🎓 Digital Education Assistant – Kajabi, Squarespace, Social Media & Design We're building an online education ecosystem and need a skilled, self-directed Digital Education Assistant to join us starting July 2025. If you know your way around Kajabi and Squarespace, think visually, and understand what it takes to launch and grow courses online, we want to hear from you. 📌 ABOUT THE ROLE This is a part-time, ongoing hourly position supporting the development and management of an online education platform. You'll work behind the scenes (and sometimes front-and-center) to help build, maintain, and grow a course-based business. As we evolve, new needs will emerge, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us. ✅ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Building and managing online courses in Kajab, including course structure, content uploads, landing pages, sales funnels, and automations • Managing and updating a Squarespace website — layout, copy updates, integrations, and general upkeep • Supporting the broader digital ecosystem: email sequences, membership areas, checkout pages, and tech integrations as needed • Creating and scheduling social media content that reflects the brand and supports course launches • Designing graphics for courses, social media, and promotional materials (Canva, Adobe, or similar) • Flagging and solving tech issues proactively — we want a partner, not just a task-taker 🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven experience with Kajabi (course creation, funnels, automations, pipelines) • Solid working knowledge of Squarespace • Strong graphic design skills — clean, professional, on-brand visuals • Social media savvy — content creation, scheduling, basic strategy • Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding • Excellent communication and ability to ask smart questions • Bonus: experience with email marketing, Zoom, YouTube, or podcast integration 📎 TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE: • A brief intro about your background in online education or course platforms • Links to Kajabi or Squarespace sites you've worked on • 2–3 samples of graphic design or social media work • Your hourly rate We're excited to build something meaningful and are looking for the right person to help us do it right from the start. Start date: July 2026.

I'm confident that to a skilled person, this will be simple. To me, this is foreign! I've recently changed my business name (just removed one of the 3 words in the business title). This is posing some challenges for me on the backend. I have a *very* small business but still want things to be running smoothly on the backend. My squarespace website has 3 domains. I want to remove the "main" domain and only keep 2. I also want to ensure that everything on meta business suite is connected correctly. I created an alias on gmail so I can receive emails at both the currently active, and new account in the same inbox. It's been confusing for me to do all this on my own -- ultimately just need some guidance!

We are looking for an experienced website designer to help us refresh and complete a new website for our church using Realm's website platform (similar to WordPress or Squarespace). We are primarily looking for someone with strong visual design, UX/UI, information architecture, and mobile design skills. This is not a custom website development project. The website will remain on the Realm platform, and our staff will manage content updates after the project is complete. Crown of Life is a traditional Christian church in Minnesota with an affiliated school and preschool. This project will focus first on the church website, with the possibility of future work on the school and preschool websites. We have already started building the new church website in Realm and have a template and basic site structure in place. We are looking for someone to refine, improve, and polish the existing design rather than start from scratch. We are open to changing or modifying the template if it results in a significantly better user experience and overall design. Our website serves two important audiences. First-Time Visitors and Prospective Families The website should be an easy and welcoming entry point for people who are getting to know our church, school, and preschool for the first time. Visitors should be able to quickly understand: Who we are What we believe What to expect when visiting Opportunities for worship, education, and community involvement How to contact us or take a next step Current Members and Families The website should also serve our current members, school families, and preschool families by helping them stay informed, connected, and engaged. It should be easy for members to find events, resources, updates, and important information. Overall, we want the website to feel welcoming, trustworthy, professional, and easy to use. We are not simply looking for someone to make the website look better. We are looking for a designer who can think strategically about user experience, website organization, and content hierarchy. The ideal designer will help us determine: What information should be featured prominently on each page What belongs on the homepage versus interior pages How content should be organized for visitors and members How to create clear pathways for users to find information and take next steps How to simplify and prioritize information so the website feels intuitive and uncluttered We value strong information architecture as much as visual design. Design Goals We are a traditional church, and we want the website to reflect our Christian values and heritage. At the same time, we want the design to feel current, clean, polished, and visually engaging. We are looking for help with: Overall visual design and aesthetics Homepage design and layout Mobile-friendly design and usability Navigation and user experience Information architecture and content organization Page layout and content hierarchy Visual consistency across the site Clear calls-to-action for visitors and members Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation The design should feel: Modern without being trendy Professional without feeling cold Welcoming without feeling cluttered Traditional without feeling outdated We have a complete brand guide and brand assets available, including: Logo files in multiple formats Brand color palette with HEX codes Defined typography and typefaces Existing brand standards The final design should align with and strengthen our established brand identity. We are looking for a designer who can provide: A refined website design within Realm Improvements to the homepage and key interior pages Mobile-responsive design improvements UX and navigation recommendations Information architecture recommendations Design implementation within the Realm platform Recommendations for imagery, layout, and content presentation A site structure and design that our staff can easily maintain after launch. We would like to move quickly on this project. Initial design draft: Within 2 weeks Final revisions and completed design: Within 1 additional week Total project timeline: Approximately 3 weeks
