We are a small tabletop game publishing company looking for a skilled videographer and photographer who loves board and card games to help us produce content as we grow. Our brand is focused on fun, accessibility, quick learn times, small boxes, replayability, and immersive art and themes that could be described as cozy, cute, mischievous, and so forth. We are hoping for a freelancer that we can work with over an extended period of time, send copies of our games to, and who can assist with different projects, including product photography, lifestyle photography, videography, and editing, both vertical video on occasionally longer form. We have a few pending projects, one is editing together 12 or so vertical videos (30 seconds or less) from existing raw footage, using scripts and voice overs that we provide to you, another is a few vertical promo videos (30-60 seconds) centered around one of our newer releases (we'll provide the game, script, voiceover), the third is product/game photography (10-12 images) for another of our latest releases. It would be very helpful if you could provide some kind of rough estimate regarding the above projects in your proposal, and we totally understand that more information is probably needed for an accurate estimate.

CREATIVE BRIEF: Editorial Portrait Retouching for Online Magazine PROJECT GOAL Create editorial-style images for a feature article in a leading floral magazine. The subject is the Founder of an online B2B floral marketplace connecting flower growers in Colombia and Ecuador with buyers in North America. The final images should communicate: -- Flowers -- Logistics and shipping -- International trade -- Business leadership The final images should look like they belong in a magazine article, NOT an advertisement. SOURCE IMAGES Two professional studio photos will be provided: -- Seated portrait (landscape orientation) -- Standing portrait (portrait orientation) DELIVERABLES Step 1: Three Concepts Using the seated portrait, create three different concepts. Each concept should show: -- Flower placement -- Shipping box placement -- Background style -- Overall composition The concepts can be rough drafts for review. Step 2: Final Seated Portrait After one concept is approved, create one final high-quality image. This will be the primary image for publication. Step 3: Final Standing Portrait Create one final version of the standing portrait using the same style and design elements approved in the seated portrait. This image should look like part of the same photo series. DESIGN DIRECTION: Flowers: Insert flowers as if they came out of a box delivered from a wholesaler. Namely, many stems of the same color and variety. SEE THE ATTACHED MOCK UP PHOTO FOR REFERENCE Flowers should include -- Red Garden Roses -- White Jumbo Hydrangea -- Mixed Color Ranunculus -- Mixed Color Gerbera Flowers should feel natural and realistic. Flowers can be placed in glass vases or water buckets as they would be offered at a wholesaler. DO NOT place flowers in the subject's hands. Shipping Elements Include floral shipping boxes or cartons. These should support the story but should not become the main focus. SEE ATTACHED MOCK UP PHOTO FOR REFERENCE. BACKGROUND: Keep a clean studio look. Natural wood or white box style stands can be inserted to hold the flowers in a vase. Examples: -- Soft gray background -- Light texture -- Professional editorial appearance VISUAL BALANCE: Subject: 70% Flowers: 20% Shipping/Logistics: 10% The subject should always remain the main focus. RETOUCHING STYLE: Please keep the image realistic and professional. Allowed: -- Color correction -- Skin cleanup -- Background improvements -- Realistic shadows and lighting -- Object compositing Avoid: -- Heavy Photoshop effects -- Unrealistic flowers -- Fantasy backgrounds -- Over-retouching FINAL FILES Please provide: -- High-resolution JPG -- PSD or TIFF if available OVERALL STYLE Think: "Founder of a global floral marketplace" Not: "Person posing with flowers" The final images should feel professional, authentic, and suitable for a magazine feature article.

About the Role Productside is a product management training company looking for an experienced photographer/videographer to cover one day of our in-person corporate training event in Chicago, IL. Our social media agency is looking for a freelance short-form videographer and photographer to support one of our CPG food clients on a monthly, ongoing basis. This person would be responsible for executing monthly content shoots that include: - 2 short-form video reels per month - 2 still photographs per month - Styling the client’s food products - Sourcing any necessary props, backdrops, food items, or additional ingredients - Editing and delivering final assets in a timely manner for the following month’s content - After final assets are submitted, we will share them with the client for review. The client may request edits, and if an asset does not align with the approved shot list or creative direction, a reshoot may be required. *Some months we may request additional photos/videos at an increased rate - but that would be pre-approved by the shooter. How the process works: At the beginning of each month, we will send over a shot list for the following month’s content. The shot list will typically include the 2 reel concepts and 2 still photo concepts needed for that month. You will review the shot list and send over any questions, comments, or needs before the shoot is finalized. Once approved, we will ship the client’s food products directly to you to shoot. All other food items, props, backdrops, and materials needed to complete the shoot will be the freelancer's responsibility to source. This may include ordering via Instacart or shopping for items directly. We do have a monthly food and prop budget to account for the items needed. Receipts for all approved food and prop purchases must be submitted alongside each monthly invoice, as these are shared with our client. Because this is for monthly social content, final assets must be delivered on time so they can be used in the following month’s content calendar. We also require some flexibility. Occasionally, content may be tied to product launches, and those products may not be available to ship at the beginning of the month. In those cases, the shoot (or that particular shot) may need to happen later in the month once the product arrives. This person will work directly with our Chief Creative Officer, who will provide the monthly shot list and creative direction. A home or studio setup that can accommodate food content is required, including access to a kitchen, table or prep surface, and a clean, styled area to shoot. Please refer to the examples we provide to get a sense of the type of setup, styling, and content we are looking for. Ideal experience includes: - Food photography and styling - Short-form video/Reels creation - CPG or food/beverage content - Remote collaboration - Ability to work independently and source shoot materials as needed Location is flexible, though reliability, communication, and timely delivery are must-haves. If interested, please send your portfolio, monthly rate or per-shoot pricing, and any relevant food/CPG examples.
