Contractor | ~20 hours/week | Remote Flat rate or hourly, but max 20 hours per week US Only Cojoy RevGen is hiring a part-time demand generation coordinator to support a growing East Coast fiber internet provider across paid media, traditional media, and organic search. This is a contractor engagement managed through Cojoy RevGen, working directly within the client’s marketing team on a day-to-day basis. Paid Media — Performance Oversight You will serve as the internal point of contact for the client’s external paid media agency, owning day-to-day performance monitoring across Meta, Google (including PMax), CTV, Reddit, and other channels. That means reviewing spend efficiency and conversion trends daily, flagging anomalies before they compound, and bringing clear, data-backed recommendations into agency conversations rather than waiting for the monthly recap. You will also own ad copy production. The client has a direct, anti-corporate brand voice, and the copy you produce needs to reflect that across platform formats and character limits without losing the signal. Strong understanding of campaign architecture matters here. The client operates across nine geographically distinct markets, and being able to evaluate how campaigns are structured regionally will directly shape the quality of feedback you bring to the agency. Traditional Media — Agency Liaison and Attribution Tracking You will coordinate with the client’s marketing leadership and media agency across radio and other placements, ensuring campaign timing, messaging, and market coverage stay aligned with digital efforts running in parallel. On the measurement side, you will monitor downstream impact in HubSpot, GA4, and Google Search Console, tracking branded query volume and direct traffic patterns to surface attribution signals that do not show up in a UTM report. SEO — In Service of Demand You will track organic search performance across all client service markets using SEMRush, with an eye toward ranking movements that affect e-commerce order volume. This is not an audit role. The expectation is that you spot clear opportunities and act on them, including providing SEO direction on landing pages built by the internal team, without building a 40-slide deck first. What We’re Looking For Someone with three or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a measurable record of driving orders or revenue through paid and organic channels. You should be comfortable owning campaign performance in Google Analytics and Looker Studio, not just reading reports someone else built. Working knowledge of HubSpot, SEMRush, WordPress, and Elementor is a plus. This role includes standing team meetings on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings. Attendance is required. The right person for this role does not need to be told when something is underperforming. They already noticed.

ABOUT US Patient Genius (powered by Koda Digital) is an AI-powered healthcare marketing intelligence platform. We sell B2B: our customers are decision-makers at multi-location medical practices and the groups that own them. This is organization-to-organization lead generation, not patient acquisition. THE ROLE We're building a Google Search Ads program from scratch and need one operator to own it end to end. Starting spend is modest; the goal is to scale toward ~$7,500/month as fast as real demand allows. Success is qualified pipeline — decision-makers entering our sales funnel — not click or raw lead volume. This is a structurally hard account: high-ticket, high-CPC, a finite/low-volume search audience, and no historical conversion data to lean on at launch. We want someone who has actually built and scaled that kind of account — not someone who only optimizes mature ones. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Campaign strategy and build from zero: account structure, keywords, ad copy, extensions. - Conversion tracking: GTM + GA4 + Google Ads events fired off our demo/audit capture flow (no packaged CRM; lead-quality feedback comes from a lightweight internal CRM). - Ongoing management, optimization, and budget pacing toward the $7,500/mo target. - The landing pages your campaigns point to (WordPress page builder or a clean HTML page — we don't tie up internal dev on this). - Reporting that ties spend to pipeline, not vanity metrics. MUST HAVE - Demonstrated B2B lead-gen experience on Google Search. - Experience in high-CPC, considered-purchase / long-sales-cycle environments. - A real from-$0 account build you can walk us through (starting vs. peak spend, CPC range). - Genuine conversion-tracking depth (GTM / GA4 / event-based or offline conversions) — not a passing "I know GA4." - Ability to build your own landing pages. - You personally do the work — no outsourcing, white-label teams, or agency pass-throughs. NICE TO HAVE (moves you up) - B2B experience marketing to or serving medical/healthcare practices (we bring the domain context — this is a plus, not a requirement). - Working understanding of the US healthcare market and how practices/groups buy. - US-based (strongly preferred; exceptional non-US candidates who clearly understand the US market considered). - LinkedIn Ads or other paid media. - Track record launching accounts with zero prior digital ad history. ENGAGEMENT - Contract, hourly, remote. - Roughly 5–20 hrs/week — weighted toward the build up front, tapering to ongoing management. - Outcome-based; no fixed schedule; occasional check-in meetings. - Rate scaled to skill and results. We are not looking for the cheapest option — we're looking for the right operator. - Strong performance grows into a larger ongoing engagement as spend scales, and potentially work across our other accounts.

We’re looking for someone who understands local lead generation and appointment booking campaigns and can help us consistently attract qualified new clients. About Rule Your Kingdom: Rule Your Kingdom is a premium forensic SEO and search engineering agency based in Waco, TX, dedicated to building technical SEO systems and digital infrastructure for high-stakes industries where search visibility directly impacts revenue. We serve clients in competitive sectors like law firms, medical practices, dental offices, home services, and eCommerce, capturing demand at the exact moment intent is expressed. Our approach is engineering focused: no smoke, no shortcuts, no wasted spend - only measurable authority built from the ground up through forensic analysis, intent-driven systems, and data-driven strategies. As a Google Partner, we command top spots on Google for our clients, blending creativity with rigorous technical expertise to foster brand loyalty and predictable revenue ecosystems. We're committed to outstanding customer service, honesty, integrity, and educating our clients on complex digital topics. We're expanding our paid search capabilities and seeking a highly skilled Google Paid Search Specialist with strong expertise in both Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads. We utilize both platforms extensively across our client base, and the right person must be highly capable with both. The types of Google paid search clients you may be taking over are in the following industries: automotive repair, residential HVAC, residential painting, roofing, flooring, kitchen and bath resurfacing/refinishing, aviation, and ecommerce sales of high-end sporting equipment. The focus of our proactive marketing efforts is to attract new clients primarily in the fields of law, healthcare, home services, and e-commerce. This is a part-time freelance role starting at 10 hours per week immediately, with the potential to grow to 20 hours per week over the next several months as we continue to grow quickly. There is also the potential to grow into a full-time position if you choose, although you are also welcome to remain part-time if that is your preference. You will represent yourself as our Paid Search Engineering Specialist - a title that aligns with our forensic SEO and search engineering prowess. You'll handle client accounts on our behalf, maintaining our Google Partner certifications by passing required Google tests, such as Google Ads certifications. While not exclusive to us, your work servicing our accounts must embody our engineering mindset: data-driven decisions over intuition, proactive optimization, and alignment with business objectives for maximum ROI. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing communication. You must be open and available to participate in paid client-facing meetings when needed, including client onboarding, troubleshooting, and periodic reporting/update meetings. You will also be expected to periodically provide basic information to our sales team to help us evaluate and land prospective Google paid search clients. This may include helping us determine whether a particular prospective business client is a good candidate for Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, or both; estimating how many hours of setup would be involved; estimating how many hours of monthly management would likely be required; and recommending appropriate monthly Google Ads spend or weekly Google Local Services Ads budgets. This limited sales-support input is the only activity we would expect you to occasionally perform without being paid, because none of us gets paid unless we land the account. You must be comfortable with that arrangement. If you're a proactive expert who thrives in fast-evolving environments, including 2026 trends like privacy-centric tracking and Local Service Ads, and can deliver measurable results in competitive markets, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads accounts for 10 hours weekly initially, then up to 20 hours per week over the next several months (plus more if desired), including setup, ongoing maintenance, and scaling for new clients. - Pass Google Ads certification exams on our behalf to maintain our Google Partner status. Structure campaigns logically based on business objectives, using tools such as Google Ads Editor for bulk changes and the Manager Account (MCC) for multi-account oversight. - Conduct in-depth keyword research and management, incorporating negative keywords to eliminate irrelevant searches and reduce wasted spend. - Implement and refine bidding strategies, including Target CPA and Target ROAS, using a mix of automation and manual controls for budget optimization. - Craft compelling ad copy, including Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), and conduct A/B testing for performance gains. - Enhance ads with extensions and assets, such as site links, callouts, and location extensions, to boost visibility. - Analyze key metrics, including CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and other relevant performance data, using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) integration to identify trends, underperforming segments, and opportunities. - Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including server-side and first-party data solutions for privacy compliance. - Perform proactive optimizations: search term audits, pausing underperforming campaigns, audience targeting, remarketing, and landing page alignment to achieve 1:1 conversion ratios. - Handle automation wisely - trusting Google's AI where appropriate but overriding to prevent overspending. - Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads for service-based clients, including profile review, budget recommendations, lead quality evaluation, dispute management where appropriate, and ongoing performance monitoring. - Stay ahead of trends like Performance Max (PMax), privacy-centric tracking, and Local Service Ads (LSAs) for service-based clients. - Provide clear, insightful reporting to internal stakeholders, highlighting ROI and strategic recommendations. - Participate in paid client-facing meetings as needed, including onboarding meetings, troubleshooting meetings, and periodic reporting/update meetings. - Periodically provide basic sales-support guidance to help us evaluate prospective Google paid search clients, including whether Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, or both are appropriate; estimated setup and monthly management time; and recommended ad spend levels. - Align all efforts with client business goals, such as lead generation and brand awareness, while embodying our forensic, engineering-driven approach. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Technical Proficiency & Strategy - Proven expertise in account structure and setup: Organizing campaigns, ad groups, and keywords based on business objectives. - Advanced keyword management and research using tools like Keyword Planner, with strong use of negative keywords to minimize waste. - Mastery of bidding and budget optimization, including automated strategies such as Target CPA and Target ROAS, along with manual in-depth control. - Skilled in ad copywriting and testing: Creating relevant ads, RSAs, and A/B variations for optimal performance. - Proficient with ad extensions and assets to enhance visibility, including site links, callouts, and location extensions. - Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Editor for bulk edits and Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) for multi-client management. - Strong working knowledge of Google Local Services Ads, including setup, optimization, budget strategy, lead review, lead quality improvement, and ongoing client guidance. 2. Analytical & Data Skills - Strong data analysis and interpretation: Evaluating CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and other metrics to spot trends and drive adjustments. - Experience implementing conversion tracking, including GA4 integration, to measure true business value. - Ability to improve Quality Score through optimized keyword-ad-landing page relationships, reducing CPC and boosting positions. - Pattern recognition in historical data, especially in post-COVID ad auction dynamics. 3. Optimization & Maintenance - Proactive performance tuning: Regular audits, pausing underperformers, and testing new strategies. - Landing page optimization for relevance, mobile-friendliness, and high conversion rates. Audience targeting and remarketing to refine reach and reconnect with visitors. - Balanced handling of automation: Knowing when to leverage or override Google's AI to control spend. - Ongoing Google Local Services Ads optimization, including evaluating lead quality, recommending appropriate weekly budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. 4. Soft Skills & Business Acumen - Exceptional attention to detail in geolocation, bidding, keyword management, and LSA profile accuracy to avoid budget waste. - Clear communication and reporting: Presenting data digestibly, emphasizing ROI and insights. Strong client-facing communication skills and willingness to participate in client onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting/update meetings when needed. - Strategic thinking: Aligning campaigns with broader goals like lead generation or awareness. Ability to quickly evaluate prospective clients and provide practical sales-support recommendations regarding Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, setup requirements, monthly management needs, and recommended ad spend. - Adaptability: Keeping current with AI, privacy changes, server-side tracking, first-party data, Google Local Services Ads, and platform evolutions. Additional Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience, preferably for service-based or high-value clients, such as law, healthcare, home services, and ecommerce. - Strong hands-on experience with Google Local Services Ads. - Current or recent Google Ads certifications. We'll support recertification. - Familiarity with 2026 trends: Performance Max, privacy-centric tracking, and LSAs. - Ability to work independently as a freelancer, starting at 10 hours per week, with the capacity to grow into 20 hours per week over the next several months. - Openness to a role that could eventually grow into full-time if you choose, while also allowing you to remain part-time if preferred. - Strong English communication skills for client-facing representation and internal collaboration. Comfort with periodically providing limited, unpaid sales support to prospective accounts, understanding that none of us gets paid unless we land the account. - Portfolio or case studies demonstrating ROI improvements in competitive markets. Nice To Have: - Familiarity with CallRail, which we use for lead attribution and pay for on behalf of our clients. What We Offer: - Competitive hourly rate based on experience, $50-$70/hour, negotiable. - Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking agency in forensic SEO and search engineering. - Flexible, part-time commitment starting at 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 20 hours per week and possibly full-time if desired. - Paid client-facing meetings when your participation is needed. - Access to our tools and resources for efficient management. - Collaborative environment focused on long-term client success and measurable results. Who we are A premium floral studio. Two sides: premium flower delivery + subscriptions (Shop, ecommerce) and weddings + corporate events (Events, high-value leads). Who you are A demand generator. You look at the data, decide where the revenue is, and go get it — without being told. Your core job: flood us with qualified leads across flower delivery and events, then turn those buyers into repeat and subscription revenue. You own the number, not a task list. What you own - Lead generation (primary). Design and run the offers and campaigns that pull maximum qualified leads in our local market — delivery and events. More leads, lower cost. - Analytics → action. Live in GA4 and Shopify. Find what's working, kill what's wasting money, act on it. Report CAC, ROAS, conversion, and revenue weekly. - LTV & retention. Own email/lifecycle (Klaviyo) — you build the flows and campaigns. Grow repeat purchase and subscriptions through offers, segmentation, and Shop↔Events cross-promotion. - Build our floral club. Create and grow a membership/loyalty program that turns occasional buyers into recurring revenue — the structure, the perks, the offers, and the campaigns that drive sign-ups and retention. - Generate corporate demand. Run campaigns and targeting that bring in corporate leads — recurring office flowers, corporate gifting, and events — and hand qualified prospects to our sales team to close. You create the pipeline; they work it. - Local visibility (SEO + Google Business Profile). Own how we show up when people search for flowers in our area — Google Business Profile, local search, and the location pages that turn local searches into orders and leads. This is a major source of our traffic. - Own the paid strategy. You decide where ad money should go and what it should return across delivery and events. Our media buyer runs the campaigns; you set the targets, budget split, offers, and pages, and you own whether the spend produces leads at the right cost. The numbers you own (weekly) - Shop: orders, CAC, ROAS, conversion, subscription growth - Events: qualified inquiries + consults booked, by source - Email-driven revenue + repeat rate - Floral club: members and recurring revenue You bring - Hands-on growth/performance marketing — you've owned a budget and moved CAC/ROAS, with numbers to prove it - Strength in both lead generation and retention/lifecycle (Klaviyo) - Fluent in GA4 and Shopify analytics, and able to read Google Ads / Meta performance well enough to direct a media buyer - Experience with local / geo-targeted demand, local SEO, and Google Business Profile - Experience building loyalty/membership/subscription programs - Self-directing — you find the work and run it - Comfortable with AI tools and remote work This role is NOT - Not a designer/content creator — creative is handled separately - Not a consultant — you ship results, not decks - Not waiting for a task list — you decide, then do - Not babysat — you get the logins and the autonomy, and you own the result

COMPENSATION Budget is open and negotiable based on your experience and proposed scope. We care far more about ROI than monthly retainer size. Please share your typical rate structure (hourly, monthly retainer, or performance-based) and what has worked best for similar clients. HOW TO APPLY To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1. 2–3 examples of Meta ad campaigns you managed for home service or local service clients — include spend, CPL, and lead volume results 2. 2–3 SEO case studies showing keyword ranking improvements and traffic growth 3. A brief description of your experience in or knowledge of the HVAC industry 4. Your proposed rate structure and approximate monthly commitment 5. One thing you would do in the first week to start making an impact for DuctMasters Generic proposals without case studies will not be considered. We're a family business that's been serving South Florida for over 30 years. If you do great work, we will treat you like a long-term partner. We look forward to hearing from you.

About Us AUQ is a conversion-focused GEO + SEO agency for B2B SaaS. We specialize in technical clients — developer tools, fintech, and martech — and help them win visibility in both Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity). We’re a fully remote, global team. The Role This is a freelance, remote GTM role with one clear outcome: get qualified B2B SaaS companies to book discovery calls with our founder, who runs and closes those calls. This is not just a cold-outreach role — you own demand generation end to end and have the freedom to run whatever GTM tactics work: outbound, content, podcasts, paid media, partnerships, and more. You’ll have VAs and team members to support you. Compensation starts at $1,500/month plus a tiered performance bonus, so the more qualified calls you book (and deals that close), the more you earn. Who You’ll Reach — and Why It Matters Our buyers are founders, CTOs, CMOs, and dev/tech leads at B2B SaaS startups (selling to developers, CTOs, or senior marketing roles). These are sharp, skeptical, technical people — generic sales spam doesn’t work on them. A deep understanding of how this audience thinks, what they care about, and how they buy is essential to this role. Your messaging and positioning have to earn credibility with a technical reader. What You’ll Own Own multichannel GTM to drive booked calls — and pick the right mix, not just one playbook. Outbound: cold email (Instantly), LinkedIn, and signal/trigger-based prospecting (companies that recently raised, are hiring for growth/SEO/content, or have weak AI/GEO visibility). Other GTM channels: podcasts (guesting + outreach), paid media, webinars/events, partnerships & referrals, communities, and past-lead reactivation — test, measure, double down on what works. Write all outbound and outreach copy — sequences, LinkedIn messaging, hooks — tuned to a technical audience. This is a writing-heavy role. Use our free lead-magnet audits (GEO + analytics audits) as personalized, credibility-building hooks. Build and clean target lists with Prospeo and similar tools. Manage and delegate to VAs and team members across outreach, list-building, and content. Own CRM and pipeline hygiene; qualify every lead against our ICP before booking. Book qualified calls onto the founder’s calendar and keep show-rates high. A/B test and report weekly on activity, pipeline, and results. What We’re Looking For Proven B2B SaaS GTM / growth / outbound experience with a record of generating qualified pipeline. A genuine understanding of technical SaaS buyers (founders, CTOs, CMOs, dev/tech leads) — you know how to earn their attention and credibility. Excellent written English and strong copywriting — outreach and content that technical buyers actually respond to. Comfortable running multiple GTM channels, not just cold email. Comfortable with the stack: Instantly, Prospeo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a CRM. Self-directed and resourceful — can own the function and manage VAs with minimal hand-holding. USA time-zone working overlap. Nice to Have Experience selling into devtools, fintech, or martech specifically. Enough understanding of SEO/GEO to speak credibly about what we do. Experience with podcasts, paid media, or lead-magnet-driven GTM. Compensation & Growth Starts at $1,500/month with a tiered bonus tied to qualified calls booked and deals closed. Strong performers can grow both earnings and the role over time. Logistics Freelance · Remote · USA time-zone overlap.

Our goal on every account is visitor generation: driving foot traffic and bookings to local venues. This is a steady, recurring engagement, not a one-off project. What you will do Manage and optimize roughly 32 established Google Ads accounts (Search and Performance Max) to drive visitor generation for local venues. Run weekly optimization: search terms and negatives, budget pacing, bid and target adjustments, ad and asset performance. Keep conversion tracking healthy across accounts (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion imports). Send a short weekly status update and a monthly performance summary per account in a simple format we will set at kickoff. Why one person can manage this many accounts These are 32 established, stable accounts, so the work is ongoing optimization, not building campaigns from scratch. The portfolio also shares a consistent set of targeting demographics and tactics, so you learn our approach once and apply it across the book. To be straight with you: we do not have a formal written SOP library yet, so onboarding is hands-on knowledge transfer rather than a manual. Mature accounts plus a repeatable method are what make the volume workable for one strong operator. What we are looking for 3+ years hands-on Google Ads for local businesses (driving visits, foot traffic, and bookings). Google Ads certified (Google Partner a plus). Solid GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion-tracking skills. Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio inside a standardized process. Strong written English, weekly reporting discipline, and overlap with US business hours. Terms Ongoing monthly retainer of $3,000 for the portfolio. We retain full ownership of all ad accounts and grant manager-level access. Month one is an evaluation period before we commit to the ongoing retainer. Please answer in your proposal How many Google Ads accounts do you currently manage, and how much time per account do you spend each month? Briefly walk us through how you run weekly optimization on a local account where the goal is driving visits and bookings. Are you Google Ads certified? Do you have Google Partner status? Describe your experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Have you worked on multi-location, franchise, or local entertainment accounts? Confirm you are comfortable with a $3,000/month retainer for a portfolio of roughly 32 standardized accounts, or share your proposed rate.
