We are building a custom internal platform for our travel advisor network. This is not a website or a Webflow project. This is a production-grade full-stack application built in Next.js and TypeScript with MongoDB Atlas as the primary database and Airtable as the CRM and operations layer. The platform includes a role-based advisor dashboard, a super admin dashboard, a custom booking submission form, commission tracking and tier logic, five admin report types with CSV exports, secure invoice file storage, transactional email workflows, and integrations with Airtable, Webflow CMS, Mailgun, Cloudinary, and a private object storage service such as AWS S3 or Cloudflare R2. We have a detailed internal technical proposal covering architecture, phased delivery plan, data models, role and permission structure, milestone definitions, and cost modeling. You will receive the full document before any engagement begins. This is a fixed price milestone based engagement across five phases over approximately eight weeks. All source code, accounts, and assets are owned by Xullu throughout the project. Do not apply with a generic proposal. Your application must include a live production Next.js application you have built, your approach to Airtable API caching for high volume reporting, your approach to secure financial document storage with server side access control, and your fixed price broken down by milestone. Budget range is $10,000 to $14,000. We are not looking for the lowest rate. We are looking for the most qualified.

Our website is built on Webflow with Memberstack for authentication and Stripe for membership management. We had a previous contractor work on our member login interface. That work is incomplete and partially non-functional. We need an experienced freelancer to assess what exists, fix what is broken, and complete what is missing, delivering a polished, fully functional member experience that meets a premium consumer-grade health tech standard. The pages are largely designed. We need someone who can refine and polish the existing UI before completing the functional build. What Needs to Be Fixed or Completed The following were contracted but not delivered or are currently broken: 1. Login flow: currently times out on valid credentials and does not authenticate users successfully. Missing items include a Remember Me option and show/hide password icon. 2. Start-Today membership signup page: known missing items include but are not limited to a show/hide icon on the password field, confirm password field, password strength indicator, visible password requirements, inline field-level validation throughout, phone number format validation with country code, name fields restricted to letters only, and a date of birth picker with input mask and 18+ age validation. 3. Overall member authentication flow: sign-up, login, logout, password reset, and email update must be audited end-to-end and confirmed fully functional. 4. Post-registration flow: redirect to Stripe membership and plan selection page after account creation. 5. Memberstack and Stripe accounts linked automatically at sign-up. 6. Member account dashboard: user-facing page to manage profile, view subscription details with live data, update email, and reset password. Currently displays dummy test data and must be connected to live Stripe subscription data. 7. Stripe and Memberstack must be taken out of test mode and confirmed ready for live customer transactions. Current Tech Stack Webflow (front-end and hosting), Memberstack (user authentication), and Stripe (membership and subscription management). You Are the Right Fit If You Have Proven experience completing or fixing Memberstack implementations, not just starting them. A strong portfolio of Webflow, Memberstack, and Stripe integrations (please share examples). Experience building polished, consumer-grade health or wellness product interfaces. Familiarity with premium health tech UX is a strong plus. A systematic approach: assess first, then execute. Clear communication and reliable availability. We have been through a difficult contractor experience and need someone who delivers what they commit to. What to Include in Your Proposal To be considered, please include the following: at least one example of a Memberstack and Webflow project you built or repaired, a brief explanation of how you would approach auditing an existing incomplete Memberstack setup before starting work, your estimated timeline and fixed price for the scope described above, and any questions you have about the project. Project Type: Fixed price Timeline: Looking to start immediately We are U.S.-based and prefer freelancers who are also U.S.-based or who have significant overlap with Eastern Time business hours. Clear English communication is required. We are straightforward to work with, pay on time, and give clear direction. We are looking for someone who takes the same approach.

Your experience with front-end tools and no-code/low-code platforms 5. A brief note on how you use AI in your design workflow

Description: I need a UX/Webflow specialist to audit Figma wireframes for a bilingual health membership site (English/Spanish) built on Webflow + Memberstack. This is a screen-share review only — I will not be sharing the Figma link directly. The site: A longevity education platform for adults 45+ with tiered membership gating, a Nutritional Reference Library (CMS), Articles (CMS), Video Library, and full Spanish localization via Webflow Localization. What I need from you: Screen-share review of the Figma wireframes with me (30–60 min) Written assessment of what is missing or incomplete by industry standards Join a follow-up call with my design team as my technical advisor (you will articulate findings directly to them) Critical — you must have experience with: Webflow Localization (not Google Translate plugins — the native Localization feature with /es URL structures, locale switching, and CMS-level translation workflows) Memberstack membership gating (element-level hiding, preview/gating logic, tier-based access) CMS filter systems in Webflow (category-based filtering for collections like Articles and Foods) Mobile interaction states (hamburger menu open/close, accordions, stacked reflows — not just scaled-down desktop views) Hispanic/Latino market UX — I specifically need someone who understands that Spanish localization is not just translation. It includes cultural adaptation, tone adjustment, and layout accommodation for text expansion (Spanish runs 20–30% longer than English). If you have worked on sites targeting the Hispanic community, tell me about it. The core dispute I need you to assess: My developer claims that language toggle placement, /es URL flow visualization, CMS filter bars, and distinct mobile interaction states are "design decisions" that do not belong in low-fidelity wireframes. I disagree. I need a professional verdict on whether these are structural wireframe elements or purely visual design choices. To apply, answer these two questions: Provide 2–3 live links to Webflow sites you have built or audited that include Memberstack gating AND bilingual/multilingual setup. Beyond technical implementation, how do you approach UX for a bilingual site targeting the Hispanic community? Specifically: How do you handle content expansion in wireframes? Have you adapted tone or imagery for a Hispanic audience? Do you have native Spanish speakers you consult for cultural review? Timeline: I need this completed within 3–5 days of hiring. If this works out there could be more work if you are interested
