I am looking for a social media savvy person (ideally someone who is in a health related field) who has enough knowledge of what the public is interested in, to create video interviews of a physician , formatted in a way that it is effective n instagram and youtube, and are interesting enough to get an audience. We talk for around 5-10 min per topic (not more than 10 min) It does not have to be a prepared script, but just a rough understanding as to what we would discuss, and then you have creative freedom what to ask. i am not sure what software we would use for this purpose , we should use a format that news stations use when they interview someone remotely. If you are in the Madison region, it may be possible to meet in person, but timings are hard to arrange and remote may be the only way. This will be an ongoing thing, like an hour every week. The expected content volume is 3 videos per week, for a total of 13 videos per month. Based on this structure, the monthly compensation would be USD 650. In addition to the fixed video rate, the creator may be eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on accumulated organic views. Views are counted during the first 30 days after each video is published. The bonus is calculated monthly based on the total organic views generated by the creator’s approved videos during that period. Paid views, boosted views, or views generated through paid advertising campaigns will not count toward the performance bonus.
