We need a FlutterFlow expert to build a mobile KPI dashboard app called Vitals. The app pulls data from a Google Sheet containing monthly performance metrics for nine different restaurant roles—Director of Ops, Front of House, Back of House, Drive-Thru, Catering, Marketing, Food Safety, and BOH Training. Each role tracks metrics like sales, labor costs, guest satisfaction, food safety scores, and more. The app needs: role-based login, a clean dashboard showing current month goal versus actual for each metric, color-coded cards to flag underperformance, a six-month trend chart per metric, and an actuals input screen where users can log or update monthly numbers. Mobile-first design, professional polish, and integration with Google Sheets as the data source. Deliverables: fully functional iOS and Android app ready to launch, documentation on how to update the sheet structure if needed, and a brief handoff call. Timeline: two to three weeks. Please share your FlutterFlow portfolio and relevant experience."

This is a Flutterflow app called CARS which stands for Cybersecurity Awareness & Resilience Solution. I am a Phd student at NSU and I will be engaging in developmental research for microbusiness owners testing cyber awareness and resilience for their microbusinesses. This is intentionally a minimal research app. There is no backend all logic is handled in FlutterFlow + Firestore. The app enforces sequential viewing of videos and tracks completion and rewatch behavior only. The focus is on simplicity, reliability, and clean UX. Avoid over-engineering. There are 102 videos that have already been loaded via csv via Rowy into Firebase/Firestore. You already have: videoId title module order videoUrl and the videos are set-up to play sequentially one after another. If you get the job, I will provide the csv with placeholders for videourl for privacy. Please review the attached Developer Brief to get an idea of the specifics of this job. Thank you.

Hello Upwork Developers! This app will be a critical tool once it's finalized. Looking for an experienced, supportive, and communicative developer in the Sacramento or San Francisco Bay area. Fee for the first build of the mobile app and a desktop version is flexible based on experience and qualifications. Starting rate around $2-3K with a timeline of not more than 6 months. Project Criteria: -Set up a Supabase project cleanly -Create tables with proper relationships -Implement Row Level Security (RLS) -Write policies that protect sensitive data -Document every policy -Use Supabase Auth for login + roles -Avoid unnecessary Postgres functions unless documented -Full FlutterFlow project -Full Supabase schema -Full Supabase policies -Full documentation -Full training -Full source files -Full ownership transferred to me (owner) ACTUAL DELIVERABLES FOR APP (APP FEATURES) 1. User Accounts & Authentication -Email/password login -Password reset -Optional multi‑factor authentication -Role‑based access (if needed later) -Supabase Auth integration 2. Data Storage & Structure -Supabase database -Clean relational tables -Secure Row Level Security (RLS) -Encrypted or protected sensitive fields -Full audit trail (optional but recommended) 3. Data Input & Forms -Multiple structured forms -Conditional fields (show/hide based on user input) -Attachments (images, files, audio, etc.) -Draft saving -Edit/update existing entries -Delete entries (with confirmation) 4. Data Viewing & Reporting -List views -Detail views -Filters (date, category, tags, etc.) -Search -Sorting -Summary reports -Optional charts or analytics 5. PDF / Word / CSV Exporting Your app must support exporting: -Individual records → PDF -Collections of records → PDF or CSV -Summary reports → PDF -Optional: Word (.docx) export -Exports must include: - Branding -Timestamp -User info -Structured layout -Optional attachments FlutterFlow supports PDF generation natively. CSV export is easy. Word export requires a plugin or API. 6. File Attachments Users must be able to: Upload images Upload documents Upload audio notes View attachments Download attachments Stored in: Supabase Storage With secure access policies 7. Notifications (Optional) Email notifications Push notifications (if determined needed; nice to have) In‑app alerts Push notifications require: Firebase setup Apple/Google certificates 8. Subscription / Billing System If I want paid tiers later, I need: Stripe integration Subscription tiers Free vs paid feature gating Billing history Cancel/renew options Webhooks to update Supabase roles This can be added later — don’t need it for MVP. 9. Settings & User Preferences Profile editing Email change Password change Notification preferences Optional dark mode 10. App Publishing Requirements The app must support: iOS build Android build Web app (optional) App store listing setup Version updates Crash reporting (Firebase) 11. Admin Tools (Optional) If you want admin features later: Admin dashboard User management Data oversight Export all data Role assignment This can be added after MVP. ⭐ 12. Privacy & Security Requirements Because OGRE handles sensitive content: NDA required before development Secure Supabase RLS No external data sharing No analytics that expose user content Optional local encryption Optional “panic delete” or “quick hide” feature Decoy page for startup/app disguise ⭐ 13. Maintainability Requirements The app must be built so I can: -Add fields -Edit forms -Add pages -Update logic -Manage Supabase -Publish updates -Debug issues This is why FlutterFlow and post-app training is essential, so I can reliably handle the maintenance aspect of taking over control. Thank you for your interest in my app and I look forward to hearing from you!

uild an app called Approach. Users create a profile, scan a venue QR code, and see other checked-in guests nearby. Users can like, wave, or "Approach" someone. If interest is mutual, a private chat opens. Include profiles (photo, age, bio, interests), venue check-ins, matching, messaging, reporting/blocking, admin dashboard, and venue dashboard. Monetize with Premium ($9.99/month) and venue subscriptions ($99–299/month). Design should be modern, premium, and inspired by Raya, Instagram, and Apple. Tagline: "Skip the awkward guessing. Just Approach." Build with FlutterFlow, Firebase, Stripe, and QR code technology.

4 WATCHES MOBILE APP CONCEPT AND FUNCTIONS: I created a 14 year calendar that begins on September 23, 2017 and ends on September 23, 2031. The calendar is linked to a clock that's equally divided into four equal sections. Each of the 4 sections represents 1,260 days. The movement of the clock is clockwise, and it begins at the 6PM position. Each of the four sections is divided into 12 sub-sections called "houses." Each of the 12 houses represents 105 days. I have a very rough draft of the app cover page. There will be 8 or 9 tabs total. A "blinking" red block advances clockwise every 105 days to highlight the current position of the 48 houses. MOBILE APP TABS: TAB #1/HOME CURRENT 4 WATCHES "CLOCK" POSITION. Also Shows Current Date, Current "Watch", Current "House" & Current Time of Day. TAB #2 ABOUT THE FOUR WATCHES OF THE NIGHT TAB #3 DAILY CALENDAR: This is an actual functioning calendar app. Users are encouraged to post significant news events that occurred each day; TAB #4 14 YEAR CALENDAR. This tab breaks out to a list of 14 sub-tabs for the years 2017 thru 2031. These 14 sub-tabs break out to 12 more sub-tabs for each month of the corresponding year. This calendar can be edited by the user. TAB # 5 LIST OF THE 48 HOUSE NUMBERS AND THEIR DATES. This tab simply shows a list of the 48 Houses and their dates. For example: #1 September 23, 2017 - January 5, 2018 #2 January 6, 2018 - April 20, 2018 TAB #6 TO BE DETERMINED... TAB #7 Jump To House [1 to 48] This page allows users to enter numbers 1 through 48 to view the 105 day span of each "house" set against the calendar year. TAB #8 Jump To Any of the 5040 days [1 to 5040]. This page allows users to enter a number from 1 to 5040, to jump to that particular calendar day within the 14 year calendar. TAB #9 MERCH/SHOPPING
