****IMPORTANT PROJECT UPDATE We have refined our technical requirements to save time and eliminate design overhead. Please read carefully before applying: Mandatory WeWeb Experience: You must have direct, hands-on experience working inside the WeWeb platform. Do not apply if you only work in Figma. You must know how to navigate WeWeb's visual style editor, global variables, and UI component kits on day one. No Figma Workflow: We are skipping the expensive, multi-week Figma wireframing process. Your job is to select and configure a premium layout structure (including the left-hand navigation sidebar) directly using WeWeb’s native UI frameworks and components. AG Grid Core Focus: The core of this application relies on an embedded AG Grid component handling massive amounts of high-density compliance data. You must be able to write precise visual specifications (typography for decimal alignment, custom cell styling for editable vs. static cells, row padding, and line weights) that integrate seamlessly into the WeWeb frontend. If you have never shipped a project inside WeWeb or styled high-density financial data tables, this is not the right fit for you. We are transforming a heavy, data-dense financial projection application into a modern enterprise SaaS product. The application architecture is fixed: Supabase (backend), WeWeb (frontend shell), and AG Grid (embedded via WeWeb for high-density tables). The exact columns, calculation tabs, and formulas match state compliance templates and cannot change. This application is primarily a read-only presentation of complex calculations based on defined constraints. Users will not do bulk inline cell editing; only a handful of specific constraint cells will be editable. We need a specialized consultant to select the pre-built design system, define the visual implementation rules for our data grids, and keep our development team visually on track. Scope of Work Tailwind Template Selection Audit our current platform layout and data sheets. Research the commercial market and select a pre-built, enterprise-grade Tailwind CSS dashboard template (e.g., Tailwind UI or equivalent) that handles deep vertical navigation and complex text data out of the box. Present 2–3 live, working template examples for final selection. AG Grid Visual Specification Write a precise visual configuration guide for our developers to apply to the embedded AG Grid component inside WeWeb. Recommend and define the exact typography engine and font pairings optimized for clean, high-density financial data rendering and decimal alignment. Specify exact cell row padding, line weights, and a muted financial color palette to clean up the interface. Define the look for static data cells versus the handful of editable constraint cells so the user instantly knows what can be modified. Developer Implementation Audit Act as the design supervisor. Review the live staging site built by our developers in WeWeb. Provide explicit, pixel-level punch lists ensuring the team accurately executes the template typography, spacing, and grid tokens. Requirements Proven portfolio featuring high-density B2B SaaS dashboards, FinTech platforms, or data-heavy analytical software. (No generic marketing or e-commerce sites). Deep technical familiarity with Tailwind CSS utilities and the visual constraints of AG Grid. Ability to deliver clean visual specifications directly to an engineering team without unnecessary Figma overhead.

Note: I've gotten dozens of cold emails trying to go around UpWork - including to my personal email. If you send me those, they are marked as SPAM and you get blocked. I will only hire someone here. We have a Wordpress website redesign that we want some help implementing. We've created a new theme (using an AI converter from Lovable to Wordpress) but aren't confident in our web skills and want someone experienced to help us update our website to match the design. The design is done, we're clear on what it should look like and how it should function, but we need someone to execute. We use WPEngine and have a dev site in place where we've been working.

We are seeking a responsive independent freelance web developer to take over and complete a clean website build using Squarespace Fluid Engine and Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity). CRITICAL NOTE ON NICHE: This website is for a metaphysical brand. Please ONLY apply if you are enthusiastic about and comfortable working within the spiritual/esoteric space. CURRENT STATUS: The previous developer established the global style palette and built the complete homepage draft directly inside our Squarespace account before departing due to niche restrictions. The overall visual direction is approved. You will be responsible for fixing layout/grammar issues on the current homepage, and then replicating this established style across the remaining pages using our provided Master Blueprint. PROJECT SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS 1. Core Build Completion: Finalize the remaining pages of the 4-page website using the existing style guidelines. Fix current homepage section layout discrepancies and ensure the entire site is fully optimized for flawless mobile operation. 2. Advanced Acuity Setup: Configure booking slots, automated time zones, 15-minute buffers, custom intake forms with 500-character caps, and unique sliding scale logic using baseline configurations and specific checkout drop-down variants. 3. Automated Flows: Native integration with Google Meet for automated video links, Squarespace Campaigns native newsletter widget, and native Square payment gateways for mobile tracking. 4. Promotional Architecture: Configure precise automated checkout confirmation templates and exact baseline coupon rules. 5. Legal and Compliance: Set up standard site-wide footer legal disclaimers, a blank privacy policy landing page placeholder, and activate the Squarespace cookie acceptance banner. 6. On-going Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with the site owner as required throughout the development process. 7. Project Scope Elasticity: Allow for minor aesthetic tweaks, grammar/punctuation corrections, and layout adjustments as requested during development to ensure the final site matches the business vision perfectly. MILESTONES AND REVISIONS * Initial Delivery: Review the existing draft, fix the current layout/copy issues on the homepage, and present a fully functional mockup of the completed site architecture, scheduling flows, and backend systems. * Two Iterations: The flat budget includes up to two complete strategic rounds of modification and review based on client feedback before final launch authorization. * Handoff Requirement: Final payment release is strictly contingent upon providing a recording of a clear 15-minute offboarding video tutorial demonstrating administrative capabilities including coupon generation, schedule blocking, buffer tuning, and structural page adjustments. TO APPLY Please include the word SHADOW at the top of your cover letter to confirm you read the full brief, are fully comfortable with the spiritual niche, and can meet the August 1st deadline. In your cover letter, please include: 1. Milestone Proposal: Briefly outline how you would break this $400 fixed-price project down into 4 logical escrow milestones based on our project scope. 2. Examples: Please attach examples of dark-themed or highly clean Squarespace booking websites you have previously designed or completed.

We have a fully designed, locked-in front-end homepage for our Shopify store, built out in Figma with complete desktop and mobile specs. We need a Shopify developer to extend that visual system across the rest of the site and build the whole thing out live. This isn't a design job- the look is decided. We need someone who can read a design system fluently, apply it with precision to pages and components we haven't detailed yet, and turn all of it into a working site through Shopify. SCOPE Extend the homepage's visual language (typography, color, spacing, components) across all remaining pages: product pages, collection/category pages, cart, navigation and dropdown menus, search, footer, 404, and any pop-ups or modals (newsletter capture, promotions, etc.) File build-out in Figma so our in-house team can approve before development begins Build everything out in Shopify using sections/blocks so our team can update content post-launch without a developer Fully responsive, matching the desktop and mobile specs provided in Figma Cross-browser and cross-device QA before launch Set live on our Shopify store WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE Figma file with the locked homepage design (desktop and mobile) Brand packet / guidelines / asset library Access to our Shopify backend and current theme TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid and Online Store 2.0 theme architecture (sections, blocks, metafields) Track record customizing or building Shopify themes from a design file, not just installing templates Solid HTML/CSS/JS and responsive build skills Experience with Figma, Dropbox, and Google Suite Comfortable translating Figma specs into pixel-accurate, production-ready code WHO WE NEED A developer with a genuine eye for visual detail and UI principles, someone who protects the integrity of the design while flagging real technical constraints early rather than after the fact A team player who takes direction well, adjusts when priorities shift, and doesn't get precious about it Clear, proactive communicator who can explain and defend technical decisions without over-explaining TIMELINE & BUDGET We're looking to go live within 2-4 weeks. Please confirm your availability to start immediately and realistically commit to that window before applying. We are open to either a fixed price for the full project or an hourly rate. Please propose the structure and rate that best fits your workflow, along with a rough estimate of hours or total cost based on the scope above. TO APPLY Please start your proposal with the word “ZJ” so we know you read the full post. Include: 2-3 links to live Shopify stores you've built end-to-end Your proposed rate/budget structure A one or two sentence note on how you'd approach translating a locked Figma design into a build-ready theme in this timeframe
