We are a small creative business based in Los Angeles with a Squarespace website, Google Ads account, online application forms, and payment workflows. We are looking for a reliable specialist to take over ongoing website and advertising support from our current administrator. Responsibilities include: • Maintaining and updating our Squarespace website • Creating and modifying pages, forms, and payment workflows • Troubleshooting technical issues • Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns • Setting up and monitoring conversion tracking • Working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Implementing small improvements to user experience and lead generation Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads is a plus but not required. This is a long-term relationship. Most weeks require only a few hours of support, but we are currently launching new advertising campaigns and need someone who can help improve our website, conversion tracking, and marketing setup. Please include examples of Squarespace websites and Google Ads campaigns you have managed.

I own a marketing agency and continually find that Direct Traffic is the #1 traffic source for Google Analytics. This causes problems for feeding Conversion data into Google Ads and is making us blind to where we are receiving leads. I need someone who is familiar with Web Design (Squarespace) and Google Analytics 4 to find why most of our data is categorized under Direct and make the needed changes to solve this problem.

Hi! I’m looking for an experienced Squarespace web designer to help me finish an existing photography portfolio website. The site is approximately 90–95% complete, but my previous designer never fully captured my vision. Rather than starting over, I’m looking for someone with a strong eye for minimalist, editorial design who can refine what has already been built and bring it across the finish line. Over the past several weeks I’ve worked extensively on the layouts, visual direction, and overall aesthetic with the help of AI. I now have a very clear vision for how I want the final website to look. I’ll provide screenshots showing both my desired layouts and how the website currently appears, so you’ll have a clear understanding of the direction before any work begins. The highest priority is ensuring the website looks polished and intentional across all devices and screen sizes, including mobile, tablet, standard desktop monitors, and larger high-resolution displays (I work on a 2560×1440 Eizo monitor). My previous designer primarily relied on Squarespace’s default responsive behavior, which left the site looking unfinished on larger displays. I’m looking for someone who can thoughtfully refine spacing, typography, image presentation, and layouts so the experience feels premium regardless of screen size. Before we begin, I’d like you to carefully review the attached mobile screenshots and confirm that you’re confident you can achieve this level of design. I will send desktop screenshots once we conect. Communication and attention to detail are very important to me. I’d rather know upfront if we’re not the right fit than discover halfway through the project. Please don’t apply if your approach is simply to build a standard Squarespace website using the default responsive layouts. I’m specifically looking for someone who enjoys refining every detail—spacing, typography, image presentation, and responsive behavior—to create a premium photography portfolio that closely matches an established creative vision. The website is already very close to completion, and my goal is to have it finished by the end of thist week. If you’re confident you can execute this level of refinement and are comfortable collaborating to achieve a specific vision, I’d love to work with you

We're Bennett Awards, a custom award and recognition studio that designs meaningful awards, deal toys, and recognition pieces for many of the world's leading brands. We're looking for a UX/UI designer to help update our Home page (and a few other key landing pages) on our website. We need to maintain our branding but would like to create a stronger experience and customer journey for our website visitors. We want to transform our Home page and key landing pages into a guided buying experience that builds confidence, clearly communicates what Bennett Awards does, and naturally encourages visitors to start a project. Our goal isn't simply to redesign these pages. We're looking for someone who can improve the overall experience, simplify decision making, and create pages that reflect the quality and craftsmanship of our brand. What We're Looking For: Strong UX/UI design experience. Experience designing premium brand websites. Experience working in Squarespace. Experience in Webflow. We plan to migrate in the future and we would ideally like to continue working with the same designer to help implement this migration. A strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion-focused design. Knowledge and experiences with implement on-page SEO best practices into page designs, not only for traditional SEO but also for AI searches Someone who is comfortable challenging our assumptions and bringing thoughtful ideas to the table. Project Scope: We've already developed a detailed Home page specification that outlines the customer journey, messaging hierarchy, page structure, content direction, and visual references. For the initial concept, we'd like the design to follow this specification closely. The goal is to see your interpretation of the strategy we've already developed, rather than a completely new direction. That said, we're looking for a designer who can elevate the experience through strong UX, thoughtful visual design, typography, spacing, imagery, and interaction. If you identify opportunities to improve the user experience while staying true to the overall strategy, we're open to discussing those as the project evolves. After the Home page is complete, we would like you to follow the same process with a few of our key landing pages. Primary Objectives: Build confidence quickly and communicate what Bennett does within the first few seconds. Showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and credibility behind the Bennett brand. Guide visitors through a clear buying journey instead of encouraging them to search for information. Increase qualified project inquiries. Create a design system that can continue to evolve as our website grows. This Could Become an Ongoing Relationship Beyond this homepage project, we have several additional initiatives planned, including: A future migration to Webflow Product page improvements Additional website and marketing design work We're looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can become a trusted extension of our team and help maintain consistency across future projects. To Apply Please include: Examples of Home page or landing page redesigns you've completed Projects where you've improved customer flow or conversion Your experience with Squarespace and Webflow A brief explanation of how you approach homepage strategy and customer journeys Our website: https://www.bennettawards.com
