The piece will be a folded mailer with flaps on each side. I believe the dimensions are: Flat size: 25.5” x 11” Folded size: 8.5” x 11” Panels/flaps: 4.25” + 8.5” + 8.5” + 4.25” I attached our 2024 Mid-Year Market Review for reference so you can get a sense of the structure/content we’ve used in the past. That said, we do not need this to look the same and are very open to creative suggestions for the layout and overall presentation. The mailer will be sent via EDDM, so we’ll need space allocated for a mailing panel on the back. In terms of content, it will likely include: A market update letter Local market statistics/graphs Team sales highlights Active buyer profiles Similar informational and branding content to the 2024 version

We're a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand with an in-house creative strategy in place. We need a part-time creative who can take the marketing angles, inspo, content and direction we provide and turn them into finished ads. Both the design and the copy. You'll produce static and graphic ads for social media, add the text call outs, hooks and copy that go with them, and occasionally use AI tools to create fun, scroll-stopping ad concepts. We handle the strategy, you bring it to life. This is an ongoing part-time role. We test a lot, so we need someone who produces quickly, takes direction well, and turns briefs into polished, ready-to-run creative.

About us PennCoat is a family-owned industrial contractor specializing in epoxy/concrete floor coatings, industrial painting, and safety linestriping for facilities like power plants, food & pharmaceutical manufacturers, and distribution centers. We're launching a direct mail campaign and need a designer who can make industrial construction look sharp, credible, and professional - not generic. The (initial) Project We need 4 distinct postcard concepts for a direct mail campaign targeting plant managers, operations managers, maintenance managers, facilities managers, and capital-projects decision-makers across the industrial sector. These are the people who decide on coatings, industrial painting, and floor work for their facilities, so the designs need to feel like they belong in that world - clean, confident, industrial. Each of the 4 concepts must be adapted to two sizes: 6×9 and 5×7 (same design, sized for both formats — so 4 concepts, delivered at both dimensions). This is the first send of what will become a recurring quarterly campaign (4x/year). We'll reuse these templates and rotate in fresh site photos and updated copy each round - so the templates must be built for easy in-house updating (swap a photo, swap a line of copy) without breaking the layout. Deliverables 4 unique postcard concepts, each with a front and back, each adapted to 6×9 and 5×7 Editable/working source files - built with clear, labeled placeholders for our photos and copy so our team can update them between sends. Please tell us your recommended format (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva) and why; we want something we can maintain ourselves. Print-ready files compliant with VistaPrint's mailing/direct-mail upload specs — correct bleed, safe margins, CMYK, 300 DPI, and the required clear zones on the back for the mailing address block and postage/indicia. Files must upload to VistaPrint cleanly with no flags. What we'll provide Hundreds of our own industrial job-site photos to work from Our logo (shared on hire). For a feel of our brand and the kind of work we do, take a look at our website. Copy for the postcards - though we're open to your suggestions, and you should build the templates with clean placeholder text/copy blocks so wording is easy to drop in and change Timeline for Initial Project (firm) Initial drafts/concepts for review by July 8, 2026 Final, print-ready files by July 12, 2026 This is a hard deadline tied to our first mail-out, so we need someone with the availability to move quickly and turn around revisions promptly over the next ~2 weeks. (So we know you read the full brief, please begin your proposal with the word "GREYSTONE.") Ongoing Opportunities The postcards are step one. We have a steady pipeline of design work ahead - website revamp and graphics, brochures, vehicle/truck wraps and logo work, additional campaign materials, etc. We're looking to build a long-term relationship with the right designer, not just fill a single gig. Do well here and there's consistent work waiting. You're a strong fit if you have -A portfolio with B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or trades design work (please point us to relevant samples) -Real print/direct-mail design experience - you understand bleed, safe zones, CMYK, and platform-specific upload specs (bonus if you've prepped files for VistaPrint specifically) -An eye for making industrial photography look clean and premium -Availability to hit the dates above and communicate clearly To apply, please include 2–3 portfolio samples most relevant to industrial/B2B print or direct mail A one-line note on whether you'd build these in Adobe or Canva, and why Confirmation you can meet the July 8 draft / July 12 final dates Your rate/quote for the initial 4-design set (both sizes, working + print files) We read every proposal and will respond quickly. Looking forward to seeing your work. PS - we are pretty particular and have high standards on quality, so please do not apply if you're not open to feedback and constructive criticism or are going to create something quickly with ai.

# Project Brief: Executive Presentation Design – "Engineering a Competitive Advantage" ## Project Overview Seeking a presentation designer with strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills to transform an existing executive presentation into a polished, immersive experience. The presentation introduces new research findings, unveils a new value proposition, and launches a global marketing campaign. Rather than a traditional corporate deck, we want the presentation to tell a story through the creative lens of an **automotive manufacturing campus**—reimagined entirely through the world of potatoes. The theme is **not about cars**. Instead, it uses the familiar stages of automotive manufacturing as a metaphor for how Potatoes USA developed its new competitive positioning. ## Creative Concept Imagine Potatoes USA as a world-class manufacturing campus. Instead of designing and building automobiles, the campus is "engineering" a competitive advantage for U.S. potatoes. The presentation should guide the audience through a visual journey that includes: * Design & Engineering (research design and blueprint development) * Testing & Validation (technical testing and consumer research) * Quality Control (identifying the differentiating attribute) * Manufacturing & Assembly (building the value proposition and campaign) * Market Deployment (launching the platform globally) Every visual should reinforce that this is still Potatoes USA. Potato products, research, foodservice, frozen potatoes, fresh potatoes, processing, and culinary applications should replace traditional automotive imagery wherever possible. ## Presentation Goals The presentation should: * Summarize the research process. * Reveal the key research finding. * Introduce the new value proposition centered on **Consistency**. * Unveil the new "Count on U.S." campaign. * Build excitement and momentum leading into the campaign launch. ## Design Direction We're looking for a clean, modern, executive-level presentation—not cartoonish or overly literal. The automotive inspiration should be reflected through: * Blueprint aesthetics * Engineering drawings * Manufacturing process graphics * Quality control visuals * Factory-inspired wayfinding and signage * Technical diagrams * Industrial typography * Motion-inspired layouts (without requiring animation) At the same time, every stage should clearly feel like Potatoes USA through the use of potato imagery, potato products, culinary visuals, research graphics, and campaign assets. ## Deliverables * Refresh of approximately 15 presentation slides. * Creation of custom graphics, icons, diagrams, and visual metaphors. * Consistent visual theme throughout the presentation. * Editable PowerPoint presentation. * Source design files (Adobe Illustrator/Figma/Photoshop if applicable). ## Desired Experience Experience designing: * Executive presentations * Investor or keynote presentations * Corporate storytelling * Infographics * Brand launch presentations * Strategic marketing presentations Experience with visual storytelling is more important than simply creating attractive PowerPoint slides.
