We are a rapidly growing commercial property management, facility maintenance, construction, and service company looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help us build an AI-powered operating system for our business. Our goal is to implement Claude (Claude Pro/Claude Code), along with other AI platforms and automation tools, to create specialized AI agents that can assist with marketing, sales, estimating, financial analysis, operations management, project management, customer service, and internal administration. We are looking for someone who can not only configure these systems correctly but also help develop a long-term AI strategy, organize our company knowledge into usable databases, build prompts and workflows, integrate with our existing software where possible, and train us on how to manage and expand the system ourselves. Experience with Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, AI agents, RAG knowledge bases, APIs, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, CRM integrations, and business process automation is highly preferred. This is expected to become a long-term relationship, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems and can act as an AI consultant—not just a developer.
