Job Description We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Amazon Expert to oversee the optimization, growth, and ongoing management of our Amazon Seller Central account. Placement & Bidding Strategy: Strategically adjust placement multipliers (Top of Search vs. Product Pages vs. Rest of Search) based on performance data to maximize ROI across distinct ad real estate tiers. Exact Match Scaling & Harvesting: Systematically harvest converting search terms from broad discovery campaigns and isolate them into dedicated, scalable Exact Match structures to build a predictable conversion pipeline. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Refine frontend product listing assets—specifically frontend titles and feature bullets—to maximize conversion velocity. A/B Testing Compliance: Conduct systematic split-tests of modified copy and creative using Amazon’s Manage Your Experiments (MYE) dashboard to elevate conversion rates safely without risking organic keyword de-indexing. Promotional Strategy Execution: Coordinate and safely apply promotional overlays (Prime Exclusive Discounts, Coupons, Lightning Deals) during major summer and Q4 promotional events while preserving baseline data integrity. Required Expert Profile: Margin-First Philosophy: Proven experience managing premium, high-ticket products on Amazon with an explicit understanding of Target ACoS, break-even contribution margins, and Total ACoS (TACoS). Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Sponsored Ads reporting, and the native Manage Your Experiments (MYE) suite. Granular Data Analysis: Ability to manipulate and analyze raw Search Term Reports (.xlsx/.csv) manually to implement precision changes, rather than relying strictly on broad automated software rules. SEO & Indexing Expertise: Strong structural understanding of Amazon's A9 search algorithm, keyword indexing, and front-loading strategies for listing text. Direct Communication Style: Ability to present performance updates using clear, objective data tables and charts without rely on vanity metrics or traffic volume abstractions.

I have a small Amazon business: private label games, FBA. I run my own PPC ads and have a TACOS under 8%. This is after working with several "expert PPC" people who would just run endless ads and automations, driving up my ACOS and TACOS. I will always be involved in my business and running most of the day-to-day. However, I would like to find a reliable, trustworthy person who can help me with tasks like shipping arrangements, listings, bundled offerings, and more. And someone who can give a second look to my PPC and make suggestions to keep improving it and growing. I have had a LOT of struggles with finding a good VA or Amazon manager. Everyone wants to come in and do their automations, high PPC management, etc., I am NOT looking for this. I'm looking for someone who puts in 2-3 hours a week at the MOST because my products are pretty self-sufficient. While I might not be a huge money maker for you, I will be great to work with and will build a strong relationship with you over time. And I have a LOT of connections to other Amazon people, other game people, etc. So I'd love to help YOU grow your business as well with more clients like me. So if having an easy client sounds good to you and it sounds fun to be part of a growing game business, let me know! I'm tired of going around and around with VA people that go nowhere. I want to be working with you 6 months and 1 year from now. Do you have any game experience? Do you have any regular clients? Do you think you can help keep a strong business business running in under 10 hours a month? (Of course there will be times where hours will be more based on needs. But I just want to stress that I'm not looking for you to come in and redo a bunch of stuff.) Thanks! Excited to hear from you.
