We are seeking a talented photographer/videographer to capture moments at a client event taking place at The Hotel Del in Coronado in January 2027. The ideal candidate should have experience in event photography and be skilled at working in various lighting conditions. You will be responsible for taking high-quality images that showcase the event's atmosphere and key highlights. A portfolio showcasing previous event work is required. Must be available prior to discuss layout/coordination of events and present onsite and edit on the fly. You also need to capture dealer interaction/reaction, etc. All photos/videos become property of client. • Mon 1/18: 2 hrs arrival/registration • Tue 1/19: 7am–1:30pm general session + (Changed - NO LONGER NEEDED - dealer portraits (200–250) during specified breakout time), 5–9pm reception • Wed 1/20: 7–11:30am general session • Thu 1/21: 7am–12pm general session + 5–7pm final reception with a video montage and a few photos after of the final event. Looking for some media capture for a conference in November at The Venetian in Las Vegas on Noember 16 & 17th. Ideally, 1 person would cover since it's a smaller project but no more than 2 person team is allowed due to credentialing restrictions.
