Social Media Manager (Atlanta Cutlery & Museum Replicas) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help manage and grow the social presence for two niche eCommerce brands: Atlanta Cutlery and Museum Replicas. Both brands serve passionate audiences interested in historical weapons, collectibles, medieval/renaissance gear, military history, and fantasy-inspired products. We’re looking for someone who understands (or is genuinely interested in) niche enthusiast communities and can speak to them authentically. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Work within a scheduling/approval system so our team can review and approve posts before publishing Collaborate with our marketing and eCommerce teams on: Major sales events Product launches Seasonal campaigns Create and maintain a consistent posting calendar for both brands Monitor engagement and community interaction (comments, messages, etc.) Track performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics (growth, engagement, reach, etc.) Identify content opportunities based on trends in niche communities What We’re Looking For Experience managing social media for brands (eCommerce experience preferred) Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, SocialPilot, or similar) Ability to report on performance clearly and consistently Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team Interest in niche topics such as history, military collectibles, medieval/renaissance culture, or fantasy is a big plus Comfortable working with structured approval workflows (nothing is posted without review) Self-starter who can take direction and also bring ideas to the table Nice to Have Experience working with multiple brands at once Basic understanding of eCommerce marketing campaigns and product-driven content Ability to suggest content ideas tailored to enthusiast communities Deliverables Weekly content calendar for approval Scheduled posts across platforms Monthly performance report with insights and recommendations

You will be responsible for item sync and setup, product setup, accuracy and ongoing maintenance for all products sold on our 3 shopify websites and in our Square POS/inventory management system. You will own inventory accuracy and product data across both Shopify and Square.
