We're looking for an experienced Direct Response Video Editor who knows how to create high-converting social media ads using both their editing skills and modern AI creative tools. This is not a traditional video editing position. We're looking for someone who understands performance marketing, direct response advertising, and how to create videos that stop the scroll, hold attention, and generate leads. Our team produces high volumes of creative for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms. We move fast, constantly test new concepts, and rely heavily on AI-powered workflows to increase production speed without sacrificing quality. If you've never edited direct response ads, or if you don't actively use AI tools in your workflow, this is NOT the right fit. What You'll Be Doing Edit high-performing direct response video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other paid traffic platforms Create multiple creative variations from the same source footage for testing Turn scripts, raw footage, UGC, testimonials, spokesperson videos, and creative briefs into conversion-focused ads Add captions, motion graphics, B-roll, sound design, visual hooks, and pattern interrupts Use AI-generated assets to enhance and accelerate production Repurpose winning creatives into fresh concepts and new variations Collaborate with our creative team to launch new ads every week Organize and manage projects using LucidLink Required Experience We're specifically looking for editors who have experience creating Direct Response / Performance Marketing video ads.
