Position Overview ATG is seeking an experienced Enterprise & CRM Architect to support strategic consulting engagements involving enterprise architecture, CRM strategy, digital transformation, technology modernization, and business process improvement. This is a fractional, project-based consulting opportunity ideal for an experienced independent consultant who enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges while partnering with a growing consulting firm. Engagements may include executive advisory services, technology assessments, CRM evaluations, architecture design, implementation planning, governance, and strategic roadmap development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable speaking with executive leadership as they are designing future-state technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Depending on the engagement, responsibilities may include: -Assess current-state enterprise application ecosystems and technology landscapes. -Evaluate CRM platforms, capabilities, and implementation approaches. -Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for technology optimization. -Design future-state enterprise, solution, and application architectures. -Develop technology roadmaps, modernization strategies, and transition plans. -Create architecture diagrams, capability maps, and executive-level documentation. -Evaluate integrations, technical dependencies, and architectural risks. -Support governance, information management, and data strategy initiatives. -Facilitate discovery sessions and executive stakeholder workshops. -Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. -Provide strategic guidance on CRM, enterprise applications, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. -Collaborate with ATG consultants, business analysts, project managers, and client leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle. Required Qualifications -Minimum 7 years of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, CRM Architecture, or Technology Consulting experience. -Experience advising executive and senior leadership on technology strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives. -Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices. -Experience with one or more enterprise CRM platforms, including: -Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Salesforce -HubSpot -Oracle CX -Comparable enterprise CRM solutions -Experience designing enterprise application ecosystems and integrations. -Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for executive audiences. -Experience developing architecture diagrams, capability models, technology roadmaps, and strategic recommendations. -Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. -Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications -Public sector, municipal, or government consulting experience. -TOGAF or comparable enterprise architecture certification. -Business Architecture experience. -Data Governance or Master Data Management experience. -Cloud architecture experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). -Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. -Previous consulting experience working directly with executive stakeholders. Successful consultants are viewed not simply as technical experts, but as trusted advisors who create confidence with every client engagement. Client Engagement & Travel While most work may be performed remotely, certain engagements may require periodic in-person participation during project planning, discovery sessions, executive workshops, governance meetings, or key implementation milestones. Candidates should be willing to: -Attend occasional on-site client meetings when project needs require. -Participate in executive workshops and planning sessions. -Travel periodically for client engagements, when appropriate. Travel expectations will always be discussed in advance and will vary by project.
