You look at the data, decide where the revenue is, and go get it — without being told. Your core job: flood us with qualified leads across flower delivery and events, then turn those buyers into repeat and subscription revenue. You own the number, not a task list. What you own - Lead generation (primary). Design and run the offers and campaigns that pull maximum qualified leads in our local market — delivery and events. More leads, lower cost. - Analytics → action. Live in GA4 and Shopify. Find what's working, kill what's wasting money, act on it. Report CAC, ROAS, conversion, and revenue weekly. - LTV & retention. Own email/lifecycle (Klaviyo) — you build the flows and campaigns. Grow repeat purchase and subscriptions through offers, segmentation, and Shop↔Events cross-promotion. - Build our floral club. Create and grow a membership/loyalty program that turns occasional buyers into recurring revenue — the structure, the perks, the offers, and the campaigns that drive sign-ups and retention. - Generate corporate demand. Run campaigns and targeting that bring in corporate leads — recurring office flowers, corporate gifting, and events — and hand qualified prospects to our sales team to close. You create the pipeline; they work it. - Local visibility (SEO + Google Business Profile). Own how we show up when people search for flowers in our area — Google Business Profile, local search, and the location pages that turn local searches into orders and leads. This is a major source of our traffic. - Own the paid strategy. You decide where ad money should go and what it should return across delivery and events. Our media buyer runs the campaigns; you set the targets, budget split, offers, and pages, and you own whether the spend produces leads at the right cost.
