One is "a letter signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer stating that no stormwater improvements will be required." The other is "a Construction Best Management Practices Plan (CBMPP) that is signed and stamped by a licensed professional engineer." I have a letter and CBMPP drafted that may be reviewed and adjusted as needed then signed. The scope of the project is very small and involves only installing a 12.5'x10' concrete pad, running water and electric hookups to the pad, and installing a 3'x3' buried infiltration pit for the machines condensate drainage line. I have a detailed site plan that shows all of the specifics of this project. The engineer must have a PE Stamp and be licensed in the state of Alabama. Thank you.
