We are a small, funded product team taking a live iOS and Android app (React Native) into its most important release. The app is moving from a manual tool to an intelligent, automated daily companion. We are hiring one senior developer to own both the front-end experience and the back-end intelligence layer, and to help us make the key architecture decisions for what comes next. Full product details are shared under NDA. This post is about the bar we need you to clear, so read the application instructions carefully. The One Thing That Matters Most You have personally built and shipped cross-platform mobile apps that real users have in their hands today. Not prototypes, not tutorials, not apps that stalled before launch. We want to see them, use them, and hear exactly what you built. Everything below matters, but nothing matters more than proof that you have taken a mobile app all the way to the App Store and Google Play and kept it running. What You Will Own Front end A polished, animated experience: onboarding flows, sequenced screens, and a completion moment that has to feel premium. We care about craft and detail, not just functional screens. Back end Data modeling, serverless functions, a per-user scheduled notification engine, third-party AI API integration, subscription entitlement logic, and a time-series scoring system. Our current stack runs on Firebase, so you will work in it from day one, but part of your job is to tell us where it should go next. Your first deliverables In your first 1-2 weeks, before heavy building starts, you will: Review our functional spec (FSD) and write the technical spec (TSD) for how you will build it Give us your own build estimate and milestone plan against the October 31, 2026 target. Deliver a written backend recommendation: stay on our current stack, extend it, or migrate. For the backend call, weigh Firebase/Firestore, Postgres (for example Supabase), and other options against our real needs: 10,000+ active users, AI API integration, offline-first sync, reliable push at scale, velocity, and cost. We want an objective read from someone who has shipped on more than one backend, not someone married to a single tool. What You Must Have 3+ years building React Native apps that are live in production on both iOS and Android. Shipped and maintained, not just started. Strong full-stack backend fundamentals: serverless/cloud functions, data modeling, auth, security rules or access control, and API design. Hands-on experience with both a NoSQL database (for example Firestore) and a relational database (Postgres or similar). You should be able to reason about the trade-offs, because you will be advising us on exactly that. Production experience integrating a third-party AI API (Claude, OpenAI, or comparable), including handling latency, cost, and structured output. Proficient in TypeScript. Our codebase is TypeScript. RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management. It is already integrated in our codebase. Push notification infrastructure and scheduled/triggered server logic that runs reliably per user. Clear written English and comfort working async-first over Slack, with GitHub-based code review. Strong Advantage (Not Required) If you have shipped these before, tell us. If not, we expect a strong engineer to pick them up quickly. Firebase at real scale in production: Firestore schema design, Cloud Functions with complex triggers, FCM, and Firebase Auth. UX/UI craft: polished animation work such as SVG stroke animation, radial gradients, and staggered/sequenced motion. Device-native speech-to-text on iOS and Android. Anthropic Claude API specifics: prompt caching, system-prompt engineering, structured output. Experience scaling a consumer or wellness/subscription app to 10,000+ active users. Engagement Time commitment: we expect roughly 20+ hours per week, sustained. This is a real ongoing engagement, not a few hours here and there. Timeline: our v3 release targets October 2026. Expect focused, steady delivery between now and then, with the backend recommendation done in your first few weeks so we can lock the architecture early. Scope: substantial multi-month build with strong potential to continue into v3+ if it is a good fit. We would rather find one reliable partner for the long haul than churn through contractors. Tooling: GitHub, Slack for daily communication, TestFlight for iOS builds. Contract, hourly or fixed-price per sprint. Your preference. Tell us your rate and preferred structure. All builds, schema changes, and deployments are reviewed before release. We commit to a 48-hour feedback turnaround. How to Apply — Read Carefully You must submit a portfolio website or a link to your work before any screening call. Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed and will not receive a call. To be considered, include all of the following: A portfolio or work link (required, no exceptions). Applications without one will not be reviewed. One shipped mobile app you are proud of, live on iOS and/or Android, with a store link or video. Tell us specifically what you built. One backend system or serverless function you built. Describe the scale, the data model, and the hardest problem you solved. One example of UI craft or complex interaction, with the visible result (link, video, or GIF). Your one-paragraph read on the backend question: given the needs above, would you stay, extend, or migrate, and why? A confident “it depends, here is how I would decide” is a great answer. A brief note on how you approach scoping and estimating a build like this. We do not expect a number before you have seen the spec, but we want to see how you think about it. Your rate, preferred engagement structure, and realistic start date. How many hours per week you can realistically commit, sustained, between now and an October 31, 2026 v3 target. Be honest. We would rather know your real capacity up front. We respond to every complete application. We are looking for a developer who takes their craft seriously.

About DripShop DripShop is a mobile social-commerce platform for trading cards and collectibles — live-stream shopping, instant pack openings, and creator-driven drops. We're growing 30–40% month over month, our buyers convert and repeat at high rates, and we're ready to put real fuel — and real rigor — behind new-user acquisition. What we need We're looking for a hands-on growth/performance marketer to own top-of-funnel acquisition and the measurement behind it. Our funnel below signup is strong: activation and repeat purchase are healthy and improving. The opportunity is twofold — (1) rebuild and scale our signup volume through paid and scalable channels, and (2) stand up clean attribution so we actually know which channels and creators drive new buyers. This is a senior, build-from-scratch role for someone who can run campaigns and trust their own numbers — wired more like an analyst or engineer than a brand marketer. Not a strategy-deck role. DripShop is a mobile-first app, so this is squarely about driving app installs and first purchases across iOS and Android. Scope of work Plan, launch, and optimize paid app-install and conversion campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels you recommend) across iOS and Android, managing budget to a target cost-per-new-buyer. Audit and rebuild mobile + web acquisition attribution (an MMP like AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork/iOS ATT, GA4, Mixpanel) so every install and signup is traceable to a source. Own app store optimization (ASO) across the App Store and Google Play — metadata, keywords, and store creative that lift install conversion. Build and maintain a weekly acquisition dashboard: spend, installs, signups, CAC, activation — by channel. Partner with our creator team to make creator/affiliate activity measurable and scalable. Run structured experiments on channels, creative, and onboarding to lift installs, signups, and first-purchase conversion. You should have 5–7 years running paid user acquisition for a consumer mobile app (iOS + Android), with real budget ownership. A prior engineering, data science, analytics, or quant role — you think in systems and reason from data, not vibes. Hands-on GA4 + Mixpanel (or similar) and fluency with SQL — you build your own funnels, pull your own data, and trust your own numbers. Deep knowledge of mobile attribution and measurement: MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), SKAdNetwork, iOS ATT, deep linking, and SDK-based install tracking. Hands-on app store optimization (ASO) experience across the App Store and Google Play. A track record of lowering CAC or scaling installs efficiently — bring numbers. Who you are Self-starter / entrepreneurial. You operate like a founder: you scope your own work, own the outcome, and don't wait to be told what to measure. AI-native. You use LLMs and automation to do the work of a larger team — analyzing data, generating and iterating creative, and automating reporting. Analytically rigorous. You design clean experiments, separate signal from noise, and can defend every number you put on a dashboard. Nice to have Social commerce, live shopping, collectibles/TCG, or creator/influencer-driven growth experience. CRM/lifecycle familiarity (Customer.io, ManyChat, Klaviyo) — secondary, but useful. To apply, include in your proposal A consumer acquisition program you ran — channel, budget, and the result (CAC, signups, or ROAS). How you'd approach fixing attribution when most signups currently show up as "direct/unknown." Your relevant tool stack (ad platforms + analytics + attribution).

About the Role We're hiring an Engagement Marketing Manager to own the entire post-install lifecycle for our mobile app(s). You'll be responsible for turning new users into active, retained, monetizing users through push, in-app messaging, email, and every other channel that touches a user after they've downloaded. This is not a brand role. This is a numbers role. You will be measured on D1/D7/D30 retention, session frequency, push opt-in rates, reactivation, and LTV. What You'll Own Lifecycle strategy. Map every user state (new install, activated, engaged, dormant, churned) and build the messaging architecture that moves users between them. Push notifications. Strategy, copy, segmentation, send-time optimization, opt-in rate improvement, and rich push (images, deep links, action buttons). In-app messaging. Modals, tooltips, banners, and contextual nudges that drive feature adoption and habit formation. Email and SMS where applicable, including welcome flows, re-engagement, transactional, and win-back campaigns. Segmentation and personalization. Build behavioral cohorts and deliver the right message to the right user at the right moment. A/B testing. Continuous experimentation on copy, timing, frequency, channel mix, and creative. You'll run dozens of tests per quarter. Reactivation and win-back. Own dormant user reactivation as a dedicated workstream, not an afterthought. Cross-functional partnership. Work with product, data, design, and paid acquisition to align on funnel metrics and user experience. What We're Looking For 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, with at least 2 years focused on mobile apps (iOS and Android). Hands-on experience with a mobile engagement platform: Braze, Iterable, CleverTap, OneSignal, Customer.io, MoEngage, or similar. Strong analytical instincts. You're comfortable in Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, and you can pull your own cohorts without waiting on data science. Sharp copywriting. Push notifications are 40 characters of poetry. You either get it or you don't. Deep understanding of mobile-specific dynamics: push permission prompts, iOS notification settings, deep linking, App Store behavior, and platform fragmentation. Track record of measurable retention or engagement lift (be ready to talk specifics). Experience with segmentation, predictive modeling, or ML-driven personalization is a plus. Bonus Points Experience with apps in [your category: fintech, consumer social, marketplace, gaming, etc.]. Worked at a high-growth startup or scaled an app from under 1M to 10M+ MAUs. Familiarity with ASO and paid acquisition (you'll partner closely with both). Have opinions about push frequency caps, quiet hours, and the ethics of re-engagement. What Success Looks Like 30 days: Audited the full lifecycle, identified the three biggest leaks in the funnel. 90 days: Shipped a redesigned onboarding sequence and reactivation campaign. Established testing cadence. 6 months: Measurable lift in D30 retention and push opt-in rate. Lifecycle program runs as a system, not a series of one-offs.

Hi, We are launching the pilot program for Prime Motor Exchange, an AI-powered vehicle marketplace, and we're looking for a lean, growth-focused marketing partner or micro-agency to help us recruit our founding local cohort of pilot members — both independent dealers and private sellers/buyers. To build deep marketplace liquidity efficiently, we are executing a hyper-local launch restricted entirely to a 50-mile radius around the Dayton, Ohio metro area. Our target for the next 60 days is to onboard 25 independent automotive dealerships and 250 active private users. THE PLATFORM: Prime Motor Exchange covers ten vehicle categories (Cars/SUVs, Trucks/Vans, Classics, Motorcycles, ATV/UTV, Boats/Watercraft, Campers/RVs, Aircraft, Commercial, and Parts/Accessories). What sets it apart is a working layer of 36 autonomous AI agents that do real work for buyers and sellers, not just search: * AI pricing intelligence — every listing gets a market-position read (below / at / above market) plus lead-generation insights. * AI Trust Passport — vehicles get an AI-generated condition report with a quality and condition score. * AI fraud & content protection — listings are automatically screened for scam patterns and prohibited content. * AI listing-quality scoring — sellers get a 0–100 score and concrete tips to make their listings perform. HOW MEMBERS INTERACT & TRANSACT: * Real-time messaging between buyers and sellers, SMS notifications, and geographic radius search. * Note on monetization: The platform is a listing and lead-generation marketplace; all financial transactions take place securely off-platform between the buyer and seller. * Bulk inventory import via CSV/XLSX with custom column mapping and marketplace sync tools to pull existing inventory from sources like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and AutoTrader. * Native mobile apps (Android & iOS) and built to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. THE OFFER THAT MAKES THIS EASY TO SELL: Pilot members join 100% free — every single fee is waived for the duration of the pilot. No listing fees, no boost fees, no verification fees, and no dealer subscription (dealer plans normally run $99–$999/mo). Members get full access and white-glove onboarding in exchange for usage and feedback. YOUR ROLE (100% HANDS-OFF FOUNDER): As a solo developer managing a demanding full-time career, I am completely hands-off with daily outreach. I need a proactive partner who can take total ownership of execution: 1. Direct B2B Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identifying and directly contacting local independent used car, RV, and powersport dealers in the Dayton/Springfield area to secure their pilot participation. 2. Inventory Onboarding: Working with interested dealers to get their inventory data via our automated CSV bulk import or marketplace sync tools. 3. Hyper-Local B2C Marketing: Designing and running low-budget, geo-targeted digital campaigns to drive local private buyers and sellers to the platform. 4. Weekly Reporting: Maintaining a simple, asynchronous tracker detailing signups, active inventory counts, and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). We will align via a single 30-minute weekly meeting. COMPENSATION STRUCTURING: We are looking to structure this as a performance-aligned, milestone-based agreement. We will provide a lean baseline retainer for setup and ad management, paired with concrete financial bonuses for hitting verified pilot milestones (e.g., blocks of active dealers onboarded with live inventory, and tiers of verified local private users). TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING: 1. Can you provide a brief example of a local lead generation or marketplace project you’ve worked on where you had to handle direct outreach or B2B acquisition? 2. How would you approach convincing a local independent used car dealer to try a free software pilot? 3. Confirming your understanding: This role requires both digital marketing setup and direct B2B contact/outreach to dealers. Are you comfortable handling both pieces?

Job Description: I am looking for a highly adaptable, tech-savvy right-hand person (essentially a "mini-me") to help me navigate a busy season over the next 3+ months. I run a fast-paced operation juggling multiple platforms, clients, and projects, and I need an in-field utility player who can jump in, figure things out, and help drive actions to completion. This is a part-time role where you will act as the bridge between technical execution, operational tasks, and client support. If you love variety, learn new software quickly, and take pride in getting things done, this is the role for you. The Details: Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week. Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension if it's a great fit). Key Responsibilities: Drive Actions: Take ownership of pending tasks, follow up on project milestones, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Client Assistance: Help manage client communications, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Platform Management: Assist with updates, data entry, and basic configurations across my existing tech stack. Problem Solving: Act as a true utility player—whether it is tweaking a workflow, pulling a data report, or drafting an email using AI, you are ready to tackle it. The Tech Stack: You do not need to be a master developer in all of these, but you must be comfortable navigating them and willing to learn. Experience with the following is highly preferred: WordPress: Basic content updates, plugin management, and site maintenance. Caspio: Familiarity with database management and low-code applications. n8n: Basic understanding of workflow automation and API integrations. Organized: You can manage your own time and keep track of multiple moving pieces. Communicative: You provide clear, concise updates on what is done and what is blocking you. Adaptable: You do not mind switching gears from a technical database task to answering a client email.
