I just need someone to update the website. It seems to be running slowly on mobile devices. I had someone make this site for me a couple months ago and I haven’t updated the apps or widgets, don’t know how to do that stuff. There may be one or two very small edits I would like a quote for as well, such as enlarging the “Book Appointment” button to make the customer experience flow better. Please send an offer with the word Manta Ray in the subject so that I know you are agreeing to the price and the scope.

Several years ago I hired a consultant to redo my Wordpress site. He changes the admin email to his own, and since WP Mail SMTP isn't properly configured I haven't been receiving emails or form handler messes for a while. I also want to remove hi email address and add my own, but the email handler inside Wordpress isn't working apparently. I cannot make the admin change needed since I am not receiving the confirmation email. # Project Brief: Fix WordPress Email Delivery & Complete Admin Email Change ## Site cenaclecapital.com (WordPress) ## Background We're trying to change the WordPress admin email address . The change is stuck in a "pending" state because the confirmation email WordPress sends never arrives. ## What's been diagnosed so far - The site uses **WP Mail SMTP Pro (v4.3.1)**, configured to send mail through Google/Gmail via the plugin's **One-Click Setup**. - The plugin's Email Log/error notice shows: *"One-Click Setup for Google Mailer requires authorization. Perform authorization before sending emails."* - Attempting to re-authorize returns Google's error: **"The OAuth client was not found" (Error 401: invalid_client)** — meaning Google no longer recognizes the OAuth connection behind One-Click Setup. - This is **not limited to the admin email confirmation**. The failure log also shows failed emails from **Divi** (the site's form/page builder), meaning contact form submissions and other site notifications may have been silently failing too. This could mean lost leads/inquiries and should be verified as part of the fix. ## Scope of work 1. Diagnose and fix the broken Google OAuth connection inside WP Mail SMTP Pro. 2. **Recommended fix:** migrate from One-Click Setup to a dedicated, self-owned OAuth client created in Google Cloud Console (tied to our own Google account), so the connection isn't dependent on the plugin vendor's shared authentication service and won't break the same way again. 3. Send a live test email through WP Mail SMTP's built-in Email Test tool and confirm delivery. 4. Confirm Divi form submissions are sending and arriving correctly (test a real form submission end-to-end). 5. Complete the pending admin email changes and confirm WordPress has fully switched over (Settings → General should no longer show a pending change). 6. Briefly document what was changed (new credentials/settings, where they live) so we can maintain or troubleshoot it ourselves in the future. ## Access we'll provide - WordPress admin login - Hosting control panel access (if server-side mail logs need checking) - Access if needed to set up/use a Google Cloud Console project under our Google account (we can be present for this step if preferred, since it involves our Google login) ## Ideal freelancer - Experience specifically with **WP Mail SMTP (Pro)** - Comfortable setting up **Google Cloud Console OAuth 2.0 credentials** for Gmail API sending - Familiarity with **Divi** forms is a plus - Should be able to explain fixes in plain language, not just "fixed it" — we want to understand what broke ## Deliverables / Definition of done - [ ] Test email sends and arrives successfully - [ ] Divi contact form test submission sends and arrives successfully - [ ] Admin email change confirmed and no longer pending - [ ] Short written summary of root cause and fix - [ ] Connection no longer dependent on a shared/third-party OAuth app prone to breaking ## Estimated scope This looks like a 1–2 hour fix for someone experienced with WP Mail SMTP and Google OAuth setup — flagging here mainly to calibrate quotes, not as a hard cap. I just want the emails, form handler, etc. to work properly and for my own Gmail to be configured as the admin. The project tasks above were written using Claude.

Job Title: HubSpot CMS Developer for Premium FinTech & Tax Strategy Web Build Job Description: We are launching a new website for our premium tax consulting practice, Tax Strategy Associates. We partner with Attentive (getattentive.com) to deploy specialized IRS Section 125/105 preventative healthcare tax architectures for corporate clients and CPA networks. We have a complete, production-ready 5-page sitemap, layout maps, native HubSpot form configurations, and exact copywriting ready to hand over immediately to the right freelancer. We need a highly skilled, technical HubSpot CMS Developer to build this custom site natively on the HubSpot platform. The final product must look like an elite financial technology app—exuding institutional trust, security, compliance, and technological leadership. Scope of Work: • Native HubSpot Build: Build a fully responsive, 5-page website natively within HubSpot CMS (Homepage, /cpas, /businesses, /compliance, /schedule). • Audience-Driven UI/UX: Implement a crisp, modern layout using an institutional palette (Deep Navy, Slate Gray, Emerald Green/Gold accents) with sharp sans-serif typography. Structure separate navigation paths for our two audiences (CPAs vs. Business Owners). • Smart Lead Capture: Configure secure, native HubSpot Smart Forms with conditional logic fields (e.g., segmenting leads based on "CPA" vs. "Business Owner" dropdowns). • Calendly Integration: Cleanly embed our Calendly scheduling widget directly into our custom HubSpot page template code on /schedule so users never leave our domain. • HubSpot CRM Automation: Connect form and calendar completions to automated HubSpot workflows (we have the auto-onboarding confirmation email copy ready to paste). • Performance & SEO: Optimize the theme code for ultra-fast loading speeds on mobile devices and ensure clean technical SEO structure. Preferred Experience: • Proven Upwork track record building websites specifically on HubSpot CMS. • Strong fluency with HubL (HubSpot's markup language), HTML5, CSS3, and clean JavaScript embeds. • Experience designing web assets for FinTech, accounting, legal, SaaS, or high-end corporate financial firms. • Sharp attention to detail regarding structural security anchors (lock icons, compliance badges, SSL tracking). Please provide 2-3 links to live corporate, financial, or B2B SaaS websites you have personally designed and built from scratch natively inside the HubSpot CMS.

Overview We're a fast-growing professional brand with three active websites — one on Shopify and two on WordPress. We're looking for a highly skilled website engineer to own all implementation work across our web properties on a long-term, project-by-project basis. This isn't a casual freelance engagement. We operate at a high standard and expect every piece of work to be fully implemented, thoughtfully executed, and built to last. If you thrive on clean work, take ownership of your output, and ask the right questions before problems become problems — you'll fit here. What You'll Work On - Website builds, rebuilds, and structural edits - Product and collection page creation - Product tagging and catalog organization - Storefront logic and conditional display rules - Landing page builds - Site performance optimization - App integrations — specifically Mipler (reporting) and AAA Membership - Ongoing maintenance and updates across all three sites How We Work You'll receive a clear brief and instructions for each project. From there, we expect you to implement with precision — flagging questions or potential issues along the way before they become problems. We don't want someone who waits to be told every detail. We want someone who reads the brief, understands the intent, and raises anything that needs clarification proactively. Work is project-based, but this is a long-term relationship for the right person. What We're Looking For - Deep, proven expertise in Shopify — Liquid templating, custom sections, metafields, storefront logic, theme customization, app integrations - Strong WordPress development skills — custom page builds, theme editing, plugin integration, performance - Experience with Mipler and/or AAA Membership app is a strong plus - Clean, organized code that doesn't create future problems - Strong communicator — you ask smart questions, flag concerns early, and don't go dark mid-project You're the Right Fit If - You've owned web properties end-to-end, not just done small edits - You understand the difference between getting something done and getting it done right - You scope before you build and think through second-order consequences - You're used to working with a business that moves fast and expects high output quality
