I am a solo family law and estate planning attorney in Columbia, Missouri. My business information is inconsistent across the web, and I am missing listings in legal-specific directories. I need an experienced citation/local-SEO specialist to clean up my existing listings so they all match exactly, and to create or claim new listings in legal and estate-planning directories. I will provide a single master sheet with my exact business name, address, phone, hours, categories, services, descriptions, logo, and photos. Every listing you touch must match that sheet character for character. Consistency is the entire point of this project. Scope of work 1. Audit existing listings. Find every place my business currently appears (Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook, and any data aggregators such as Data Axle, Foursquare, and Neustar/Localeze). Deliver a spreadsheet listing each platform, the current information found, and what needs to change. 2. Correct existing listings. Update every existing listing so the name, address, phone, website, hours, and categories exactly match my master sheet. Fix duplicates and close or merge any incorrect or outdated listings. 3. Create/claim legal-specific directories. Set up or claim and complete listings on legal directories, including but not limited to: Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, Lawyers.com, Martindale-Hubbell, Nolo, Super Lawyers (profile completeness), and the local/county bar or chamber directories where applicable. 4. Create/claim estate-planning and general directories. Add listings on estate-planning-relevant and general business directories appropriate for a law firm, ensuring both practice areas (family law and estate planning) are represented. 5. Final report. Deliver an updated spreadsheet showing every listing, its URL, login/claim status, and confirmation that each matches the master sheet. What I will provide A master business information sheet (the single source of truth for all listings) Logo files and approved photos Manager-level access to platforms that support it (e.g., Google Business Profile). I will not be sharing account passwords; please plan to work via delegated/manager access or by sending me claim links to approve. Deliverables Initial audit spreadsheet of all existing listings and needed changes All existing listings corrected to match the master sheet New legal, estate-planning, and general directory listings created/claimed and completed Final tracking spreadsheet with platform, URL, status, and login/claim notes Ideal freelancer Proven experience with local SEO and citation building, ideally for law firms or professional services Familiarity with legal directories (Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, Martindale, etc.) Detail-oriented and meticulous about NAP (name, address, phone) consistency Clear communicator who provides progress updates and a clean final report Works through delegated access rather than requesting account passwords To apply, please answer Have you done directory/citation work for a law firm before? Share an example or result. Which legal directories are you most experienced with? Roughly how many directories do you typically cover in a project like this? What is your fixed-price quote for the full scope above, and your estimated timeline?

I am looking for a California-licensed attorney to draft a formal Cease and Desist letter to a local business on my behalf. The Situation: My spouse is attempting to enroll my minor son in a local martial arts studio against my explicit refusal of consent. The Objective: I do not need to litigate this. My goal is simply to give the business pause. I want a firm letter sent on official law firm letterhead notifying the studio that they do not have the consent of both legal guardians. The letter needs to clearly highlight the potential liability, legal headache, and assumption of risk they take on if they choose to proceed with enrolling the child and allowing him to participate in physical activities without my authorization. What I am looking for right now: An attorney who understands this is a strategic deterrent meant to make the business voluntarily decline the enrollment. Agreement on a flat rate to draft and send the letter on your official letterhead if I need to pull the trigger. Requirements: Active legal license in California. Ability to draft a strong, authoritative letter focused on business liability and risk. Fast turnaround (within 24 hours) once given the green light. Please provide your flat-rate quote for drafting and sending this letter.

Who we are A premium floral studio. Two sides: premium flower delivery + subscriptions (Shop, ecommerce) and weddings + corporate events (Events, high-value leads). Who you are A demand generator. You look at the data, decide where the revenue is, and go get it — without being told. Your core job: flood us with qualified leads across flower delivery and events, then turn those buyers into repeat and subscription revenue. You own the number, not a task list. What you own - Lead generation (primary). Design and run the offers and campaigns that pull maximum qualified leads in our local market — delivery and events. More leads, lower cost. - Analytics → action. Live in GA4 and Shopify. Find what's working, kill what's wasting money, act on it. Report CAC, ROAS, conversion, and revenue weekly. - LTV & retention. Own email/lifecycle (Klaviyo) — you build the flows and campaigns. Grow repeat purchase and subscriptions through offers, segmentation, and Shop↔Events cross-promotion. - Build our floral club. Create and grow a membership/loyalty program that turns occasional buyers into recurring revenue — the structure, the perks, the offers, and the campaigns that drive sign-ups and retention. - Generate corporate demand. Run campaigns and targeting that bring in corporate leads — recurring office flowers, corporate gifting, and events — and hand qualified prospects to our sales team to close. You create the pipeline; they work it. - Local visibility (SEO + Google Business Profile). Own how we show up when people search for flowers in our area — Google Business Profile, local search, and the location pages that turn local searches into orders and leads. This is a major source of our traffic. - Own the paid strategy. You decide where ad money should go and what it should return across delivery and events. Our media buyer runs the campaigns; you set the targets, budget split, offers, and pages, and you own whether the spend produces leads at the right cost. The numbers you own (weekly) - Shop: orders, CAC, ROAS, conversion, subscription growth - Events: qualified inquiries + consults booked, by source - Email-driven revenue + repeat rate - Floral club: members and recurring revenue You bring - Hands-on growth/performance marketing — you've owned a budget and moved CAC/ROAS, with numbers to prove it - Strength in both lead generation and retention/lifecycle (Klaviyo) - Fluent in GA4 and Shopify analytics, and able to read Google Ads / Meta performance well enough to direct a media buyer - Experience with local / geo-targeted demand, local SEO, and Google Business Profile - Experience building loyalty/membership/subscription programs - Self-directing — you find the work and run it - Comfortable with AI tools and remote work This role is NOT - Not a designer/content creator — creative is handled separately - Not a consultant — you ship results, not decks - Not waiting for a task list — you decide, then do - Not babysat — you get the logins and the autonomy, and you own the result

About us Fencelite Media is a done-for-you Facebook lead generation agency. We build and run Meta ad campaigns for fence contractors across the US and Canada. Our job is simple to say and hard to do well: put qualified homeowner leads into our clients' pipelines at a target cost per lead, every single month. We are looking for a media buyer who can own client ad accounts end to end with very little hand-holding, and who can stand in front of a client and explain the numbers with confidence. The role You own client ad accounts from buildout through ongoing management — both the media buying and the account relationship. You launch the campaigns, you manage them, you own the results, and you own the client. CPL is the metric that matters most, and your job is to hit each client's target CPL over rolling 30-day sprints while keeping clients confident and in the loop. You are also expected to lead, not just execute. We want a buyer who brings new strategies to the table, tests new creative formats, and pushes our accounts forward instead of running the same playbook on autopilot. This is not a junior seat. You should be comfortable opening an account on day one, reading the data, and knowing your next move without being told what it is. What you'll do Build out and launch Meta lead gen campaigns using our account structure (1 campaign, 1 ad set, multiple ads) Manage those campaigns daily and own each client's target CPL on rolling 30-day windows Own the client relationship end to end: serve as the primary point of contact, manage expectations, and keep accounts healthy and retained Run our testing methodology: judge variables only after a minimum impression threshold, trim anything running above blended CPL, and scale what works Diagnose performance issues correctly (knowing the difference between a creative problem and a form or landing page problem) and act on them fast Bring new strategies and test new creative formats. We want fresh thinking, not just maintenance Scale winning campaigns the right way without breaking what is already working Deliver clear reports, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and keep clients in the loop on performance and next steps Who you are 3+ years buying Meta ads, with real experience in local lead generation (home services is a big plus: fencing, roofing, landscaping, HVAC, decks, concrete, and similar) You think in CPL, link CTR, link CPC, and CPM, and you know which one to act on and when You can run accounts solo and make confident calls on what to kill, keep, and scale You understand lead gen campaigns and lead forms, not just ecommerce or traffic objectives You can manage clients directly. You explain results in plain language and never hide a bad week or month. A strategic thinker who proactively brings ideas, not someone who waits for instructions Reliable and organized enough to manage a large book of accounts at once (we run 30+ live accounts) without dropping the ball Bonus points -Experience with GoHighLevel -Experience writing or directing ad creative and copy -Direct experience in the home services or contractor space Why this seat You inherit real infrastructure: built-out SOPs, systems, and processes so you spend your time making decisions, not reinventing workflow Room to be creative. The systems give you a floor, not a ceiling. We want your fresh thinking on creative and strategy We're signing 1 to 2 new clients a week with no shortage of work, and we promote from within. This is a role you grow inside of, not one you age out of How we work Fully remote, ongoing 1099 contract You run everything through Slack and Ads Manager. Simple stack, no tool sprawl You set your own hours and manage your own workflow. That said, accounts need daily attention and clients need timely responses during US/Canada business hours, so meaningful daytime overlap with client timezones is expected You'd be onboarded gradually onto our existing book of 30+ live accounts. We hand them off at a pace that sets you up to win, not all at once on day one Expect 1 to 2 new clients and campaign buildouts every week This is a full workload, not a side project. We're looking for someone who can commit the hours a 30+ account book demands Location Remote, but domestic only. We are hiring contractors based in the US or Canada. Compensation $4,000 to $6,000 per month depending on experience, paid as a 1099 contractor. How to apply Send us two things: 1) Your resume. 2) A short Loom (3 to 5 minutes). In it: a 45-second intro on what you're running now (number of accounts, verticals, monthly spend), then walk us through how you'd handle this scenario — a client's blended CPL is sitting at $48 against a $35 target over the last 30 days, with a healthy 1.4% link CTR and low link CPC. What's happening, and what's your next move? Then tell us one creative format or strategy you've run that worked, and why. Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed.
