Title: Part-Time Canva Designer Needed for Health & Wellness Brand: Flyers, Social Media Carousels, Trifold Brochure Job Description: I am looking for a part-time Canva designer / creative assistant to help with branded design projects for a physician-led health and wellness education brand. I need help creating clean, polished, professional designs using my existing brand colors, fonts, logo, and visual style. Projects may include: • One-page flyers • Instagram/social media carousels • Pinterest graphics • Trifold brochures • Simple handouts or lead magnets • Canva templates that I can reuse and edit later This is a small ongoing role, likely less than 5 hours per week, starting with a paid trial project. If the trial goes well, I may continue with weekly design support. What I’m looking for: • Strong Canva design skills • Experience creating social media carousels and print materials • Ability to follow an existing brand kit and visual direction • Clean, modern, high-quality design style • Good sense of spacing, hierarchy, fonts, and readability • Fluent English communication • Ability to take provided copy and turn it into polished visual content • Comfortable working with health, wellness, lifestyle medicine, brain health, and educational content • Reliable turnaround and clear communication • Ability to create different design versions from existing content while staying aligned with the original message Important details: I will provide the written content, brand colors, logo, and design examples. I am not looking for medical writing or independent health claims development. This is a physician-led brand, so accuracy, clarity, and trustworthiness are very important. The designer may occasionally be asked to help turn existing content into different formats, such as converting a blog section into a carousel, flyer, handout, or brochure. However, the designer should not independently add, change, or expand medical claims. Any edited, shortened, or reformatted copy must be reviewed and approved by me before use. I need help with layout, visual design, Canva execution, brand consistency, and making materials look polished and professional. I will remain responsible for medical accuracy, final wording, and approval before anything is published or printed. All final designs must be delivered as editable Canva files/templates, not just PDFs or images. Additional requirements: • Must be comfortable working with physician-led educational content • Must be able to follow provided copy closely • Must not add unsupported health claims, statistics, guarantees, or disease-treatment language • Must use only licensed, Canva-approved, or approved brand images/graphics • Must deliver all designs as editable Canva links/files • Must keep all brand materials confidential and not reuse designs for other clients • If AI tools are used for design support, please disclose this. No AI-generated medical claims or unverified health copy should be added. Trial project may include: • 1 branded Instagram carousel, or • 1 one-page flyer, or • 1 trifold brochure draft Please include: 1. Examples of Canva designs you have created, especially carousels, flyers, brochures, or wellness/education graphics 2. Your hourly rate 3. Your usual turnaround time for a 5–8 slide carousel or one-page flyer 4. Confirmation that you can deliver editable Canva links/files 5. A brief note about how you approach brand consistency 6. Confirmation that you are comfortable working with provided medical/wellness copy without independently changing health claims I am looking for someone detail-oriented, professional, and creative who can help me move faster while keeping the brand polished, trustworthy, and accurate.

Need someone to help me take about 14 slides and turn them into an Instagram Carousel with text on top. I did it on IG but I felt it didn't have that artsy modern *graphic designer* pop. I will share with you my Instagram so you get the vibes. I'll give you the photos. Already edited. And I'll give you the text. It's very minimal text. A title and like 1 sentence per slide. You just need to put it together and make it pretty. I've done it before and it did well, but I'm struggling with this one and need an expert eye and hand, please.
