I need an experienced citation/local-SEO specialist to clean up my existing listings so they all match exactly, and to create or claim new listings in legal and estate-planning directories. I will provide a single master sheet with my exact business name, address, phone, hours, categories, services, descriptions, logo, and photos. Every listing you touch must match that sheet character for character. Consistency is the entire point of this project. Scope of work 1. Audit existing listings. Find every place my business currently appears (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook, and any data aggregators such as Data Axle, Foursquare, and Neustar/Localeze). Deliver a spreadsheet listing each platform, the current information found, and what needs to change. 2. Correct existing listings. Create/claim estate-planning and general directories. Deliver an updated spreadsheet showing every listing, its URL, login/claim status, and confirmation that each matches the master sheet.
