I am looking to create a functioning, scale model "Mi-Jack" translift / gantry crane. (reference images provided) Should be a combination of metal and 3d printed plastic parts, along with elements found in typical remote control vehicles. Preferred scale is 1/14, but could be a bit larger if necessary. It doesn't have to have ALL the functionality of a translift, but will need to be able to lift a (light weight) scale model container off the bed of a scale mode semi trailer (see Tamiya 40' container truck). Controls do not have to be rc - I'm ok with local (on board) controls. It should be stationary, not wheeled. Basically, picture a 3d printer with no bed; servos to move the head side to side; and box chain / pulley / winch system to lift or lower the container once attached. Obviously, I can't find anything like this on the market, so any potential distribution would be through equal partnership, but that is not the intention of this project. I anticipate this would be an exciting challenge for someone with applicable skillset. An interest in RC vehicles is probably a bonus. To the extent possible, I'm looking for an unassembled finished product. I may supply some of the parts or elements. And I would like to 3d print as many parts as practical myself.

I’m looking for an experienced soft-goods product engineer or technical product developer to help turn a wearable sports-cooling concept into a functional prototype and manufacturer-ready design. The product is a lightweight upper-body cooling cape intended for short-term use by athletes between rounds or periods of competition. It uses refillable, waterproof chambers that hold ordinary ice cubes and melted water. The design must provide strong cold transfer while remaining comfortable, durable, quick to install and easy to drain. The overall concept, preliminary dimensions, visual design and first-pass CAD files have already been developed. I need someone who can evaluate the design, correct the pattern and construction details, select compatible materials and help create a working prototype. Relevant experience should include: * Soft-goods or technical-apparel product development * TPU film, TPU-coated nylon or similar waterproof materials * RF/HF welding, heat welding or ultrasonic seam construction * Hydration bladders, inflatable products, dry bags or waterproof reservoirs * Wearable-product pattern development and ergonomic fit * Drain valves, waterproof fill openings and reinforced hardware attachment * Creating manufacturer-ready technical drawings, patterns and bills of materials Initial scope of work: 1. Review the concept artwork and preliminary CAD package. 2. Recommend appropriate outer, reservoir and body-facing materials. 3. Refine the dimensions, curvature and fit for an average adult athlete. 4. Engineer the chamber, internal-baffle and seam-weld layout. 5. Specify suitable fill closures, drain valves and magnetic retention hardware. 6. Update the 2D CAD patterns and technical package. 7. Produce or coordinate one functional prototype. 8. Identify design problems and recommend revisions after testing. 9. Deliver updated CAD files, patterns, bill of materials and assembly specifications. Key prototype requirements: * Holds ordinary ice cubes rather than removable gel packs * Separate front and rear waterproof reservoirs * Ice must move freely into the chambers without becoming trapped * Meltwater must drain quickly and completely * Strong cold transfer through the body-facing layer * Compact rear section covering only the shoulders and upper back * Quick placement and removal * Durable, cleanable and resistant to repeated filling and draining * Target filled weight of less than 4 pounds Please include the following with your proposal: * Examples of similar soft-goods or welded-bladder products * Your experience with RF/HF-welded TPU construction * Whether you can personally build the prototype or work with a sample facility * Your recommended development process * Estimated cost and timeline for the initial engineering and prototype phase * Any anticipated technical concerns based on this description The complete design package and detailed concept images will be shared with shortlisted candidates after a confidentiality agreement is signed. This project may lead to additional prototype revisions and manufacturing-sourcing work. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to rigid mechanical parts, architectural CAD or garment styling without waterproof-product engineering. Complete materials will be provided to shortlisted candidates after a confidentiality agreement.

Project: Brand Design System + Website + Application Design Standards I am seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX designer to help define the visual identity of my company and create a design system that will be used across both our marketing website and application. We are looking for someone who can create a cohesive product and brand experience. I have established six (6) main milestone deliverables: Approved Home Page Design, Brand Identity System, Website Design and Implementation, Application Design System, Motion and Animation Standards, and Design Documentation, Assets, and Releases. All right, title, ownership and licensing for all works created should be free of IP, trademark, and copyright restriction and will be transferred as part of this agreement. I am looking for a relatively quick turn around on this project so I will want to establish deadlines. I also have another project if this one goes well.

I am looking for someone that can design a physical prototype. This should be about the size of a kiosk youd see as say, a casino, or restauraunt. This prototype should accept objects in an ATM style fashion. It should then be able to align the object for imaging and then eject the object back out all without damaging. -Produce CAD, Assembly drawings, and BOM -Select practical prototype-grade materials and off-the-shelf parts where possible. -Design mounting and layout for cameras, lighting, sensors, motors, printer, and sealing hardware. -Design object loading, object placement, and finished-part ejection flow. -Create enclosure and maintenance-access concept.

I’m looking for an experienced hands-on electronics/prototype builder to create a rough but functional demo model for BaseKase, a phone case product with built-in audio amplification and a required wood/acoustic component. The design will be provided, but you have creative freedom over the build methods. The goal is to build a working investor/demo prototype, not a polished consumer-ready product. The general design direction is as follows: the prototype should function as a phone case assembly with raised grip ridges, integrated audio electronics, and a wood/resonant panel element that is part of the physical sound and enclosure structure. The prototype can use off-the-shelf electronics, including a small amplifier board, rechargeable battery/power module, etc. The enclosure will likely involve a combination of 3D-printed or hand-built parts, with the wood component integrated into the assembly. I need someone who can physically assemble, troubleshoot, test, and ship a working prototype. Please do not apply if you only provide CAD files, renderings, or schematics. I’m looking for someone with hands-on experience building small electronics prototypes, audio devices, battery-powered products, speaker/exciter assemblies, and/or rough physical product demos. Deliverables should include a working prototype, basic wiring layout or schematic, parts list/BOM, build photos or videos, notes on what worked and what should change in the next version, and the final prototype shipped to me. Contact me about pricing. This is a milestone-based project. If the first prototype goes well, there may be follow-up work for a cleaner V2 model. Please share examples of physical electronics prototypes you have personally built, especially if they involve audio, speakers, battery-powered devices, wood/acoustic materials, or small consumer product enclosures.

I started to design a flashlight belt holster in CAD, but I am not proficient enough or have the time to bring it to completion myself. It's a small flashlight, so I wanted to design a holster with a smaller footprint than what is currently available on the market. Simple design, looking forward to the finished product!

I am trying to transfer a hand sketched design into CAD/STP file so that the machine shop can produce this part. This is a stand alone aluminum part that will be used as an aviation accessory. Should be fairly simple to design.
