Job Description We are looking for an elite Amazon Direct-Response Copywriter and Conversion Strategist to take a fresh look at our product positioning, audit our existing marketing assets, and draft a high-converting, fully compliant Amazon sales page. Our product is a premium, portable, purely mechanical safety lock for firearms. It features a unique, highly secure patented design that requires zero battery life and relies on a proprietary code system for split-second, muscle-memory release in emergency situations. Our product is approved for sale in California by the California Department of Justice. Because this is a firearm accessory, and even though designed to improve safety, Amazon may restrict traditional PPC ads and use aggressive automated compliance bots. Our copy and positioning must be effective at driving organic traffic and converting buyers. We already have foundational copy written for other channels and raw video content demonstrating the product's mechanics. We also have a registered trademark for our name/logo. We do not need you to start from scratch. We need a brilliant strategist to audit what we have, refine the messaging hooks, and ensure compliance as this is our first effort to sell through Amazon. Scope of Work (Milestones) Milestone 1: Asset Audit & Positioning Strategy • Review our current written drafts and raw video content. • Identify the highest-converting angles to communicate our three core differentiators: maximum portable security, unfailing mechanical reliability (no batteries), and quick-release functionality. Advise on adding portability (mobility) as a differentiator. • Outline a strategy to balance two conflicting buying desires: "impenetrable security" vs. "instant access." • Identify approaches to deal with reluctance to purchase reasons. Milestone 2: Compliant Master Copywriting • Draft a highly optimized Amazon Listing Title, 5 Bullet Points, and Product Description. • Compliance Check: Ensure all copy strictly adheres to Amazon’s "Weapons and Related Items" guidelines [200164950]. Translate high-risk self-defense language into safe, algorithm-friendly terms (e.g., focus on "accident prevention," "authorized access," and "secure storage") to prevent automated shadow bans. • Provide backend search terms/keywords optimized for organic visibility since PPC will be restricted or limited. Milestone 3: A+ Content & Video Storyboard Layout • Map out the visual hierarchy for the image gallery and A+ Content panels. • Write high-impact text overlays and captions for our video assets, ensuring the value proposition is perfectly clear to mobile users watching on mute. Milestone 4 (optional, subject to both parties’ agreement): • Complete any step necessary to go live with a listing. • Manage the live campaign for a 3 month go live trial. • Review progress for first 3 months of testing and make changes (with client approval) as needed. Job Requirements • Proven track record of launching and optimizing products on Amazon, ideally within restricted, gated, or high-compliance niches. • Native English speaker with deep psychological understanding of the US firearm-owner/self-defense market. • Ability to demonstrate previous work where you successfully articulated highly technical or mechanical product differentiation.

We're looking for a brand creative and copywriter who can help us tell the Shrub Fuel story across multiple touchpoints — Amazon listing copy, website, and eventually paid ads. About Shrub Fuel Shrub Fuel is an organic cold-brewed guayusa energy drink made from whole Amazonian guayusa leaves — not extracts, not lab-made caffeine. We cold-brew the entire leaf to preserve its natural caffeine, antioxidants, L-theanine, and theobromine, delivering smooth, sustained energy without the crash. Our brand sits in the premium natural energy space alongside brands like Yerba Madre, Celsius, and Olipop. We're clean-label, USDA Organic, and rooted in an ancient Amazonian tradition. The creative direction should feel elevated, editorial, and discovery-worthy — not like a typical supplement or energy drink brand. What we need This is a project-by-project engagement, starting small and growing as we find the right fit. Initial projects may include: Amazon A+ and listing copy (product title, bullets, description) Website homepage and product page copy Short-form ad copy for social and paid channels Who we're looking for You understand how premium CPG and DTC brands communicate. You can write copy that educates without feeling clinical, and sells without feeling pushy. You know the difference between a brand that leads with ingredients and one that leads with lifestyle — and when to use each. Specifically we want someone who: Has written for food, beverage, wellness, or natural CPG brands Understands Amazon listing optimization and A+ content strategy Can capture a brand voice that feels premium, natural, and performance-oriented Has a portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and finished copy What we're not looking for Generic supplement copywriters. If your portfolio is full of "supercharge your day" and "next-level performance" language, this probably isn't the right fit. Our consumer is health-conscious, ingredient-aware, and skeptical of hype. To apply, please share: 2–3 examples of CPG, beverage, or wellness brand copy you've written A brief take on how you'd position Shrub Fuel against mainstream energy drinks like Red Bull or Celsius — what's the core message and who is the target consumer? Your proposed rate per project type (Amazon listing, website page, ad copy) We may ask shortlisted candidates to sign a brief NDA before sharing brand assets and creative direction. Budget: Under $500 per project to start, with room to grow as the relationship develops.

What We’re Looking For ● A Warm, Collaborative Spirit: You genuinely love working with others, brainstorming as a team, and welcoming feedback with an open mind. ● Creative Copywriting Experience: You have a background in writing copy for a growing e-commerce or DTC brand, and you know how to write text that feels natural yet encourages a click. ● Curiosity Over Ego: You view data as a helpful friend! You enjoy looking at ad performance (like click rates and watch times) to see what worked, treating every test as a fun learning experience. ● Familiarity with Modern Ad Frameworks: You understand paid social spaces and feel comfortable organizing creative ideas into frameworks like the 3-2-2 method. ● A Love for Coffee & the Planet: You’re excited to show up every day and help us share a product that genuinely does good for the world.

I have a finished ~57,000-word nonfiction manuscript and need an experienced KDP self-publishing specialist to take it from Word doc to live, professionally launched book on Amazon. Scope includes: interior formatting/typesetting for both ebook and paperback, ISBN assignment, a professional cover design (front, spine, back with blurb), writing/optimizing the Amazon listing (title, subtitle, description, keywords, and category selection), and complete setup and upload through Kindle Direct Publishing. I’d also like a launch strategy aimed at ranking in relevant niche categories — please describe your approach to pricing, category/keyword targeting, reviews, and launch-week promotion. Note: I’m only interested in legitimate, Amazon-TOS-compliant methods — no paid/fake reviews or rank manipulation. I'm a solo Amazon seller running a small but profitable brand — physical card games sold through FBA. I do about 80% of the work myself and I like it that way. I'm not looking for someone to take over. I'm looking for a trusted partner who knows Amazon and can help as needed. This is NOT a PPC management role. I manage my own PPC, I know my numbers, and my TACOS is healthy. I do want someone who can help look at PPC opportunities, but I am not looking for someone to come and take over and scale PPC. Please don't apply if that's your primary skill set. What I actually need help with: - Periodic store check-ins (1–2x/week) to flag anything that looks off — suppressed listings, buy box issues, account health alerts, etc. - Listing support: I write my own copy and use Helium 10 regularly but improvement on copy, listings, images - Shipping logistics: working with freight forwarders, creating shipments, resolving receiving issues - Compliance and certifications: helping navigate CPC docs, compliance challenges, category requirements - Research tasks as needed: competitors, pricing, product opportunities - TikTok Shop (nice to have): I've sold there before and I'm open to exploring it again with the right person if there's a clear ROI case What I'm looking for in you: - You work directly inside Seller Central and you're not going to hand this off to someone else. - You communicate clearly and flag problems without being asked - You respect that I lead this business — I want your eyes and your expertise, not unsolicited overhauls - You're comfortable with irregular hours. Some weeks there's nothing. Some weeks there's a fire. - You're in this for the long game. If we click, this becomes a regular relationship with growing hours over time. Right now, this is a low-hours, as-needed engagement — probably 2–5 hours some weeks, zero others. I will not ask you to be on retainer or available 24/7. But I do want someone I can count on to respond promptly when something comes up. To apply, please skip the template pitch. Tell me: what's one Amazon problem you've solved that most people wouldn't have caught? For those I'm interested in working with, I will ask you a few questions about your approach so I can make sure it's the right fit.
