I'm looking for an experienced mechanical/product development engineer with expertise in consumer products, injection molding, and prototype-to-manufacturing development. I have a rough garage prototype that has been built and tested. The design now needs to be refined so it can survive real use, and be manufactured consistently. I'm looking for an engineer to help solve the remaining engineering challenges, refine the design, and develop a production-ready product. I need a removable attachment that can withstand household water pressure, seal reliably, attach without tools, be inexpensive to manufacture, and survive repeated use. My goal is to create a reliable, manufacturable design and prepare it for an initial pilot production run of 100–200 units. Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), material selection, CAD development, and prototype refinement is highly preferred.

Project Overview The product is a compact electromechanical liquid dispensing and mixing device that combines precision fluid handling, rotating mechanical components, motors, sensors, and embedded electronics into a small desktop form factor. The overall product concept, workflow, and design direction have already been established. I have reference sketches, a cad model, design documentation, and a vision of how the system could function. There are a handful of engineering hurdles that I would like to work through collaboratively before transitioning into detailed CAD development. Once those challenges have been solved, the next phase will be creating a prototype-ready SolidWorks assembly that can be used for physical prototyping and iterative testing. What I’m Looking For I’m interested in working with someone who has significant experience developing real-world hardware products, particularly products that combine mechanical systems with electronics. Experience in any of the following is highly desirable: * IoT or connected hardware devices * Medical devices * Laboratory or diagnostic equipment * Precision fluid handling or dispensing systems * Robotics or automation equipment * Consumer electromechanical products * Products involving motors, sensors, and embedded electronics Responsibilities * Collaborate on solving key mechanical engineering challenges. * Develop practical, manufacturable design solutions. * Design the complete mechanical assembly in SolidWorks. * Package mechanical and electrical components into a compact enclosure. * Recommend improvements that simplify manufacturing, assembly, and reliability. * Produce prototype-ready CAD suitable for 3D printing and functional evaluation. Preferred Qualifications * 8+ years of product or mechanical engineering experience. * Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks. * Demonstrated experience bringing physical products from concept through prototype. * Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and design for manufacturability. * Excellent mechanical problem-solving skills with the ability to explain engineering decisions and tradeoffs. To Apply Please include: 1. Examples of hardware products you’ve designed. 2. Photos, renders, or links to physical prototypes you’ve helped develop. 3. A brief description of your role on those projects. I’m looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship as this product evolves from prototype through future design iterations.

We're building a confidential, AI-native operating system for high-volume plaintiff-side litigation. This is not a generic legal chatbot. It's an operating system for litigation operations — and we already have a live law firm as the proving ground, a working visual prototype, a pitch deck, and a near-term demo deadline. We need a senior full-stack engineer who can take an existing prototype, schemas, prompts, and workflow package and turn it into a secure working demo, then a production-track MVP. The right person thinks like a product architect, engineer, and security operator at once — fast, but disciplined with confidential legal data. Required: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node or Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, auth and role-based access control, OpenAI or comparable LLM APIs, structured JSON/schema outputs, secure file handling, PDF/export generation, GitHub workflows, and strong security discipline. Strong plus: Legaltech, plaintiff-side litigation, case management systems (Filevine, Litify, Clio, Salesforce, HighLevel), RAG/document extraction, audit logging, and SOC 2 / PII / regulated-data experience. Ground rules: NDA required. No public repos. No real client data in the demo — sanitized data only. No API keys in browser code. No external sharing or deployment without approval. First deliverable: A build-readiness report identifying what's mock, what's reusable, and what needs rebuilding, plus architecture, security risks, database plan, API integration path, and a 7–30 day build roadmap. The path: Paid 7-day build-readiness sprint → 30-day demo sprint → longer-term technical lead / founding engineer discussion. To apply, please include: A short note on why you're right for this project 2–3 relevant products you've built (links) GitHub or code samples, if available Your availability for a 7-day build-readiness sprint Your hourly rate, fixed sprint price, or contract-to-hire preference Remote acceptable. U.S.-based preferred; South Florida a plus.

I’m looking for an AI Engineer to help build an automated red-teaming product based on open-source models. This is a short-term, hands-on project for around 2 months, with an expected commitment of about 20 hours per week. The goal is to build a specialized red-teaming engine that can generate adversarial prompts across different risk domains, severity levels, and attack strategies — then automatically run those prompts against target AI models to identify bad cases, failure patterns, and safety gaps. 🔍 What you’ll work on Build red-teaming systems on top of open-source LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt optimization, evaluation pipelines, and model orchestration. Design automated prompt generation workflows across risk domains such as self-harm, hate, violence, sexual safety, misinformation, fraud, cyber, and other high-risk areas. Generate prompts across different harm levels, from benign edge cases to policy-borderline and clearly unsafe scenarios, while maintaining structured taxonomies and evaluation criteria. Run automated tests against target models such as Gemma, Llama, Qwen, or other open-source / closed-source models to surface jailbreak patterns, over-refusal, under-refusal, and policy inconsistencies. Build feedback loops that turn model failures into stronger red-team prompts, improved eval sets, remediation recommendations, and continuous safety testing. 🧠 What I’m looking for Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs, fine-tuning, LoRA / QLoRA, RAG, model evaluation, and LLM inference pipelines. Familiarity with AI safety, red teaming, adversarial prompting, jailbreaks, safety evals, or trust & safety systems. Ability to build end-to-end systems, including data pipelines, model serving, eval harnesses, scoring, dashboards, and automation workflows. Bonus if you’ve worked on model safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, agentic testing, or automated eval infrastructure. ⏳ Project setup Duration: around 2 months Time commitment: about 20 hours per week Format: flexible / remote-friendly Stage: early-stage build, from 0 to 1 🚀 Why this is interesting This is not about manually writing red-team prompts one by one. The goal is to build a scalable system that can continuously generate, test, categorize, and learn from model failures — helping teams understand where AI models break, why they break, and how to improve them. If you enjoy working with open-source models, AI safety, red teaming, and fast 0-to-1 product building, I’d love to chat. Feel free to DM me if this sounds like you, or if you know someone who might be a good fit.
