I’m currently under LOI to sell my Amazon FBA business through an SBA-financed acquisition and am looking for a US-based CPA or experienced accounting professional to assist with the financial due diligence process. This is not a bookkeeping cleanup project. The books are current in QuickBooks. I’m looking for someone with experience preparing lender-ready financials and supporting SBA acquisitions. Scope of work includes: * Prepare updated financial statements (P&Ls and Balance Sheets) from QuickBooks. * Prepare a reconciliation between cash-basis tax returns and accrual-basis management P&Ls. * Assist with lender/SBA accounting questions during underwriting. * Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations as needed. * Coordinate with me throughout the due diligence process.
