I need someone who enjoys prepping, survival, emergency mitigation, and resiliency topics. My work covers a breadth of topic areas. I am looking for someone who is experienced at original research (not AI, not copy/paste from Wikipedia), understands source quality, and can pull together various pieces of information on a topic in a written product... This project will start with research on two topics: 1) Hazardous Materials, CBRNE, and WMD Prep (prep for CBRNE or even the everyday hazardous materials versions of these, e.g., chemical spills, outbreaks, and sun radiation exposure; it is helpful to discuss CBR agents, nuclear devices - magnitude, impact, and fallout; protective equipment and safety procedures for CBRNE; preparedness before and for survival during events involving CBRNE), 2) Safety & Security - Fortification Prep (whether at home, in the car, out walking, whether in the current atmosphere or during civil unrest and upheaval, how we fortify our self, our car, and our home are critical to our safety and security) Each topic should be 2 to 5 pages. Please include links to your sources and pull from a variety of sources. Price includes: for each report, I will send 1 round of follow-up questions for you to answer that focuses on what you sent me (to make sure I can fully use the content). Note: if we work well, I have additional topics, typically only one topic per milestone, and will pay for each topic covered.

B2B Research & Outreach Coordinator — Wealth Advisory / Family Office (Los Angeles Focus) OVERVIEW: I am a luxury residential real estate strategist in Los Angeles with 30 years of experience advising buyers and sellers on high-value properties ($3M–$30M+). I am building a targeted outreach program to connect with wealth advisors and family office professionals in the Los Angeles area who advise clients on significant residential real estate decisions. This is NOT a standard real estate VA role. I do not need help with MLS listings, Zillow leads, or open houses. I need someone who can build a highly targeted, verified contact database of the right professionals — and manage a structured outreach sequence on my behalf. WHAT YOU WILL DO: 1. CONTACT RESEARCH — Identify wealth advisors, family office principals, and private client advisors at firms in the Los Angeles area — Find and verify contact information (name, title, firm, email, phone, LinkedIn) using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sources — Build and maintain a clean contact database in Google Sheets — Research each contact briefly before outreach (firm size, client focus, any mutual connections) — Target volume: 15–20 new verified contacts per week 2. OUTREACH MANAGEMENT — Send personalized outreach emails on my behalf using templates I provide — Customize each email with the contact's name, firm, and any relevant detail — Track all outreach activity and responses in the contact database — Follow up on the exact sequence I specify (Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 14) — Flag all replies to me immediately for personal response 3. SCHEDULING — Coordinate meeting times when a contact expresses interest — Send calendar invites and confirmations — Prepare a one-page briefing on each contact before every meeting 4. WEEKLY REPORTING — Send me a concise weekly report every Friday: contacts added, emails sent, replies received, meetings scheduled WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: — Experience building B2B contact lists for professional services, financial services, or wealth management firms — Comfortable using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets — Excellent written English — you will be sending emails representing me — Detail-oriented and reliable — accuracy matters more than speed — Available during US Pacific Time business hours (at least partial overlap) — NOT required: real estate experience TRIAL PROJECT (PAID): Before hiring, I will ask the top 2–3 candidates to complete a paid trial: research and deliver 5 verified contacts matching my target profile. This takes approximately 1–2 hours. I will pay for this work regardless of whether I hire you. HOURS: 10–15 hours per week to start, with potential to grow. RATE: Please state your hourly rate. Preferred range $15–$25/hour. DURATION: Ongoing. TO APPLY: Please answer the following in your proposal: 1. Describe a specific project where you built a B2B contact list for a professional services or financial services client. What tools did you use and what were the results? 2. What is your experience with Apollo.io or LinkedIn Sales Navigator? 3. What is your availability in US Pacific Time hours?

Interview sources, review evidence (including seized devices, financial data, and legal filings), and collaborate with our team to produce publishable articles. Work on client-specific stories that align with US~Observer’s mission of vindicating the innocent and exposing corruption. Requirements: Proven experience as an investigative journalist with a strong portfolio of published work (samples required). Deep knowledge of the criminal justice system, including federal prosecutions, evidence handling, RICO cases, and courtroom procedures. I own a med spa in Miami and need current, real-world competitor pricing. This is phone-based secret shopper work, NOT Google research. You'll call 15 med spas, posing as a prospective client, and record what they tell you in a spreadsheet. The 15 spas must be split into three tiers by location: Tier 1 (5 spas): Bird Road corridor, Westchester, West Miami, Coral Terrace, South Miami — neighborhood-level competitors Tier 2 (5 spas): South Miami, Coconut Grove, Kendall — mid-tier spas Tier 3 (5 spas): Coral Gables / Merrick Park area — premium/luxury spas You'll propose the list of 15 first, and I'll approve it before any calls are made. For each spa, gather pricing and details on: Medical weight loss — semaglutide and tirzepatide monthly cost, what's included (provider visits, labs, body composition scans), startup or consult fees, package vs month-to-month Botox/Dysport — price per unit, any membership or loyalty rate Lip filler — price per syringe, current promotions Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) — monthly program cost for women and men if offered, what's included, consult fee Peptide therapy — whether they offer it, which peptides, and program pricing Facials — price of their basic facial and their most advanced facial, plus dermaplane pricing (standalone or add-on) Whether their pricing is published on their website or only given by phone/consult If a spa says "pricing requires a consultation," record that — it's useful data, not a dead end. For each spa, also note: Vibe tier (luxury / mid / budget) based on their website and how the call felt 1–2 lines on HOW they presented pricing (pushy, consultative, offered a promo, tried to book you immediately, etc) Deliverable: Google Sheet, one row per spa (name, neighborhood, tier, phone, date called), columns for every item above plus notes. Process checkpoint: After the first 7 spas, share the sheet with me for review before finishing the rest, so I can adjust if anything is missing. Requirements: Fluent English required, Spanish a strong plus (many of these spas are bilingual). Comfortable making calls during Miami business hours (EST). US-based preferred. Prior mystery shopping, market research, or sales experience is a plus. Budget: $250 fixed price. Timeline: completed within 7 days of hire. To apply: Briefly describe any phone-based research or mystery shopping you've done, and confirm you can call during EST business hours. Applications that just say "I can do this" without specifics will be skipped.

Title: Short-Form Video Researcher + Editor for Reaction YouTube Channel We run a weekly reaction-style YouTube channel (think Cody & Ko / ItalianBach energy — two guys, a couch, and stuff that's actually funny). We need someone to handle the part of the workflow we don't have time for: hunting down the clips and stitching them into a single video we can sit down and react to. What you'll do each week: We send you the week's topic or theme (e.g., "weirdest TikTok cooking hacks," "guys getting humbled at the gym," "AI fails of the month"). You scour TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for the funniest, weirdest, most reaction-worthy clips on that theme. You compile them into one 5–10 minute video — clean cuts, no fluff, good pacing, ordered so the bangers don't all hit in the first 90 seconds. You deliver the final compilation. What we need from you: You actually watch reaction channels. A real feel for internet humor — what's trending, what's already played out, what's about to pop. Editing chops sharp enough to make a compilation feel like one video, not a playlist. FCPX, Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci — we don't care which, just that the final cut is tight. Reliable weekly turnaround. We shoot on Sundays, so we need the comp in hand by Saturday morning. Over time, you'll start learning our sense of humor and getting ahead of us on what to send — that's the version of this role we're hiring for long-term.
