Website & Customer Journey Strategist for Established Sailing Travel Business I'm looking for an experienced website and customer journey strategist to help evaluate and improve how prospective guests experience Joyride Charters—from their first visit to my website through the inquiry and booking process. I'm not looking for a website redesign or a high-pressure sales funnel. My goal is to simplify the customer journey, improve the booking experience, and strengthen the systems behind the scenes while preserving the authentic, relationship-driven nature of my business. Joyride Charters offers private sailing charters on Long Island Sound in Connecticut, along with hosted international sailing vacations in destinations such as Greece, Croatia, the British Virgin Islands, and other locations. My guests are primarily adults 50+, solo travelers, couples, and small groups seeking premium, highly personal travel experiences. I have a professional Wix website, strong photography, established trip pages, excellent reviews, active social media channels, and an email list of approximately 1,000 subscribers. I am not looking for someone to rewrite my entire website, take over my social media, or create an aggressive sales funnel. I am looking for someone who can objectively evaluate how visitors experience the site, identify what is confusing or getting in the way of inquiries, and help improve the structure, navigation, booking path, and overall customer journey. My business is built on trust and personal relationships. Many guests book because they feel they know me and understand the experience before we ever meet. Any recommendations must preserve that warmth and authenticity. Project Scope The first phase would be a paid website and customer journey audit, followed by practical recommendations and, ideally, implementation of the highest-priority improvements. Website & Customer Journey Audit Please review and evaluate: Homepage clarity and positioning Website navigation and organization Separation between Connecticut charters and international sailing trips Visitor flow from social media, Google, email, and referrals Calls to action Inquiry and booking process Trust-building elements Reviews and testimonials Use and placement of photos and video Mobile experience Internal links Forms and lead capture Follow-up after an inquiry Basic SEO and conversion issues Analytics and tracking The audit should identify: Where visitors may become confused Where they may leave without taking action What information is missing What information is difficult to find Which pages or sections are working well Which changes would have the greatest impact on qualified inquiries and bookings I am not looking for a generic report or a long list of marketing ideas. I want practical recommendations tied to the actual customer experience. Recommendations should be prioritized as: High impact and low effort High impact and higher effort Longer-term opportunities Items that are not worth changing Website Improvements Depending on your experience and recommendations, the next phase may include implementation of selected improvements such as: Improving navigation Reorganizing the homepage Clarifying the difference between local and international offerings Improving calls to action Streamlining the inquiry and booking path Improving the placement of reviews, testimonials, FAQs, and videos Creating clearer paths for solo travelers, couples, and returning guests Improving forms and follow-up Adding or refining email automation Setting up basic lead tracking Improving analytics and conversion tracking I do not need the Croatia trip page rewritten. The existing destination pages contain important detail and reflect my voice. I am open to recommendations about organization, layout, navigation, and presentation, but I do not want the site stripped down to the point where important information is lost. Video I am interested in using educational video to answer common questions such as: What is it really like to stay on a catamaran for a week? What do the cabins and bathrooms look like? What is a typical day like? How much sailing is involved? What is the group dynamic? Is this type of trip right for a solo traveler or first-time sailor? I am not looking for generic promotional videos or highly polished commercials. Experience helping a founder create natural, useful videos is a plus. Please explain whether you provide scripting, interview questions, coaching, filming direction, editing, or videographer recommendations, and what costs would fall outside the initial project. What I Already Have Established business and paying guests Professional Wix website Strong destination and sailing photography International trip pages Connecticut charter pages Facebook and Instagram presence Google Business Profile Email list of approximately 1,000 subscribers Guest reviews and testimonials Google Analytics and Google Search Console Existing inquiry and booking process What I Am Looking For I am looking for someone who understands premium, relationship-driven businesses and can balance conversion improvements with a personal guest experience. You should be able to explain not only what you recommend changing, but why you believe it will improve the customer journey. I prefer someone who can both provide strategy and help implement the most important changes. Please be clear about which parts of your work include: Audit and strategy Copy recommendations Design or page layout Wix implementation Forms and automation CRM or lead tracking Analytics setup Video direction Work completed by you Work outsourced to another person Additional costs beyond the initial project Please Include in Your Proposal Examples of websites or customer journeys you have improved for travel, hospitality, luxury services, retreats, tours, or other high-ticket businesses. One example of a project where you improved inquiries, bookings, or conversions. Please include measurable results when possible. Your experience working with Wix. One specific issue or opportunity you noticed after reviewing the Joyride Charters website. What you believe should be reviewed or changed first. What would actually be completed and functioning at the end of the first 30 days. Which parts of the work you personally perform and which parts require another contractor. How you would preserve the personal, trust-based nature of Joyride while improving the booking journey. Your proposed price for: The website and customer journey audit Implementation of the highest-priority recommendations Any additional costs I should anticipate for video, design, technical setup, automation, or other services. Project Structure I would like to begin with a defined paid audit and improvement phase rather than commit immediately to a long-term engagement. If the first phase goes well, there may be ongoing work implementing and refining the website, customer journey, email follow-up, and marketing systems. I am looking for thoughtful, practical recommendations and hands-on improvements—not a complete rebrand, a generic template, or an overly automated sales process.

Brand Designer Needed — Luxury Golf Brand (1-Week Logo Turnaround) About Solevaire Solevaire is a new luxury golf-lifestyle brand. Think Malbon Golf meets Louis Vuitton. Our flagship product is a premium leather golf shoe-care bag launching Holiday 2026. Phase 1 is complete. Brand positioning, color palette, and typography are locked. We have a strong direction on the monogram — including an S letterform I’ve personally developed. We need a designer to refine it, build the full suite around it, and move fast. Speed Matters This is a fast-turnaround project. We need the logo suite delivered within 1 week, with the full brand kit and wireframes wrapping shortly after. If you don’t have bandwidth to commit to that timeline, this isn’t the project for you. What We Need 1. Final Logo Suite (1 week) This project requires solid communication and active collaboration to finalize. We have clear vision on direction and will be hands-on in the process. We need a designer who can iterate quickly, share work in progress, and align live when needed. The logo suite includes three core deliverables: A. Master S Logo (top priority) First and foremost — a single Master S Logo that will be used as the brand’s standalone signature and always live within the broader identity. We already have a solid vision on this letterform, and we’ll collaborate closely on the final refinement. This same S becomes the foundation for everything else in the identity system — it must carry through into the SV monogram and the wordmarks below. Consistency across all marks is non-negotiable. B. Master SV Monogram One final, refined SV monogram built using the exact same S from deliverable A. The S does not get redrawn or restyled — it carries through. The V is then designed to interlock with that S, balanced and emboss-ready. Used on hero applications, packaging, and premium contexts. C. SOLEVAIRE Wordmark Variations (4 distinct fonts) Four different wordmark treatments so we can evaluate side by side and select the final direction. In each, the leading S should visually connect back to the Master S where appropriate: 1. Titleist-style wordmark. Replicating the visual feel of the Titleist logotype found on a golf ball — bold serif energy, refined and recognizable in the golf world. 2. Powerful high-luxury wordmark. A confident, high-contrast serif treatment in the spirit of Louis Vuitton or YSL. Maximum sophistication. 3. Cursive wordmark. A flowing script in the spirit of Malbon Golf. Soft, hand-drawn, modern golf culture energy. 4. Master wordmark. Your designer’s recommendation — the version you believe best captures Solevaire’s positioning. Bring your point of view. Plus the supporting system: • Primary lockup (monogram + wordmark + tagline) • Horizontal lockup • Heritage stamp / secondary marks • Emboss-ready and small-scale versions 2. High-Fidelity Website Wireframes For handoff to our webmaster. Homepage, product page, about, cart/checkout flow. 3. Brand Kit Delivery • Logo suite in vector + PNG • Color palette with hex codes (already defined) • Typography system (already defined) • Usage guidelines • Source files (.ai or .fig) Style Direction Modern golf culture meets luxury leather. Warm cognac tones. Cursive script energy. Minimal, confident, emboss-ready. North star references: Malbon Golf (especially how their wordmark and standalone M work as one identity system), Eastside Golf, Aimé Leon Doré. What to Send • Portfolio (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle work preferred) • Confirmation you can deliver the logo suite within 1 week • Confirmation you’re available for active collaboration during the project • Your rate • One sentence on how you’d approach Solevaire We move fast and communicate clearly. The right designer will love this project — clear direction, locked foundations, and a real product launch behind it.

I'm launching a web/app design studio, and need a website built. I've attached an HTML mockup showing the style I want (colors, fonts, layout, logo). I'm not attached to the code, just the look and feel — open to your recommendation on platform, WordPress preferred but open to other ideas if you make the case. The page should cover: services, how we work, a featured project, about, and a contact form that emails me directly. Needs to be mobile responsive, fast-loading, and easy for me to edit myself later without calling a developer every time. I'm easy to work with, communicate clearly, and give direct feedback — looking for someone who does the same, asks questions early rather than guessing, and delivers what they quote. Please include: your recommended platform and why, a fixed price and timeline, and 2-3 similar examples from your portfolio.
