I am a private researcher working in the energy production industry, I have developed a design for the future simplification of energy production. I am currently at the production line Ready prototype stage. I have drafted out my designs, pieces and parts. I need a competent and confidential individual who can take my drafts, translate them into an executable program for my three d printer. Confidentiality is a must. Therefore, a non disclosure agreements must be placed. The bonus to you as my 3d cad cam Engineer would be after I received my research and development grants. I will need a team of people whom I can trust to develop this both micro and macro. My funding at this stage is highly limited as I am a disabled individual with a part time job, I am absolutely willing to pay a reasonable amount for this work.If you're willing to participate and potentially become part of the future team, we can discuss all these possibilities in person. And I will also require that we sit in person to interview or discuss the design. I live in loveland colo, perhaps we could find some place comfortable and privite/public to discuss this. The library or a sandwich shop or where ever, im not picky. Time is, however of the essence. Once I have completed my prototype and have it in hand. I can complete the hielMeyer questionnaire for darpa and arpa backing.

I am developing a proof of concept prototype of an outdoor mat that self expands and inflates under a load to help move it easier. Currently in the concept phase, I am looking for someone with experience in soft goods/textiles (specifically tear-resistant nylon or TPU) as well as mechanical design/engineering to bring this to physical proof of concept. Ideal applicants would: 1. Have built inflatable/pneumatic soft goods or have experience with pneumatics. 2. Be able to source appropriate textile materials. 3. Be able to assist with design elements, not simply act as a fabricator to build. 4. Have experience with sewing, some version of soft good welding (heat welding, RF, ultrasonic). 5. Be able to measure load values. 6. Be willing to sign an NDA 7. Agree to assign all IP rights to the company. 8. Complete proof of concept within 3 months. Pay is hourly (can be negotiated to fixed fee if desired), but will be limited by milestone deliverables: 1. Feasibility and build plan 2. Bench prototype 3. Personal Note: I have hired one engineer and my project went no where, and it took 2-3 week. I interacted and tried to hire 2 others and felt more like a cash register than a working relationship. This is a patent pending project that I need the CAD drawings and built by early to mid-August. I need an experienced US-based mechanical engineer to produce fabrication-ready CAD drawings for a patent-pending personal shelter unit built around a standard shopping cart chassis. This is prototype development work. The drawings must be sufficient for a manufacturer to build from without additional design interpretation. What I need: SolidWorks 3D models (.stp) 2D fabrication drawings (.pdf) with full sheet metal specs: bend, cut, weld GD&T machinist drawings (I'm told that I don't need this)??? Bill of Materials (BOM) Before I share project details: US-based only NDA required prior to receiving specifications Please confirm you have delivered fabrication-ready sheet metal drawings directly to a manufacturer for prototype production In your proposal, include: 2-3 portfolio samples of fabrication drawings for similar work Fixed price for Phase 1 (fabrication-ready package) Your estimated timeline Budget: Open to competitive proposals. This is precision work on a patent-pending product — I am looking for the right person.

I’m launching a watch micro brand and am finalizing the case design. Before committing to an MOQ with a manufacturer, I’d like to machine a test prototype on my own Carvera CNC machine. I have CAD files and I’m looking for someone to help guide me through that process. I’m relatively new to CNC machining and would need help with toolpaths, fixturing, feeds and speeds, and material selection. Beyond the prototype, I’m also looking for someone to design additional components such as a clasp down the road, so there is potential for ongoing work. Located in Seattle, WA. Please let me know if this interests you.
