We’re looking for a talented content creator and video editor with a strong automotive background to help create high-quality social media content promoting a newly launched mobile app. This is not just a video editing role—we’re looking for someone who understands the car community, current social media trends, and knows how to create content that feels organic and gets people to stop scrolling. What you’ll be creating: * Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts * App promo videos showcasing the UI and features * Automotive lifestyle edits that combine real car footage with app screen recordings * Launch announcements, feature highlights, and event-focused content * Trend-based content that feels native to social media, not like an ad Requirements: * Strong portfolio of automotive content (required) * Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content * Ability to animate app UI and integrate screen recordings naturally * Excellent storytelling and pacing * Motion graphics experience is a plus * Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve * Experience with mobile app promotions is a bonus What we’ll provide: * App access * Screen recordings and UI assets * Branding and logo files * Creative direction (while encouraging your own ideas) We’re looking for someone to build a long-term relationship, not just complete a single project. If you’re passionate about cars and know how to create content that performs on social media, we’d love to work with you. To apply, please include: 1. Your automotive portfolio (required) 2. Links to Instagram/TikTok accounts you’ve created content for 3. Your favorite automotive edit you’ve made and why 4. The word “Cars” at the top of your proposal so we know you’ve read the entire job post. This is an opportunity to help grow a new automotive platform from the ground up with ongoing work available for the right creator.

I'm an architect and the founder of a new disability nonprofit (Disability 3.0) launching this summer. I'm looking for a skilled, detail-oriented editor who can grow with a small but high-quality, mission-driven project. 1. Primary work -- video editing: I have iPhone footage shot simultaneously in three angles (forward-facing, rear-facing, and combo) from a recent trip. I need someone to: • Do a cleanup pass on 10–12 minute talking-head videos: remove filler words, false starts, dead air, and repeated phrases. • Rough-cut the cleaned footage into watchable segments, with basic decisions about when to cut between angles. • Produce platform-specific versions: YouTube (longer form), Instagram Reels (under 90 seconds), TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Add text overlays appropriate to each platform. 2. Secondary work -- web migration: • Recreate existing project profile pages from one website platform into an existing Wix site, following established design patterns. This is straight recreation work, not original design. 3. Possible additional work -- print design: • Create short PDF guides in Adobe Illustrator following provided brand guidelines. What I'm looking for: • Strong video editing portfolio, ideally talking-head or documentary-style content. • Comfortable working with multi-angle footage. • Honest about which skill areas are strongest -- I'd rather know upfront than discover it midproject. • Good communicator. This is iterative, feedback-driven work. • Available for an ongoing relationship as the nonprofit and firm grow. I have rough footage ready to work on, but have not decided which footage should become short vs medium vs long pieces. We'll collaborate on those decisions based on an initial cleanup of the footage, and I want to get your insights and suggestions, so experience in creating good social media content is crucial. Rate: $20-30/hr depending on experience. This is nonprofit work with a lean budget, but a cause worth being part of. Must be fluent in English and available during Pacific Time business hours for communication. Please include: a brief note on which skill areas you're strongest in, links to 2–3 relevant portfolio samples, and your availability.

Overview Intrigue Studios is a New York-based video production company working with mid-size and national brands. Our work spans TV and social commercials, documentary-style brand films, testimonial videos, and ongoing content systems for brands running high-volume social and digital programs. This is a part-time freelance position with guaranteed recurring hours — not project-to-project work. The right person grows into a full-time role as our client base expands. We're at that stage now. The Role This position has two layers. Some of the work is foundational — rough cut assembly, footage organization, sync work, and preparing timelines for finishing. That's part of the job, especially early on. The rest is primary editing — taking a brief and producing a polished, client-ready cut. Pacing decisions, story structure, B-roll integration, music, titles, and delivery. How much time you spend at each level depends on your capability. An editor who can produce clean, confident work independently moves into the primary editing role faster and takes on more of it. Someone who needs more direction stays closer to the foundational work until they've earned the trust. We drive the creative direction. You execute it — and eventually, you anticipate it. What You'll Be Editing Monthly Content Systems — Recurring editing work under a monthly production retainer. Structured, repeatable workflows producing batches of social and website video assets for the same brand on an ongoing basis. This is the core of the current workload. Social Media Promos — Short-form cuts for Instagram, Facebook, and digital placements. Aspect ratio flexibility (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) is standard. Testimonial Videos — Interview-style cuts with B-roll integration, built for websites, social, and sales use. Explainer and Product Promo Videos — Longer-form, conversion-focused content with clear structure and messaging hierarchy. TV and Social Commercials — Broadcast-ready and digital cuts, sometimes requiring multiple spec deliverables. Brand Film Edits — Documentary-style brand stories, typically 2–5 minutes, blending interviews, B-roll, and music. Required Skills - Adobe Premiere Pro — proficient and fast. Slow editors don't work on deadline-driven client projects. - Strong editorial instincts — pacing, rhythm, knowing what to cut and why - Experience with interview and testimonial footage - Ability to work from a brief with minimal back-and-forth - Consistent communication and reliable turnaround Desired Skills (Move You to the Top) - Motion Graphics — Lower thirds, title cards, text animation. Clean and intentional. - Adobe After Effects — Compositing, motion work, Dynamic Link workflows - Color Grading — Lumetri competency at minimum. DaVinci Resolve is a plus. - Sound / Audio — Dialogue cleanup, music mixing, broadcast-level leveling. Not looking for a dedicated mixer — just someone who finishes the job properly. What to Include in Your Proposal Generic proposals won't get a response. Tell me: - What types of content you've edited most and where you're strongest - Which bonus skills you have and at what level — be specific - Links to 2–3 samples. Testimonial cuts, social promos, or commercial work preferred. Range matters. - Your typical turnaround on a short social cut (under 60 seconds) - Your desired hourly rate and weekly availability Who This Is For - Editors who are fast, confident, and don't need their hand held on execution - Someone who wants stable, recurring work — not gig-to-gig uncertainty - A collaborator who takes direction well, asks smart questions, and holds themselves to a high standard - Someone looking to grow — this position has a real path to full-time for the right person

Title: YouTube Shorts / Content Operations Assistant for Wrestling Commentary Channel I’m looking for an experienced YouTube Shorts and content operations assistant to help me organize and scale my content workflow. I run a monetized wrestling commentary YouTube channel focused on WWE/AEW reactions, news, reviews, live streams, and personality-driven content. I already handle most of the creative direction, long-form video ideas, titles, and thumbnails myself. What I need help with is short-form clips, analytics tracking, and staying organized as the channel grows. Main responsibilities: * Watch long-form videos and live streams to identify strong short-form clip moments * Pull timestamps for the best clips * Edit clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels * Add captions, zooms, cuts, hooks, and pacing that fit commentary content * Organize a clip bank so strong moments are not lost * Help schedule and track short-form uploads * Track weekly YouTube analytics such as views, CTR, retention, watch time, subs gained, and top-performing topics * Create a simple weekly report showing what worked, what did not, and what should be repeated * Help maintain a content calendar, upload checklist, and task list * Keep sponsor reads, video ideas, clip ideas, and deadlines organized Requirements: * Experience working with YouTube creators, streamers, podcasters, or commentary channels * Strong understanding of short-form video pacing * Ability to identify entertaining, emotional, funny, or controversial moments from long videos * Organized and reliable * Comfortable using Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools * Basic understanding of YouTube Analytics * Able to work independently without needing constant direction * Bonus if you understand WWE, AEW, wrestling, sports media, or entertainment commentary This is not a generic social media manager position. I am not looking for someone to just make Canva posts or post motivational quotes. I need someone who can help turn my existing content into more short-form content and help keep the channel organized behind the scenes. I would like to start with a paid trial project. If it goes well, this can turn into ongoing weekly work.

I need a short-form social media reels editor that can turn a lot of my long-form content from my wedding films, into QUALITY and well-performing short-form social media reels. I am a full time videographer and just don't have the time to edit both short form content and long-form content. See links below for the quality and types of reels I am looking for. This position can turn into full-time if the right person performs well, fast enough, and is actually consistent and understand how to produce QUALITY content that matches the quality of my existing work and makes the audience FEEL SOMETHING. I have had horrible luck with Editors off of Upwork so I'm still looking for the right person... I can pay $20-30 per each QUALITY reel made. The video editor MUST meet the following requirements: -MACBOOK PRO (M1 or later) USERS ONLY. NO WINDOWS USERS. PERIOD. Every single editor I have ever hired off of Upwork with a Windows laptop has failed them and I need an editor with a reliable laptop. NO EXCEPTIONS. -MUST have a fast enough laptop or computer with enough power (32gb ram recommended) SSD, and extra SSD storage for files. -MUST know how to perform the following technical editing skills specifically in Premiere Pro: must know how to use warp stabilization, speed ramping, PROPER COLOR GRADING WITH CURVES AND LUTS FOR A CLEAN, SLOG 3 LOOK, dynamic transitions, PROPER sound mixing, and well performing storytelling to perform well on social media. -MUST be able to download numerous and large files, and deliver files via dropbox. -MUST be fast at communication. -MUST use Premiere Pro or DaVinci. Preferably Premiere Pro for sharing of project files. NO CAPCUT USERS. -Reels must include multiple layers of sound like parts of speeches and reactions where appropriate. Not just music. Reels also need light leaks and film burns where appropriate and no stupid CapCut glitch transitions or cheap "vintage style" overlays. Can provide color style examples after being hired but Upwork doesn't allow links to instagram reels in the job description. Wedding Reel style: -bright with exposure usually bumped up a bit, slight contrast, shadows and blacks dropped slightly, highlights and whites adjusted as needed with Neutral Phantom LUT provided. LUT needs to be applied to each clip BEFORE color grading.

Looking for a short-form editor for a branded UGC video (Instagram Reels) I'm producing a 15–30 second branded video for Jersey Mike's and need an creator/editor who can do a "hype edit" style finish — think sports highlight package energy applied to a giant sandwich. What you'll be working with: What the edit needs: Fast-cut, high-energy rhythm synced to an upbeat track Smooth camera movement / push-in effects Particle FX or light leak overlays Sound design (whooshes, impacts, etc.) Text overlay at the open Clean branded finish References: Think the "horse edit" / "uncle edit" trend on Reels — everyday subject gets the full sports-hype treatment. That's the joke and the hook. Deliverable: One final cut, vertical 9:16, optimized for Instagram Reels. Source files not required. Experience needed: Should have a portfolio showing this style specifically — Reels edits with motion FX and sound design, not just cuts and captions.
