I’m looking for a personal brand VA / creator assistant to help me grow my personal brand, social media, and income streams through ShopMy, Pinterest, and potentially LTK if approved. This is not a basic virtual assistant role and not just a basic social media manager role. I need someone who understands creator content, personal branding, affiliate marketing, social media strategy, Pinterest growth, ShopMy links, product collections, Canva, short form content, and how to turn everyday life content into intentional posts that grow and convert. I want to be hands on with my voice, story, and approvals, but I need someone to take the mental load off of planning, linking, editing, scheduling, repurposing, organizing, and tracking what is working. I have specific creator accounts I like and want someone who can study the style, content flow, story strategy, graphics, captions, and overall brand feel, then help me create something similar for my own personal brand without copying. I need someone who can help my content look more cohesive, intentional, lifestyle driven, and strategic while still sounding like me. My content is centered around wellness, mom life, beauty, confidence, outfits, work from home, business, travel, and everyday products I actually use. I also have a health and wellness based business that is one of my main income streams. I need help weaving that into my personal brand naturally through lifestyle content, storytelling, education, behind the scenes, and lead generating content without making my page feel like one big sales pitch. I want my brand to grow, but I also need it to convert into conversations, customers, business prospects, affiliate clicks, and income. I need someone who can give me clear content direction, tell me exactly what to capture each week, then take my raw photos, videos, screenshots, product mentions, business updates, customer questions, and voice notes and turn them into strategic reels, stories, captions, Pinterest pins, ShopMy collections, product collages, lead generating content, and scheduled posts that grow and convert. I also need this person to be strategy minded, not just task based. I want someone who can look at my brand and tell me what content to create, what trends or topics make sense for my audience, what photos/videos/voice notes they need from me each week, and how to turn that content into clicks, saves, shares, leads, conversations, customers, affiliate income, and business growth. I need help creating content with a purpose, not just posting to post. Responsibilities may include: Creating and organizing ShopMy collections Finding exact or similar product links from photos, videos, and screenshots Helping with LTK if approved Creating Pinterest boards and pins for affiliate content Managing IG/FB content planning and posting strategy Writing captions in my voice Creating Canva graphics, story slides, and product collages Editing simple short form videos/reels Repurposing content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and possibly TikTok Creating a weekly content calendar Creating weekly content strategies based on my brand, audience, offers, affiliate goals, and business goals Studying creator accounts I like and helping create a similar level of strategy, consistency, and brand feel without copying Helping make my Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, ShopMy, and potential LTK content feel cohesive and intentional Giving me specific weekly content tasks, shot lists, prompts, and content ideas so I know exactly what to film or photograph Helping me create content around wellness, lifestyle, business, income, transformation, confidence, and products without sounding cheesy or overly salesy Helping weave my wellness based business into my personal brand naturally through lifestyle content, storytelling, education, and lead generation Turning raw content into posts, reels, stories, Pinterest pins, ShopMy collections, lead generating content, and LTK content if approved Creating content with the goal of growing my audience, building trust, increasing link clicks, creating conversations, generating leads, and converting followers into buyers, customers, business prospects, or affiliate shoppers Reviewing what content performs best and telling me what to repeat, improve, or stop doing Helping me connect my personal brand, wellness/business offers, affiliate links, and everyday lifestyle content into one clear strategy Tracking clicks, top performing links, content performance, leads, engagement, and what needs to be reposted I’m looking for someone proactive, creative, organized, and able to take initiative. I do not want generic Canva templates or robotic captions. I need someone who can learn my voice, understand my audience, and help turn my everyday content into a real brand and income producing system. Experience with ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Storefront, Pinterest, Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, influencer/creator management, affiliate marketing, and health/wellness lifestyle brands is a huge plus.
