ABOUT US Patient Genius (powered by Koda Digital) is an AI-powered healthcare marketing intelligence platform. We sell B2B: our customers are decision-makers at multi-location medical practices and the groups that own them. This is organization-to-organization lead generation, not patient acquisition. THE ROLE We're building a Google Search Ads program from scratch and need one operator to own it end to end. Starting spend is modest; the goal is to scale toward ~$7,500/month as fast as real demand allows. Success is qualified pipeline — decision-makers entering our sales funnel — not click or raw lead volume. This is a structurally hard account: high-ticket, high-CPC, a finite/low-volume search audience, and no historical conversion data to lean on at launch. We want someone who has actually built and scaled that kind of account — not someone who only optimizes mature ones. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Campaign strategy and build from zero: account structure, keywords, ad copy, extensions. - Conversion tracking: GTM + GA4 + Google Ads events fired off our demo/audit capture flow (no packaged CRM; lead-quality feedback comes from a lightweight internal CRM). - Ongoing management, optimization, and budget pacing toward the $7,500/mo target. - The landing pages your campaigns point to (WordPress page builder or a clean HTML page — we don't tie up internal dev on this). - Reporting that ties spend to pipeline, not vanity metrics. MUST HAVE - Demonstrated B2B lead-gen experience on Google Search. - Experience in high-CPC, considered-purchase / long-sales-cycle environments. - A real from-$0 account build you can walk us through (starting vs. peak spend, CPC range). - Genuine conversion-tracking depth (GTM / GA4 / event-based or offline conversions) — not a passing "I know GA4." - Ability to build your own landing pages. - You personally do the work — no outsourcing, white-label teams, or agency pass-throughs. NICE TO HAVE (moves you up) - B2B experience marketing to or serving medical/healthcare practices (we bring the domain context — this is a plus, not a requirement). - Working understanding of the US healthcare market and how practices/groups buy. - US-based (strongly preferred; exceptional non-US candidates who clearly understand the US market considered). - LinkedIn Ads or other paid media. - Track record launching accounts with zero prior digital ad history. ENGAGEMENT - Contract, hourly, remote. - Roughly 5–20 hrs/week — weighted toward the build up front, tapering to ongoing management. - Outcome-based; no fixed schedule; occasional check-in meetings. - Rate scaled to skill and results. We are not looking for the cheapest option — we're looking for the right operator. - Strong performance grows into a larger ongoing engagement as spend scales, and potentially work across our other accounts.

We're also the parent company of OneTriad, a software product behind our tech-enabled valuation process. We need a marketing generalist to own daily execution across four channels. What you'll do LinkedIn posts: One post per day each for Titus Alliance and OneTriad (~10/week across both brands). We provide direction and source material; you turn it into clear, on-brand posts. We are a boutique law firm located in New York City specializing in Uncontested Divorce and Mediation. We already have an established Google Business Profile, an active Google Ads account, and a Meta (Facebook) Ads account with historical performance data. Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities: Transition to Google LSAs: Set up, launch, and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) for our family law/mediation practice. Lead Dispute Management: Actively monitor LSA call logs weekly to dispute unqualified leads (e.g., spam, corporate litigation, out-of-state calls) and secure refunds from Google. Negative Keyword Scrubbing: Audit our existing Google Search campaigns to aggressively implement strict negative keywords (e.g., stopping traffic for "aggressive," "litigation," "fight," "contested," or "court battle"). Low-Cost Meta Retargeting: Restructure our Facebook Ads campaign into a tight, low-budget retargeting funnel ($5/day) aimed strictly at previous website visitors and Google Business profile clicks using our existing blogs and content ideas. Budget Guardrails: Monitor and enforce strict weekly and monthly budget caps inside our accounts so spend never exceeds our target limits. Weekly Sync & Strategy Alignment (Required): We require a mandatory 15-minute weekly video sync (via Zoom or Google Meet). • Your part: Briefly explain account performance, budget pacing, which ad variations are working, and what adjustments you made to eliminate waste. • Our part: Share real-time business feedback regarding lead quality (e.g., whether calls are converting into actual uncontested/mediation clients or looking for contested courtroom battles). Long-Term Growth Opportunity & Content Expectations: We are looking for a true growth partner, not just a passive account manager. If this relationship works and we begin seeing a solid return on investment (ROI) via consistent, qualified leads, we plan to progressively increase our monthly ad spend and scale up your monthly management fee accordingly. As our budget expands, we will need fresh ad creative to feed our Facebook retargeting funnel. We are specifically looking for a partner who can either create simple, clean social media graphics/videos themselves (using tools like Canva), OR provide us with specific instructions outlining exactly what images and raw smartphone video clips they need us to shoot so they can turn them into high-converting ads.

We are looking for a Google Ads specialist with proven experience scaling premium e-commerce brands, ideally in the art, home décor, luxury goods, or high-consideration purchase space. The brand sells high-end art prints and currently operates with modest media budgets ranging from approximately $100–$300 per day. We are seeking someone who understands how to drive efficient growth without relying on large spend levels and can build a sustainable acquisition strategy for a niche, premium audience. Today, the account is primarily running Performance Max campaigns that are heavily weighted toward branded demand capture via brand search keywords. The goal is to expand into non-brand acquisition, including Search, Shopping, and other upper-funnel opportunities that can generate incremental revenue while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying high-intent keyword opportunities, structuring campaigns for smaller budgets, testing creative and audience strategies, and demonstrating measurable growth beyond existing brand traffic. Please only apply if you have relevant experience in this or a related field. We are looking for someone that has dealt with competitive, but expensive keywords for higher end items (think $100 - $1000 items) which means keywords may be expensive and it is very easy to waste thousands on a few clicks.

We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who actually understands the data side, not just the algorithm. Plenty of people can run campaigns. We need someone who can go into the account, look at what the conversion data is actually telling them, and know whether it's healthy or broken, then fix it or flag it before we have to ask. You'd be working across several local, multi-location, business-to-client accounts. These run Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads. We'd start you on one account, and if it's a fit, expand from there. What the role actually requires: You need real, hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking. Not "I've heard of it," but actually passing conversion data back to feed the algorithm a better signal. You should know your way around the Google Ads Data Manager API. And you need genuine Local Services Ads experience, since LSAs are a core part of these accounts. Just as important: you need to be proactive and vocal. If leads are coming in but not converting, we want you asking why before we do, pushing on conversion rate optimization… don’t just sit. We work on a cadence built around specific KPIs, and we want someone who wants to keep iterating and optimizing against them, month over month. You'd join one monthly all-hands with the rest of the team and report directly to the CMO. A few questions. Please answer these directly in your application: 1. How do you use offline conversion tracking to prime the algorithm? Walk us through what you're actually passing back and how. 2. Would you run Performance Max on these accounts? If so, when would you turn it on, and what would you want in place first? 3. Have you worked directly with the Google Ads Data Manager API? What did you use it for? 4. How do you approach tracking and optimizing Local Services Ads leads differently from standard Search? 5. An account is getting plenty of leads, but they're not converting. What's your first move? How this works: This is a multi-step process. First, we'd have you audit one of our current accounts, then present your findings to us on a call. From there, we'll scope out the ongoing engagement together. Three things to note: 1. Anyone using AI to generate automated responses to this post will be disqualified immediately. We can tell, and we're not interested. 2. If you are just outsourcing your work, please be upfront. We sometimes will do working sessions together. Do not apply if you plan on just outsourcing. 3. Bonus points if you answer the questions above on a quick Loom.

We currently invest $25K per month in paid advertising and are looking for someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and focused on maximizing lead quality and ROAS—not someone who simply launches campaigns and checks in once a week.
