I'm ready to launch a podcast specific in Real Estate Investing. Around Vision CRM. I need somebody to produce it. Take the videos and turn them into Podcasts and Youtube and shorts. The podcasts will be done on Riverside and also recording with a phone and from an airplane so you'll need to do some sound editing where we clear out the bad noise. Each recording will be around 30 minutes and then split into 10 minute podcast episodes. I'd like you to give me a price based on producing the 30 minute sessions. Let me know what else we need and what you would suggest in order to make this go big. I have a lot of good guests to put on but I need to get listeners. And the goal will be to promote my CRM software to listeners and to the guests audiences as well.

I'm launching a recorded (not live) interview podcast — a legacy/oral-history style show built around one exceptional storyteller — and I need an experienced podcast producer to get it off the ground, produce the first few episodes end to end, and then hand the workflow off to me. I work in tech and will take over production after the handoff, so your job is to set it up right, not to stay forever. Scope (est. 4–8 weeks, part-time): 1. Kit setup & bench test — All equipment is already purchased (Zoom PodTrak P4, 2× Shure MV7+, DJI Mic 2 lav, iPhone cameras, LED key light). Assemble, configure levels/presets, and build a 15-minute setup/teardown checklist so sessions start fast. 2. Produce 3–4 recording sessions — On location at a private home on the North Shore (Salem area), with me as interviewer. Our featured speaker is in her 80s and not technical: sessions are capped at ~60 minutes with a break, she should never touch gear, and lighting must be soft and flattering. You run sound, cameras (simple two-iPhone setup), and backups (triple-redundant recording — this material is irreplaceable). 3. Edit & publish the first 3 episodes — Edit in Descript (or similar transcript-based workflow I can inherit), audio cleanup with Adobe Podcast Enhance or equivalent, set up hosting (Transistor or similar), distribution to Apple/Spotify/YouTube, plus 5–10 captioned vertical clips per episode (Opus Clip or your preferred tool). 4. Remote capture setup — Configure a simple remote recording option (phone-call capture via the PodTrak's TRRS input, and a one-tap Riverside station) for sessions between in-person visits. 5. Documentation & handoff — A short SOP covering the full pipeline (record → edit → publish → clips) so I can run it solo afterward, plus 1–2 hours of walkthrough. You should have: - A portfolio of interview/narrative podcasts you've produced end to end (please link 2–3, including at least one you edited) - Strong field-recording fundamentals (mic technique, backups, untreated-room acoustics) - Descript proficiency and a modern clip workflow - Experience recording older or non-technical guests is a big plus - Familiarity with Massachusetts all-party consent practices for recording (we announce and capture consent on tape, every session) Logistics: You'll need to be able to reach the Salem, MA area for recording days (travel reimbursed), or be local to Greater Boston. Editing is remote. Recording days are scheduled around the speaker's availability and energy — patience and warmth on set matter as much as technical skill. To apply: Start your proposal with the word LANTERN so I know you read this. Include your portfolio links, your per-episode or hourly rate, and a sentence about the trickiest field-recording problem you've solved.
