I am looking for someone who could fully explain to me how to use Salesforce Campaigns to their fullest extent and how to set up reporting on campaigns. I've watch countless Trailhead videos but am failing at grasping how to fully implement them. My goal is that within an hour or two I'll have an understanding of how to set up campaigns, have them flowing between systems where applicable (we use Salesloft and MailChimp), and set up reporting and dashboards on campaign results. We will be working on a zoom call in which I will share my screen and you will walk me through the steps/actions.

Seeking a RevOps Lead to architect and direct Salesforce + HubSpot projects. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring quality execution. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in CRM architecture and experience in leading development teams. This is not a developer role — it’s an architecture, project manager, and leadership role focused on defining the ‘what’ and ‘how,’ not doing the hands-on build You will own RevOps and GTM Strategy across our clients while managing our team of developers, marketing experts, and other GTM resources. You will help scope projects and get the right team members in place with the right requirements This is not an admin/developer position; you’ll own the architecture, scoping, and technical direction.

You'll serve as a hands-on expert and thought partner, available roughly 10–15 hours per week. Engagements will vary — some weeks it's reviewing a complex automation build or troubleshooting a journey configuration, others it's cross-training the team, documenting a new process or helping us evaluate where AI or automation could reduce manual lift. Specific areas of focus include: - Data extensions: structure, management and best practices - List imports and data hygiene workflows - Automation Studio configuration and optimization - Journey Builder: design, configuration and deployment - Data extracts and delivery - Variable field mapping - HTML template builds and edits - Multi-tenant QA and Litmus testing - Global deployment scheduling across time zones and languages - Dynamic sender profile setup and management - Process improvement — helping us spot gaps and modernize how we work What we're looking for: You have deep, hands-on SFMC experience — not a generalist email background, but someone who has lived inside the platform across multiple client environments. You're comfortable getting into the weeds on a configuration, but you can also zoom out and talk strategy. You communicate clearly, you're organized and you genuinely enjoy teaching. Experience supporting multi-client or agency-side programs is a strong plus. Familiarity with enterprise B2C or B2B2C environments is ideal. Engagement details: - 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling - Remote - Ongoing contract with potential to expand based on fit If this sounds like the kind of work you do well, we'd love to hear from you. Please share your SFMC experience, relevant client examples and your hourly rate.

About the Project We're looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to build a productized, dealer-installable managed package that enables bi-directional data flow between our platform and a dealer's Salesforce org — with zero custom development required per dealer. What You'll Build 1. Managed Package An AppExchange-style managed package installable in any customer's Salesforce org. Must be versioned, upgradeable, and centrally maintainable by our engineering team after handoff. 2. Inbound Webhook Handler Receive webhook events from our platform and land them as records in defined custom objects inside the customer's Salesforce environment. 3. Outbound Push to Our API Send data from the customer's Salesforce back to our REST API — lead/applicant data, status updates, and other customer-side events. 4. Credential and Connection Management Handle OAuth or API key exchange between the customer's org and our platform. Admins configure the connection once during setup. No hard-coded or shared credentials. 5. Configurable Landing Layer Our data lands in stable custom object schemas. Customers configure their own downstream automation (flows, triggers, field mappings to Lead/Opportunity/Account) on their side. Out of Scope (this phase) Custom dashboards or reports inside the package Customer-specific workflow automation Data migration Non-Salesforce CRM connectors Deliverables Architecture proposal — auth model, object schema, webhook handler approach, sync patterns Managed package — built, tested, and deployable Installation and admin configuration guide Security review readiness documentation (AppExchange listing) Handoff documentation for our engineering team Who We're Looking For Proven experience building Salesforce managed packages (AppExchange experience a strong plus) Comfortable with REST API integration, webhook ingestion, and OAuth/API key credential flows Able to deliver clean handoff documentation — our team will own this after engagement ends Bonus: experience integrating Salesforce with SaaS platforms in fintech or vertical software

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce and ActiveCampaign consultant for an initial 1–2 hour paid consultation. Our company currently uses Salesforce CRM for commercial B2B sales operations, and we are evaluating ActiveCampaign as a marketing automation and campaign management platform. We need someone with deep hands-on experience in both Salesforce and ActiveCampaign who can review our current Salesforce structure, understand our workflows, and advise us on the best way to integrate and use ActiveCampaign effectively. We are looking for guidance on automation, campaign structure, segmentation, syncing data between platforms, and overall implementation strategy. This may lead to additional consulting and implementation work for the right candidate.

The Boston Foundation, one of the nation's oldest and largest community foundations, is looking for a senior, independent Salesforce / Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Architect for a focused, fractional engagement. We're at an inflection point on our marketing operations and communications strategy. The work here will inform our Pardot configuration but also our 2-3 year roadmap, including an honest recommendation on whether Pardot remains the right long-term tool for us. THE ROLE We're looking for an architect and mentor, not a hands-on configurator. Our internal team will own the build and the environment after you exit. Your role is to architect, produce documented blueprints, and coach the team through implementation. SCOPE Three phases over 8-12 weeks, roughly 50-70 total hours. Phase 1, Discovery & Audit (15-20 hours): Salesforce/Pardot connector audit, automation rule mapping, data discrepancies, and a written platform fit recommendation. Phase 2, Architecture & Blueprinting (15-20 hours): A simplified attribute data model and a documented endpoint specification for subscription and preference management that an external website front end will consume. Phase 3, Implementation Oversight (20-30 hours): Weekly working sessions coaching the internal team through configuration changes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant (the legacy Pardot Consultant credential is fine). - Strong written deliverables: blueprints, API specs, data models. Not just verbal guidance. - A mentor disposition. The team you're coaching will own the system long after you're gone. - Enough breadth across the marketing automation landscape to give us an honest comparative read on platform fit, not just a Pardot defense. - Comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow and transparent about how you use them. We assume good practitioners are using AI to work faster and better, and we'd rather hear how you're doing it (and coach us on it where relevant). - Nonprofit Salesforce experience preferred. DETAILS Target start: June 2026. Working sessions: Remote, US business hours. Rate is open to discussion within the posted range based on experience. This is an invite-only posting. We are evaluating final few candidates.

About the Project Last Mile Education Fund is a nonprofit supporting financially vulnerable college students pursuing STEM degrees. We maintain detailed records of our students' educational and career outcomes in Salesforce, and we're looking for sharp, detail-oriented researchers to help us update and verify thousands of student records using publicly available LinkedIn data. This is not a simple copy-paste data entry. You'll need to investigate ambiguous cases, cross-reference conflicting information, and use good judgment to determine the most accurate record. For example, identifying the correct person among similarly named LinkedIn profiles, determining whether a listed degree was actually completed, or inferring missing dates from contextual clues. Strong candidates will approach this with the mindset of a researcher or analyst, not just a data entry clerk. What You'll Do - Search LinkedIn for current and former program participants using names, schools, and other identifying details provided, where profiles aren’t currently linked in a student record. - Extract and verify education records (school, degree, major, dates) and employment records (employer, title, dates, location) - Accurately match LinkedIn profiles to the correct individual when names are common or ambiguous, using available context clues - Enter and update verified data directly into Salesforce following our existing field structure and data entry standards - Flag unclear or unresolvable records for review rather than guessing - Maintain a high pace of accurate output. This role rewards both speed and precision What We're Looking For - Salesforce experience required. You should be comfortable navigating Salesforce, updating records, and working within an existing CRM structure - A track record of detail-intensive past work: data auditing, research, QA, fact-checking, or similar work requiring careful judgment under volume - Strong online research instincts, comfortable using LinkedIn and other public sources to verify identity and resolve ambiguous information - Excellent written English and the ability to follow detailed data entry guidelines precisely - Demonstrated ability to balance speed and accuracy - Comfort working independently with minimal oversight after initial onboarding - Commitment to at least 20 hours/week. How We'll Work Together We'll start with a one-week paid trial period at the rate above. At the end of the first week we'll evaluate fit on both sides (accuracy, pace, judgment, and communication) before confirming ongoing engagement. We're looking to bring on 1–3 contractors through this process, with the expectation of continued work after week 1 for those who perform well. Confidentiality Requirements This role involves access to student personally identifiable information, including names, dates of birth, and contact information. All contractors must sign a confidentiality agreement prior to starting work and must handle all student data strictly within approved Salesforce workflows. Sharing, storing, or using student data outside of those workflows is strictly prohibited. To Apply Please share examples of past work that required high attention to detail under volume: data auditing, research, fact-checking, QA, or similar, and briefly describe your Salesforce experience.
