house, and we have squared off the other windows in prior projects. Our goal is to: -Raise the height of the front door. -Remove the sidelights. -Replace the curved transom with a square/rectangular transom window. -Connect the new transom directly above the door with a mullion. -Modify the existing concrete/header area as needed. -Reframe the opening properly. -Finish the interior with insulation and drywall. -Finish the exterior with Tyvek/paper-backed metal lath/stucco to match the rest of the house, with no exterior bands. We are considering either a 9' or 10' door height, with the transom window size based on what works best structurally and visually with the other large upper windows on the front of the house. This project will likely require stamped structural plans for city permit submittal. We need an engineer who can review the existing conditions, recommend the correct framing/header approach, and provide stamped plans/details suitable for permitting in Florida. What We Can Provide We can provide: -Photos of the existing front door, sidelights, and transom. -Photos of related window projects already completed. -Drawings/sketches of the proposed feature wall. -Truss layout and truss notes for the house. -Measurements of the relevant areas. -Additional photos or videos as needed. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have experience with: -Residential structural engineering. -Florida building code requirements. -Truss/ceiling load review. -Door/window opening modifications. -Header/framing design. -Stamped plans for residential permit submittals. A Florida PE is strongly preferred, especially for the front door/transom project since stamped plans will be required by the city.

About the Role We're hiring an Engagement Marketing Manager to own the entire post-install lifecycle for our mobile app(s). You'll be responsible for turning new users into active, retained, monetizing users through push, in-app messaging, email, and every other channel that touches a user after they've downloaded. This is not a brand role. This is a numbers role. You will be measured on D1/D7/D30 retention, session frequency, push opt-in rates, reactivation, and LTV. What You'll Own Lifecycle strategy. Map every user state (new install, activated, engaged, dormant, churned) and build the messaging architecture that moves users between them. Push notifications. Strategy, copy, segmentation, send-time optimization, opt-in rate improvement, and rich push (images, deep links, action buttons). In-app messaging. Modals, tooltips, banners, and contextual nudges that drive feature adoption and habit formation. Email and SMS where applicable, including welcome flows, re-engagement, transactional, and win-back campaigns. Segmentation and personalization. Build behavioral cohorts and deliver the right message to the right user at the right moment. A/B testing. Continuous experimentation on copy, timing, frequency, channel mix, and creative. You'll run dozens of tests per quarter. Reactivation and win-back. Own dormant user reactivation as a dedicated workstream, not an afterthought. Cross-functional partnership. Work with product, data, design, and paid acquisition to align on funnel metrics and user experience. What We're Looking For 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, with at least 2 years focused on mobile apps (iOS and Android). Hands-on experience with a mobile engagement platform: Braze, Iterable, CleverTap, OneSignal, Customer.io, MoEngage, or similar. Strong analytical instincts. You're comfortable in Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, and you can pull your own cohorts without waiting on data science. Sharp copywriting. Push notifications are 40 characters of poetry. You either get it or you don't. Deep understanding of mobile-specific dynamics: push permission prompts, iOS notification settings, deep linking, App Store behavior, and platform fragmentation. Track record of measurable retention or engagement lift (be ready to talk specifics). Experience with segmentation, predictive modeling, or ML-driven personalization is a plus. Bonus Points Experience with apps in [your category: fintech, consumer social, marketplace, gaming, etc.]. Worked at a high-growth startup or scaled an app from under 1M to 10M+ MAUs. Familiarity with ASO and paid acquisition (you'll partner closely with both). Have opinions about push frequency caps, quiet hours, and the ethics of re-engagement. What Success Looks Like 30 days: Audited the full lifecycle, identified the three biggest leaks in the funnel. 90 days: Shipped a redesigned onboarding sequence and reactivation campaign. Established testing cadence. 6 months: Measurable lift in D30 retention and push opt-in rate. Lifecycle program runs as a system, not a series of one-offs.

Hello, I need help with the following, preferable the sooner the better. **Title:** Minnesota Attorney Needed — Cease & Desist Letter (Defamatory Online Reviews, Small Business) **Job Description:** I own a small, family-run tailor shop in Blaine, Minnesota (in business since 1991, single-member LLC). A customer has made specific false factual statements about my business publicly — including calling it a "scam," accusing me of "stealing" money, and claiming that information I provided was "fabricated." These statements have been made on Yelp and in connection with a BBB complaint and a Minnesota Attorney General's Office filing. The BBB and AGO matters are being handled separately — this job is for the cease and desist letter only. I have a fully signed, dated paper trail that directly contradicts every claim she has made: - Signed consultation notes disclosing all design choices, construction methods, and known limitations — signed by the customer before work began - A signed work order with full itemized pricing — signed before work began - A second signature from the same customer confirming pickup and acceptance of the completed goods, with no objection raised at that time The Yelp review was posted from an account created the same month as the review with no prior review history, five days after she signed for and accepted the finished work. **Scope of Work — C&D Letter Only:** Draft, sign, and send a cease and desist letter addressed to the customer on your firm letterhead that: - Identifies the specific false statements of fact by name (scam, stealing, fabricated, etc.) - References the signed documentation that directly contradicts each claim - Cites appropriate Minnesota defamation and trade libel law - Demands removal of the existing Yelp review and cessation of further false public statements - Is narrowly scoped to false statements of fact — not the customer's right to express genuine opinions or pursue consumer protection complaints **Deliverable:** One cease and desist letter drafted, signed, and transmitted by you as the attorney of record on your firm letterhead. A draft will be shared with me for review before transmission. **Requirements:** - Must be a licensed Minnesota attorney in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar - Experience with defamation, trade libel, or online review disputes strongly preferred - Comfortable working from a provided evidence package (signed contracts, Yelp screenshot, BBB correspondence) **To Apply:** Please confirm your Minnesota bar number, relevant experience with similar letters, and your fixed-price quote for this scope.

I am looking to hire an IL-licensed architect or structural engineer for a non-structural utility modernization on a 3-unit residential building on the South Side of Chicago (Woodlawn). We are bypassing the standard E-Plan review and utilizing the city's Express Permit Program on the Nonstructural Interior Work track. I already have direct, written confirmation from the city's Express Desk greenlighting three separate per-unit applications for this scope. The Project Scope Includes: A physical site visit to capture laser measurements of the unit layouts. This includes mapping and inventorying all existing plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, switches, and devices to satisfy the city's explicit requirement for the 'Current Condition' drawings. Drafting a streamlined, 2-sheet per unit drawing set (Existing vs. Proposed conditions). Layering my contractors' trade data (HVAC furnace closets, ductwork layout, basement water heater details, branch electrical updates, and minor laundry/dishwasher plumbing lines) onto the layouts. Digitally signing and stamping the final sets and completing your portal 'E-Acceptance
