Seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Illustrator to support the development of engaging visuals related to Valley fever (an infectious disease also known as "coccidioidomycosis"). The designer will work closely with health educators and subject‑matter experts to create a cohesive collection of stylized, yet true-to-life 2-D graphics and illustrations that will be added to Valley fever educational materials (print and digital). Most graphics will incorporate human figures engaging in specific activities (people working outdoors in various occupations) or exhibiting specific symptoms (cough, fever, fatigue, difficulty breathing). Non-human graphics may include: various settings/landscapes where outdoor dust might occur (construction site, dusty field amongst crops, office trailer on dusty lot, etc.); stylized illustration of Valley fever fungus; dust cloud; household items, clothing, workplace items (shovel, tractor, N95 mask); other graphics as needed. Many designs will include imagery of agricultural workers and agricultural settings specifically, so familiarity with agricultural settings, landscapes, and objects is preferred. These graphics and illustrations will be used in educational materials that will be translated into several languages or used in low- or no-text resources. Color palette and style examples/ideas will be provided. We have a vision for the graphics and descriptions for each illustration needed, but we are open to artistic interpretation, as long as the designs are generally recognizable to something in the real world. Final products to be in .EPS/Adobe Illustrator vector files and .PNGs with transparent backgrounds. **Requesting custom-designed/drawn vector graphics and illustrations, not AI-generated content.** This project has a limited budget through July 31, 2026, and final deliverables will be requested by July 24, 2026. Additional funding may be available after that date for continued work, or job may be reposted. Full project will include about 30-40 stand-alone graphics total (many with repeating elements), but work will be broken down into smaller projects/collections to accommodate timeline and budget. Experience with Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred. Please submit a sample of your work (ex: link to previous designs/illustrations) and specify the file types and software you have worked with. You may be asked to provide a vector file as an example of your work. About Valley fever in California: https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/Coccidioidomycosis.aspx

Hi David, I'm a urologist looking to commission two original medical illustrations for my practice website. Details are in the attached brief. They're a matched pair of sagittal cross-sections of the male pelvis comparing two prostate-surgery approaches — "Conventional anterior approach" and "Retzius-sparing approach"—for patient education. The brief includes the required labels, dissection details, deliverables, and reference citations/videos. Requirements: the work must be 100% original (drawn from scratch — no stock, AI, or traced/adapted material), with full copyright assigned to me on completion and the layered source files delivered. Anatomical accuracy is the priority; I'm a physician and will review each draft, so please plan for several revision rounds. I'm open to either an hourly arrangement or a fixed price that includes a generous revision allowance. Please reply with a quote, an estimated timeline, and one relevant anatomy or surgical sample. Happy to answer questions. Thanks, Amit

I need the back of a T Shirt designed to be similar to what you see in this image. It's a sunny day in Sheep Meadow (Central Park), people hanging out, picnics, and Spikeball. This is for a Spikeball shirt. I used AI to generate the images below. Please use that as inspiration. I like the idea of the people being a little cartoon-like. It needs to be 1 color (orange) and it will be printed on a cobalt blue shirt. The orange and blue is a nod to the NY Knicks. I need final designs in about 48 hours.

I am looking for someone who can illustrate a children’s book. I am not looking for AI work. I want an authentic illustrator who has good experience who is also able to work within templates to create interactive mechanisms (rotations, pull outs, sliding, etc). If you are not confident that you can do the illustrations for the interactive elements, this job is not for you. Examples of templates and the interactive elements that I’m looking for are attached.

I started this a few years ago and sat on it. Its a personal passion project that is going along with a book I wrote about a local golf course here in PA. I based a T-shirt design on a matchbook cover and wanted to add a piece to it that represents the golf course. The front was completed but I could not get the back to where I wanted it so it hasn't had any movement since. I have an authentic 1940s resort matchbook illustration from Galen Hall Hotel & Country Club in Pennsylvania. This project has two parts. I have an AI file from a few years back that has the matchbook cover (rear shirt design). Below is the outline of what I am looking for: 1. I would like to add the golf course's famous island green to the existing artwork. I have period photographs from the 1920s and modern aerial images. The goal is NOT to create a new illustration, but to recreate the island green in the exact line style and visual language of the original 1940s matchbook artist. The final artwork should look as though the island green was always part of the original matchbook design. 2. The person who did this AI file did not do the trees correctly so I was hoping they could be redone to match the original design as well. I will attach the original matchbook, the AI files for the front and back for reference, as well as period photos from the 1920's showing the island green in question and modern sat images. I was then looking for the AI files for both, then High Res PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Can I get one file with the graphic white and one black. Both are just single colors. The file "back design with background color.pdf" was someone's attempt previously hired that fell way way short of the desired outcome, The trees did not match and the green was way to perfect and didn't come close to matching the style. This is not going to be big commercial project. Its a personally funded tshirt giveaway to go along with a personally funded historical book on the property. This is a personal passion project more then anything at this time. My goal is to hopefully develop things into something bigger over the next year so ideally I am hoping to find someone I can grow with and build a professional relationship. Please let me know if you have any questions.

About the Project We’re developing a new picture-book series called Tapping Together: A Tapping Solution Story, created by Nick Ortner, founder of The Tapping Solution. Each book helps children and grown-ups calm big feelings through the gentle, evidence-based practice of EFT tapping. The stories are already written — we’re looking for an illustrator who can visually weave emotion, light, and connection into every page. The Vision Each story begins with everyday emotional chaos (fear, anger, restlessness) and transforms into a calm, glowing world as the grown-up and child tap together. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is an illustrator at heart and history, but also can work fluently with AI tools for speed. (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Firefly, Runway, etc.) + traditional digital painting. Can build a consistent visual universe: warm, painterly storybook style with expressive characters and cinematic lighting. Understands picture-book storytelling — pacing, emotion, page turns, visual rhythm. Iterates quickly with AI to explore concepts, then refines manually for heart and polish. Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative, art-directed process. Deliverables Concept & style bible — core characters, firefly motif, color palettes, emotional “light logic.” 32-page illustrated book (start with Tapping Together: For Sleepy Nights). High-resolution layered files (PSD / Procreate / equivalent) prepared for print + digital. Tone & References Soft painterly textures, luminous light, emotional storytelling through color. Each book visually transforms: chaos → light → calm. To Apply Please share: A short note describing your illustration and AI workflow (tools, process, refinement steps). 3–5 portfolio pieces showing painterly light, expressive child characters, or emotional storytelling. Details & IP This project is part of The Tapping Solution brand. Full manuscripts, pacing maps, and proprietary art direction will be shared with the selected illustrator under NDA. We’re open to ongoing collaboration — the right artist could help define the look of the entire Tapping Together universe. I've attached a character and style we're currently exploring. We're open to new ideas or just help fully flushing out this character in all the spreads. An important problem to solve is going to be how to show the tapping process in an interesting and innovative way!
