Hi — Upfront, I’m looking for someone to improve my existing Wix website for an AI-SaaS company. However, I have 3-4 more sites that will need to be either improved or created as well. There is also opportunity for marketing assistance following the website developments. The first current site is fairly limited in content, so I’m not looking for a large rebuild right now. I’m expecting something around 3–4 pages max, but I want the design and structure to feel more modern, technical, polished, and professional, and also have the ability to naturally expand as more content is available. The site will likely remain in Wix for now, so I’m looking for someone comfortable working within Wix and making it look as strong as possible without overcomplicating future updates. I’d like you to have broad creative control over the visual direction. Ideally, you would review various modern AI/SaaS/deep-tech websites for inspiration, then use that to improve the layout, visual style, typography, spacing, calls to action, and overall credibility of the site. The goal is a site that feels: Professional and suitable for an AI/SaaS company More technical and visually polished than the current version Easy to expand later with screenshots, videos, feature sections, product updates, and additional pages. Clean and manageable inside Wix Responsive on desktop and mobile The initial pages will likely be: Home / landing page Product or features page About page I’m also interested in any practical recommendations you have about how to structure the site now so it can grow over time as well as the types of content to create/add. Please let me know if this is the kind of Wix redesign project you’d be interested in, and feel free to send examples of similar SaaS, AI, tech, startup, or Wix work you’ve done. The first site is stooges.ai. Feel free to take a look so you get an idea of the state of the site and similar state of the other sites. This posting is for the first site only, and is priced as such. However, I would be interested in bundled offers for higher fees if you want to drop a proposal.

We are looking for an experienced Webflow developer to add three new pages to our existing website: 1 Resources page 2 long-form educational ("pillar") pages The website is already live, and all content, design direction, and branding are complete. This is primarily an implementation project rather than a design project. Project Scope Create three new static pages in our existing Webflow site. Build the pages using our existing Webflow components and design system. Maintain consistency with the current website styling and layout. Format the content for readability (headings, spacing, images, callout sections, etc.). Implement proper SEO structure, including: Correct heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) Meta titles and meta descriptions Internal linking between pages Clean page structure following SEO best practices Add a new Resources item to the main navigation that links to the two new pages. Ensure the pages are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. What We Will Provide Finished copy/content for both pillar pages Images and graphics (or guidance on placement) Existing Webflow website Existing Webflow components Clear page structure and requirements Ideal Candidate Strong experience with Webflow Familiar with component-based Webflow sites Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices Able to build clean, responsive pages without custom code (preferred) Attention to detail and consistency with existing design This should be a relatively straightforward project for someone experienced with Webflow. Overview We're looking for an expert Webflow developer (with strong CMS experience) to be our go-to person for ongoing website support. This is a long-term, as-needed engagement — not a full-time role. Your job is to keep our site running smoothly and help us continue building it out correctly over time. Our setup Our site was built in Webflow by a design agency. The front end is functional, but the underlying build — the class structure, CMS, and custom code — is difficult for our team to edit or extend on our own. We need someone who understands how a Webflow site is architected under the hood, not just the visual builder — someone who can confidently work inside a site they didn't build, clean up what's fragile, and extend it without breaking things. What you'll do: • Ongoing site maintenance and general upkeep in Webflow • Fixes and bug resolution as issues come up • Customizing and designing pages and components to match our vision • Implementing new layouts, sections, and design changes • Ensuring the site stays responsive, fast, and consistent across devices • Occasional custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) and integrations as needed What we're looking for: • Expert-level Webflow — not just the Designer canvas, but the underlying structure: clean, scalable class systems, CMS collections, complex interactions, and reusable components • Ability to work with (and clean up) a site someone else built — refactoring messy or hard-to-edit structure • Custom code fluency: HTML/CSS/JavaScript embeds, and third-party integrations (forms, analytics, [HubSpot/your CRM]) • Strong UI/UX sensibility — can both design and build Reliable, fast turnaround and clear, timely communication Engagement: • Long-term (6+ months), ongoing as-needed support — not a full-time role • Hourly, within the $51–$80/hour range Please share relevant Webflow projects or a portfolio, and a short note on your availability for ongoing/on-call work.

FIX THE LINKS Project Overview: I run a localized US service business with a WordPress site hosted on Cloudways. The site was put together ad-hoc and has technical issues: broken internal/city links, hidden template pages floating around, plugin bloat, and jagged layout movements on mobile/tablet headers. I need a sharp, independent US-based WordPress developer to execute a complete technical diagnostic audit and cleanup roadmap. This contract is strictly for Phase 1: The Technical Diagnostic & Structural Audit. Scope of Work for Phase 1: 1. Run a technical crawl to map all 404 errors, broken city links, and local directory routing loops. 2. Identify all hidden, legacy, or orphan demo pages left over from the WordPress theme template that need to be purged from indexation. 3. Audit the active plugins list to identify database bloat, core conflicts, and unnecessary scripts slowing down the server. 4. Diagnose layout shifts (CLS) on desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports to provide the exact CSS/JS fixes needed for smooth HTML5 rendering. 5. Deliver a line-item, written technical roadmap detailing the exact code repairs, plugin removals, and local schema adjustments required for implementation. Strict Deliverable Constraint (Anti-Automation Rule): Do not apply if you intend to just run a standard automated scanning tool (Lighthouse, SEMrush, etc.) and hand me a generic, auto-generated PDF report. The deliverable for this milestone must be a manually compiled, line-item document or spreadsheet diagnosing my specific site files and database. Auto-generated tool reports will result in immediate milestone rejection. Future Potential: This initial phase functions as a direct test of your technical precision and thoroughness. If you successfully capture every structural error and deliver an airtight diagnostic roadmap, you will be retained directly for the subsequent execution work. The website is continuously evolving with new regional and localized initiatives, and the right technical partner will secure ongoing project contracts to handle these developments. Contract Terms: This is a strict fixed-price milestone of $150.00 for the manual Phase 1 diagnostic report and roadmap only. Agencies and white-label firms will be instantly declined—I am only hiring an independent, solo developer. I am a small business and ONLY support other small business. I have also been a freelancer for 20 years so I will only support the actual grind. To prove you are a human who read this entire posting, you must start your application with the exact phrase "FIX THE LINKS". If those words are not the very first line of your proposal, your bid will be archived automatically without a review.
