Description: Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support a small real estate portfolio and General construction startup and help as operational needs grow. Responsibilities include: Gathering information for Workers' Compensation audits and submitting and communicating. Following up with banks, insurance companies, vendors, and tenants as needed. Maintaining supplier and vendor databases in Google Sheets by gathering all data from the owner.
