We're a supplier of plumbing and fire-protection products serving contractors across Southern California. We have recently launched our website to ship nationwide and our customers are professional tradespeople and businesses who regularly order the same items. Customer retention is very important to us and we need email flows setup to engage customers who enter our flow and also engage them after orders are placed/delivered. We're looking for an experienced Mailchimp specialist to set up and design a full set of automated email flows (customer journeys) from the ground up. This is both strategy and execution — we want someone who can recommend the right flows for a B2B supply business, then build and design them, not just assemble what we dictate. Flows we want built and designed: - Welcome / onboarding series (including driving Account sign-ups) - Abandoned cart and browse-abandonment - Post-purchase / order follow-up - Reorder and replenishment reminders (we sell repeat-purchase supplies) - Win-back / re-engagement for lapsed customers - New-subscriber-to-first-purchase nudges Scope of work - Recommend the flow strategy and trigger logic appropriate for a B2B contractor audience - Build the automations in our Mailchimp account - Design on-brand, mobile-responsive email templates - Set up segmentation, tags, and any audience structure needed to support the flows - Configure triggers, timing, and any necessary store/integration connections - Basic testing and QA before handoff, plus a short walkthrough or documentation so our team can maintain it You're a good fit if you: - Have built complete Mailchimp automation flows before (please show examples) - Understand e-commerce email marketing — abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention, segmentation - Can both strategize and design (or clearly state if you're build-only and we'll handle copy/design separately) - Have worked with B2B or trade/contractor audiences (a plus, not required) - Communicate clearly and can work from our brand assets Nice to have: - Experience connecting Mailchimp to an e-commerce store/platform - Email copywriting ability, or a willingness to collaborate with ours - Deliverability and compliance knowledge (CAN-SPAM, list hygiene) To apply, please include: - 2–3 examples of Mailchimp automation flows you've built (screenshots or links welcome) - A brief note on which flows you'd prioritize first for a business like ours and why - Whether you handle design and copy, or build only - Your availability and estimated timeline - Your rate

About Us AUQ is a conversion-focused GEO + SEO agency for B2B SaaS. We specialize in technical clients — developer tools, fintech, and martech — and help them win visibility in both Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity). We’re a fully remote, global team. The Role This is a freelance, remote GTM role with one clear outcome: get qualified B2B SaaS companies to book discovery calls with our founder, who runs and closes those calls. This is not just a cold-outreach role — you own demand generation end to end and have the freedom to run whatever GTM tactics work: outbound, content, podcasts, paid media, partnerships, and more. You’ll have VAs and team members to support you. Compensation starts at $1,500/month plus a tiered performance bonus, so the more qualified calls you book (and deals that close), the more you earn. Who You’ll Reach — and Why It Matters Our buyers are founders, CTOs, CMOs, and dev/tech leads at B2B SaaS startups (selling to developers, CTOs, or senior marketing roles). These are sharp, skeptical, technical people — generic sales spam doesn’t work on them. A deep understanding of how this audience thinks, what they care about, and how they buy is essential to this role. Your messaging and positioning have to earn credibility with a technical reader. What You’ll Own Own multichannel GTM to drive booked calls — and pick the right mix, not just one playbook. Outbound: cold email (Instantly), LinkedIn, and signal/trigger-based prospecting (companies that recently raised, are hiring for growth/SEO/content, or have weak AI/GEO visibility). Other GTM channels: podcasts (guesting + outreach), paid media, webinars/events, partnerships & referrals, communities, and past-lead reactivation — test, measure, double down on what works. Write all outbound and outreach copy — sequences, LinkedIn messaging, hooks — tuned to a technical audience. This is a writing-heavy role. Use our free lead-magnet audits (GEO + analytics audits) as personalized, credibility-building hooks. Build and clean target lists with Prospeo and similar tools. Manage and delegate to VAs and team members across outreach, list-building, and content. Own CRM and pipeline hygiene; qualify every lead against our ICP before booking. Book qualified calls onto the founder’s calendar and keep show-rates high. A/B test and report weekly on activity, pipeline, and results. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B SaaS GTM / growth / outbound experience with a record of generating qualified pipeline. A genuine understanding of technical SaaS buyers (founders, CTOs, CMOs, dev/tech leads) — you know how to earn their attention and credibility. Excellent written English and strong copywriting — outreach and content that technical buyers actually respond to. Comfortable running multiple GTM channels, not just cold email. Comfortable with the stack: Instantly, Prospeo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM. Self-directed and resourceful — can own the function and manage VAs with minimal hand-holding. USA time-zone working overlap. Nice to Have Experience selling into devtools, fintech, or martech specifically. Enough understanding of SEO/GEO to speak credibly about what we do. Experience with podcasts, paid media, or lead-magnet-driven GTM. Compensation & Growth Starts at $1,500/month with a tiered bonus tied to qualified calls booked and deals closed. Strong performers can grow both earnings and the role over time. Logistics Freelance · Remote · USA time-zone overlap.

I'm running a high-volume, AI-driven lead generation program — primarily Meta ads with supporting email campaigns — with a target of 20,000 qualified leads. The technical build, automation, and campaign execution are already handled on my end. What I need is a seasoned creative professional to act as the quality-control and taste layer over the creative output. This is a review-and-direct role, not a production role. I'll send you batches of ad creative (visuals + copy) and email assets, and you'll mark them up: what's working, what's off, what to cut, and specific, actionable direction to make each piece sharper and more likely to convert. I action your feedback. Occasionally I'll want a short strategy call to pressure-test creative direction or messaging. The ideal person is genuinely cross-disciplinary — a strong eye for visual design, strong instincts for written/ad copy, and real strategic judgment about positioning and what makes performance creative convert. You've directed or reviewed paid social creative at volume and can give crisp, prioritized feedback fast. What I'm looking for: - Proven experience across design, copywriting, and creative/brand strategy - A track record reviewing or directing Meta/paid social ad creative (volume a plus) - Email campaign creative experience - Ability to give clear, written, prioritized markup on creative batches - Sharp judgment on conversion-focused creative, not just aesthetics - Must be US-based How we'll work: - I send batches of creative; you return marked-up feedback - Occasional strategy calls - Hours are flexible and not guaranteed — this is ongoing, as-needed review work When you apply, please briefly: 1. Describe paid social (Meta) creative you've reviewed or directed, and the results. 2. Explain how you approach giving prioritized, actionable feedback on a batch of ads.
