The task involves the AI extracts and classifies the expenses by category and send clean data to a google sheet or excel to automatically build a P&L and balance sheets . This is a part-time project with a short duration, expected to be completed in less than a month.

We need an experienced Excel reporting specialist to complete a set of healthcare program reports using the data and instructions already built into an existing workbook. The project includes initial, final, and change-over-time reports for three programs, using demographic data, BAM and QoL assessments, and analytics member data. The work requires accurate matching of records by patient ID, applying scoring rules from the workbook, and populating the provided report templates. Final reports also require calculating average days active and program duration completed. We’re looking for a hourly data analyst to help us build a practical, easy-to-use data system from the ground up. We are a small nonprofit team and we area looking for help to collect the right data to help tell our story with real numbers and create more impact. This is a project-based contract role broken into three stages. You’ll work with us hour by hour, with a weekly hour cap for each stage so we can stay on budget. We’ll evaluate fit and progress at each stage before moving forward.

The column heading would be 3/1/24 thru 2024, then 2025, then 2026 thru 3/1/26) Then on left side will be the Crime Categories: See a sample report which I will upload. The location will have violent crimes and property crimes, whereas the radius report will have violent crimes only, unless, I check a box which says to include property crimes for radius also. At present I have a program to do all of this, but I want to update it a bit.
