It features specific tactile geometric extrusions on the outer surface (parallel ridges and concentric rings) and micro-cavity geometry on the inner surface. Because of the simple geometry, we expect this initial asset creation to take roughly 5 to 10 hours for an experienced designer. SCOPE OF WORK: Optimize the inner diameter and wall thickness for high-tensile silicone (Shore Hardness 50A–60A) to ensure a tight, elastic compression fit on the sphere without slipping. Incorporate minor surface branding (debossed text) and leave a flat, smooth, untextured rectangular zone optimized for secondary silicone ink pad printing. Design micro-cavities on the underside optimized for clean release from an injection/compression mold tool. Deliver final, clean assets in production-ready formats (.STEP, .STP).
