We sell banknotes, coins, and postcards. We image thousands daily as we sell thousands daily. We currently write our own 40-60 word descriptions of these items using a CSV spreadsheet. We would like AI to write the descriptions! Looking for a widget/software/app/whatever that is PC based-has the ability for us to drag a folder of 1000 images into it and it spits out a spreadsheet of 2 columns. SKU (get into that later) and 40-60 word description. Example: 1952 France 5 Francs banknote or 1964 Kennedy Half Dollar by AI viewing the images of these items. A picture postcard of "visit Virginia" when viewed by AI will be Girl in white hat says visit Virginia" I'm told by a few folks it needs to have scripts to run it....that's not by forte. Expectations: - 3-5 emails per fraternity or sorority chapter - 300-400 total emails per 8 hour day or 1,500-2,000 total emails per 40 hour week Instructions: In the Google sheet provided, open a university tab and click on the link to the list of Chapters. This link will provide a list of chapters on that campus. Use that list to search for and collect the contact information for 3-5 Chapter Executives in each chapter, plus add info for any chapters we might be missing. You will record their name, title, email address, and the source URL (where you found the email address). Look for Chapter Executives with these titles: Chapter President Finance Vice President or Finance Chair Vice President (Operations, Recruitment, Communications etc.) Chapter Advisor General Contact Us email addresses for the chapter are also ok. If a Chapter’s website only provides contact forms, and no email addresses, please record the url for the contact form.
